Great location & a very comfortable family stay.

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

What a wonderful house! So much character and so cozy! Great little town with great local restaurants. Carrie was an excellent host! We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. Carrie gave us great recommendations for the local Greek restaurant to cater our gathering. Hands down, am awesome stay! We will stay here again if we’re back this way!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. Although the neighborhood initially seemed a bit rough, it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. The house itself was immaculate and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and clean environment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

This was definitely home away from home! The area was very peaceful with beautiful views, we had everything we needed and is perfect if you have children! Plenty to keep the kiddos busy and having fun while you enjoy your time too. It was hard to leave! 10/10 recommend staying here with family!

We really enjoyed our stay. With the snowstorm, it was perfect to have a nice fire and cozy living room to snuggle up and hang out in. The bathrooms were well supplied with lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner, which was appreciated. The coffee/tea bar and blankets in the living room were nice additions!

Loved the whole vibe of the unit. Super amazing soaker tub! Everything was great including the plush robes and towels that were provided! Will definitely be back again!

This upstairs apartment in a beautifully renovated home is lovely and spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet. We weren't around much, other than at night. We wished for more time to hang out and use the very functional and comfortable kitchen and living space. There is a cute coffee shop and bakery within a short walk: Big City Small World. The owner and staff were super friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this apartment. Ron, who lives in the house above, is very friendly and accommodating. He let us have access to a second bathroom upstairs and even loaned my husband his ski gloves. He is a super host!

We stayed for our Anniversary. We were a bit confused at first, not realizing that it’s shared with homeowners, but they were helpful too! Quiet place and nice for a little getaway! Would book again! Only left early because of snow making its way in!

This place worked out great for 4 of us for a show downtown. There are lots of retail & food establishments right nearby. Street parking was easy to find near the rental.

Unique group of apartments with plenty of space to accommodate a large group. Lots of parking & hosts were great to communicate with and had very clear expectations (which were super reasonable).

A great location for our trip to visit family in Grosse Pointe. We had a lovely stay, and will stay here again if we can.

This Airbnb includes a spacious bedroom and a large dedicated bathroom. It is a very nice place in a beautiful home. The shared spaces were just as described and we made use of several of them. They neighborhood is quite attractive and felt very safe. There is a small shopping center that is within walking distance. Zoha/Samina were gracious hosts. They made sure we had what we needed and made it clear that they wanted us to have a very pleasant stay. It was a great location for us, just a few miles from our relatives who were maxed out with out-of-town guests for the wedding that we were attending.

It is a very nice place , quiet and beautiful environment
