Amazing time at the Glass roof house with my partner. it's super remote and out there - cost $50 used from Puerto Morelos by their recommended taxi. Long bumpy dirt road. There is a small private Cenote in walking distance. They have bikes, but the bikes were in horrible shape tbh. Make sure you bring plenty of food for your stay. We didn't interact or see the other guests, but could hear them a little through the woods. It wasn't a big deal or annoying at all. Their extra amenities seemed a bit pricey, but I understand why considering the remote location. Would definitely recommend if you want a super private unique experience, just prepare for it.

Adolfo and his family are so welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed talking and laughing with them while practicing our Spanish. They gave us a tour of the whole place and it's apparent that they have put a lot of love in the place. The yard is like a private park with lots of different types of trees and plants. It truly is a beautiful oasis on the outskirts of a small town. It's only about 30 minutes from Bécal where we were shopping for a Panama hat (Jipijapa) We only stayed one night on our way to Sisal but it was perfect. Thanks so much and if we're ever in the area again we will definitely stop in for a visit... Saludos!

Roxana siempre estuvo al pendiente y la comunicación súper buena. Todo excelente en el alojamiento, no hubo falla de nada. El lugar es tranquilo y cómodo, la casa tiene todo lo que viene en la descripción, es amplia y todo muy bonito. La zona es muy tranquila y está a 5 minutos de la playa en carro.

Glass House 2 was a dream! Everything had very clear instructions, including the way to get there. We drove there with a normal rental car, if you drive carefully and slowly, you definitely don’t need a SUV. Don’t let the road to get there, get in the way of booking this magical place! The owner responds very quickly and we had a warm welcome. The house itself is a dream, completely in nature and a wonderful design. Everything is available and clearly thought through. A true architectural masterpiece! On our first coffee on the roof we immediately saw 4 different birds join us. We went in the hot tubs and bbq’ed. Just like a dream! The pool and especially the cenote are lovely. Definitely recommend more than 1 night to enjoy it all. It’s true you hear other houses (in our case house 1), but not that loud. Our neighbors played jazz-music so then we heard and saw less wildlife, but talking and other noises were all cancelled by all of the jungle sounds. This place was true magic!

Unglaublicher Ort mitten im Dschungel. Für Menschen die auf der Suche nach etwas Besonderen sind und Lust auf ein Abenteuer haben ist diese Unterkunft genau das richtige. Der Weg ist etwas beschwerlich aber jede Mühe wert.

We LOVED this place! It’s a little tricky with a rough road to get there but such a once in a lifetime experience to stay in the jungle! So beautiful, peaceful, and tranquil! Some tips: 1. PAY FOR AND BOOK THE PRIVATE CHEF 1000% WORTH IT! 2. Driving any sort of sedan car down the dirt road may be difficult or cause a problem we had a small SUV and that was perfect. 3. Getting there you lose service so make sure to screen shot and download the map or else it would be VERY difficult. 4. Go when it’s light out!!!!!! In the dark jungle it is SO hard to find the place so 100% go during the day for first arrival. We will definitely recommend and go back!

Rebecca's place is a little paradise in Izamal, the house is beautiful and it has two pools, one just beside the house and another one at the back garden which looks like a cenote. The decoration is so cute, you can tell a designer was involved. The only minor detail would be that the walls around the house are quite short and you can hear the neighbours, the house is a little further from town so you need a car, however, we felt pretty safe and would love to be back at this oasis.

I truly hope to come back to this place, it was so cool. Beds are comfortable and the place is truly unique. I was worried the jungle sounds would be too loud to sleep but it was great. Pool was amazing. Some tips: Ask for detailed instructions for check in prior to arrival, (show pictures of the house as staff may take you to the wrong one) take screenshots of wifi login info so you can reach the outside world once you arrive to the house (as we had no cell reception, and I had trouble with the lock as it was a new type to me), if the lock is new to you, ask someone to show you how to both lock and unlock the door, bring food and everything you need as it really is out there, be prepared to ask for help in Spanish from onsite staff. We didn’t have trouble with any critters in our rooms or shoes but be careful opening the kitchen drawers as some like to hide in there. Finally, the natural environment is amazing, don’t miss the star gazing on the rooftop!

We spent wonderful moments at Militz's house. A charming house near the bay. Great location - 800m from Poseidon and the charming Malecón. Very nice neighbors. Next door is a local restaurant with delicious ceviche. The house is very clean, comfortable and safe. It was nice to drink coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening, greeting neighbors and observing the normal life of the residents. We felt like we were visiting our relatives/family, a warm welcome. They took great care of us. They responded to messages immediately and reacted, advised where to eat and what to see. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome - wine and fresh fruit. The sounds of the city did not bother us. We will come back here with pleasure.

Great location, close to many restaurants and within walking distance and very close to Merida and Progreso. Private backyard that had a pool and chairs! The host was quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely rent again!

El lugar de Cecilia era lo que buscábamos para dos noches, estaba céntrico, cerca de los lugares a los que queríamos visitar, solo la habitación de arriba no tiene mucha privacidad, además de eso, muy feliz con mi estadía.

We loved staying at this jungle house. it was in a beautiful location close to coba and tulum. host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Es una casita perfecta para la estancia en Bacalar. 만약 여기서 묵으신다면, 대부분 필요한 것들이 갖춰져 있으니 많은 것을 준비해 갈 필요가 없습니다. 조용하고 아늑한 곳입니다! 3박 4일 동안 정말 잘 지내다 돌아왔습니다.

Jeff's place was awesome. Exactly as described in the listing. We appreciated that Michael sent a golf cart taxi to pick us up from the ferry terminal. Even if they don't there are plenty of taxi drivers asking if you need a ride as soon as you get off the ferry. The condo is a bit farther from the main area i.e. near the ferry terminal but we walked there and back multiple times every day. It was not a problem for us as we enjoyed the walk but you can get bikes or golf cart rentals but we just didn't feel the need. The condo has everything you need in terms of pots and pans to cook a basic meal / breakfast if you'd like to. There is also a super market pretty close to buy your provisions. Overall no complaints at all, my family and I enjoyed the condo. Kids had fun due to the loft bedroom :) !

Unser Aufenthalt bei Eduardo im Dschungel war einfach magisch! Die gesamte Hacienda hatten wir für uns alleine, und alles war blitzsauber. Trotz der abgeschiedenen Lage mitten im Dschungel hatten wir sogar Internet und konnten Netflix schauen. Eduardo ist ein unglaublich herzlicher Gastgeber, der uns das Gefühl gegeben hat, willkommen zu sein. Die Geräusche des Dschungels, die frei herumlaufenden Tiere und der atemberaubende Sternenhimmel waren unvergleichlich. Auch der Weg zur Unterkunft ist mit einem Mietwagen gut machbar, also keine Sorge. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, spontan verlängert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Lieber Eduardo, du bist jederzeit herzlich eingeladen uns in Berlin zu besuchen. You always expect alittle less than what you see in pictures, atleast I do. But this was not the case at Finca Solona. The place was immaculate! We had so much space. I absolutely loved having the screened in patio/kitchen. It was so enjoyable especially in the morning and evenings. We also appreciated having the dogs there( they are very sweet) and Losita being around as it made us feel safe and comfortable in an area where we were so new. Would definitely stay here again. We had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable for 3 weeks of living. I would also recommend VIP Belize transfers. The house is a little ways from town. We definitely walked most days but loved being able to call a safe taxi early or late at night. ( They also picked us up from Belize City airport and took us to the house with ease)They are familiar with Lositas place so it comes in very handy. Definitely recommend Finca Solona house! Also the wifi signal was really really good.

What a wonderful and unique space - the backyard and grounds are very spacious and private, with beautiful landscaping and plants in addition to the pool. My son and I spent 3 nights here and were able to visit a number of great cenotes, including a couple in easy walking distance. Highly recommended and incredibly good price.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zen Canto. The place is simply magical — a true haven of peace in the heart of nature, perfectly located to enjoy both the tranquility of the jungle look alike and the proximity to Tulum and its beautiful beaches. The room is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views of the lush greenery, creating a serene and unique atmosphere. The shared spaces are also very well maintained, and the cenote-style pool is perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. It is located in the village of Macario Gomez, which is home to several fantastic restaurants — some of which are even better than those in central Tulum! A special thank you to Martina, who is an amazing host. Always available, she was incredibly helpful and caring throughout my stay, offering great recommendations and making me feel truly welcome. If you’re looking for an authentic, comfortable retreat surrounded by nature, this is the spot!

Gineli with Vacasa is awesome. She is extremely responsive and resourceful. The property matches the description of two separate units (one on top of the other) with full size beds in each unit. Please be mindful when you wish to cross from the north side to the south side (at the split) you will need to use the “water ferry”. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed spending much time in it. The pier was nice to walk down and relax on at the end of the day. BRING BUG SPRAY! Holy mosquitoes, which should be expected. Restaurant: North side happy lobster is nearby. They will come and pick you up and/or deliver food free of charge. This property was exactly what we needed for our lovely vacation in Caye Caulker.
