Liked the house. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom layout is a little unusual. Both bathrooms are adjoining to each other so you need to make sure the door between them is locked. Great responsive host.

Great location for exploring Grass Valley, easy walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and downtown. Very nice inside remodel, great place to relax and enjoy friends.

Very satisfied with our stay!.. everything was clean and well taken care of…. We kept up the house as if it was ours that’s how Comfortable we were! Loved the weather and relaxing days we got to enjoy. We were able to go visit family and come back to the house and have a good nights rest. The tvs in each room the best honestly because my daughter was able to watch her own stuff on her tv and we had something going in the front room that we enjoyed! Definitely will be back in a few years to visit again… thanks again we are very much appreciated!. Rick was also super nice and always asking us if we needed anything or to text his number that’s inside the house in multiple places if we needed him for anything! But we really didn’t need much because everything was well stocked and taken care of!

Jess’ place was both incredibly well designed and cozy at the same time. It was immaculately clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was a perfect distance to the main drag in town. In addition, Jess was the most responsive and flexible host - answering all our many questions and asks for local recommendations (we were staying with a big family and kids over Christmas). Would 100% stay here again!

My kids and I enjoyed our month long stay. Everything was as listed. It felt like home right away. Kacie was quick to respond when I had questions. Highly recommend.

Rocky was such an amazing host!! The home is on beautiful property plenty of space for my dogs to run and play fully fenced in property! I would definitely recommended this home for anyone who is considering the area Collin’s lake is very close and all the small town stores and restaurants were great and close by ! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in Nevada City! The home was adorably decorated, sparkling clean, and perfectly cozy for our one-night getaway. The location was amazing—we loved strolling to nearby restaurants, shops, and the local venue, all within easy walking distance. Our host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this delightful home for anyone visiting Nevada City—we’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this location, the size of the lot, the older house with kid friendly spaces and fun stuff to do at the house. We never felt like we had to say "do not touch anything!" to the kids. Being that it is kid and family friendly, it has a used for love kind of vibe. Super responsive host, accommodating and kind. Would be great for a group with several families because it is large inside and out. 5 stars are for perfection and on many levels this was. Some things we cleaned better then it was when we arrived. This was great for our pack of feral boys and a snow play weekend. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Asha's place is truly magical! The land is special and rejuvenating and she has clearly put a lot of work into cultivating it. I loved the gardens, the house and being in the forest. Very clean and comfortable. Feels like you are in the woods, but still very close to town. Could even see snow capped mountains!!! Asha is an awesome host and I highly recommend staying here.

Over the long Presidents’ Day weekend, we stayed at this villa in Auburn. We fell in love with it because of its beautiful design and knew we had to stay here. Upon arrival, it truly exceeded our expectations—the house was elegantly decorated with a cozy and tasteful atmosphere! It was fully equipped with all the essentials, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The backyard featured a swing, a zip line, and a garage-turned-game room with a ping-pong table. There were also kumquat and orange trees, bringing so much joy to both kids and adults—we truly didn’t want to leave! Not only was the house warm, comfortable, and spacious, but Host Roman was also incredibly friendly, prioritizing high-quality guest experiences. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. My family and friends had a fantastic weekend, and I highly recommend this modern and beautiful home managed by Roman!

We had 3 couples from our family and 6 children, ranging from 2 to 11. There was plenty of room for all and we had a great visit. The kids loved the pool. The adults liked it also. This home is up to date and we'll equipped. We would definitely come here again. The host was extremely helpful and great to work with.

We really liked our stay at Ted & Katrina’s place. It felt like home. And the hosts are very helpful. The place is very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking (stove, coffee maker, pots, etc.). There a laundry room with two driers. There’s more than enough space for two people. We liked the neighborhood too. It’s a good choice not only for short-time but long-time stays as well. We’ll definitely come back for our next stays in Grass Valley.

This place was just as advertised. Clean, well organized and maintained. Short walk to town and peaceful neighborhood. We really liked the church bells and the highway noise did not bother us at all. The orange folder has lots of great information.

My dogs and I loved our recent stay at Amelia's! You can't beat this location. Downtown is just a couple blocks away with tons of cute shops, great coffee, and food. We hiked a few nearby trails, and everywhere downtown is really dog friendly. The bed is super comfy, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tub & fireplace. Amelia's place is super cozy!

Great Airbnb! We brought our dogs here. It was perfectly enclosed and a lot of room for them to roam around and interact with the friendly cows. The owners were very friendly and accommodating to when we needed a few additional kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway

This was a great place to stay. Karl was very proactive in communicating with us prior to our stay and checked in with us over the course of our stay to ensure everything was ok. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped which allowed us to cook a dinner for family we were visiting. Would stay again.
