房源入住說明清楚且方便也好停車，衛浴.床鋪.環境都很乾淨，窗外景色優美，提供的設備也都用的不錯（衛浴有暖風機很加分，房內有可以看景的溫泉很讚，廚房也有提供基本調味料和鍋具碗盤很友善），有付費公設的選擇很棒（KTV.麻將室等），提供在住宿期間的團體活動選擇！這次跟朋友入住大家對整體都很滿意！房東友善有問題也都會解決，這邊很適合來放鬆渡假！

真的是海景第一排超棒的景觀，聽著海浪聲很有舒壓放鬆的感覺，是渡假的好居處，以後還會想回訪

It is a lovely place to relax and declutter your mind. The balcony has a pretty good view of the sea and the natural surroundings. Once you get your bearings, it is pretty easy to get around the area. Checking in had a bit of problem as I wasn’t familiar with the self check in procedures. But host was responsive throughout the process. Will consider to stay again for a weekend getaway.

10/10 definitely recommend this place for singles, couples or small families. The hot spring tub is fantastic and the location is just off the main street. So it's quiet but yet convenient. Being less than 50m from the Jiaoxi open air spring is definitely a plus. Host is super friendly and accommodating

A comfortable, quiet studio apartment in a high-rise building with a view of the beach. Good bathroom, wi-fi, hot water, space to put away your own stuff. Advice: if you want to do any cooking, food prep, or even slicing of fruit, let the owner know in advance. We did not, and when we arrived, the kitchen had absolutely nothing in it. The host, however, provided us with kitchen tools when we requested them. The bed linen and towels could use an upgrade. But overall, a good apartment 100 meters from the walking path along the beach, with a host who is eager to please. Shopping streets are about a 12-minute walk from the apartment.

很齊全的高級公設都可以付費提供使用，不用出門也有非常多東西可以玩。房內更是貼心，各種生活用品都有提供，房東品味優質！裡面都很新、明亮、乾淨。會再來玩！

The apartment is awesome with nice surroundings. A pity it just rained non stop during my stay there. I hope to be back one day during summer

兩天的住宿非常的舒適，就像自己的家一樣，房源有暖氣，天氣濕冷都可以很溫暖，睡得很好，房源有溫泉可以泡、有小陽台可以看夜景、看火車，晚上想要簡單煮食也可以，來到宜蘭會再二訪的地方，推薦給大家哦。
