A sido un viaje en familia y hemos quedado encantados, el departamento es cómodo, espacioso, decoración muy linda y tiene varios utensilios por si quieres cocinar algo. La zona de la piscina es maravillosa con una vista al mar increíble y muy tranquila para relajarte. Estás a una calle de la playa y tienes realmente todo cerca. Alejandro respondía muy rápido y estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, así que seguro volveremos a hospedarnos aquí 🤩 nos prestó una sombrilla y sillas para la playa 🏝️ lo cual fue de gran ayuda así que 1000/10 por eso. Lo único es que la alberca de noche es muy obscura valdría la pena que el edificio colocara un poco más de luz . 100% recomendado este alojamiento vale totalmente la pena.

Just as described! Conveniently located next door to a great grocery store. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and rental spots for ATVs/cars. The place was very clean as well as the entire condominium it’s in. Hosts were great, very responsive and had great recommendations for beach clubs. I would stay here again.

I will absolutely stay here again. It’s out of the bustle of downtown and just a $5-$7 can if you’re looking for nightlife. The view from the deck is incredible. The hosts were very communicative and timely in their responses. It was nice and quiet in the evening and the pool along with the ability to access the beach for shells searching and enjoying the waves is absolutely incredible.

Beautiful clean apartment. Has everything you need. It’s central to the beach and great restaurants. The building staff is helpful and the building doesn’t feel too busy. We loved hanging out on the huge balcony in the mornings. It felt like an outdoor living room. You can hear the music across the street until 10pm but it’s not too loud. We had a noise machine and our toddler son slept through it.

I loved my stay! The room is very clean, and it’s located in a very nice surrounding. Many coffee shops and cute restaurants around the area. The hosts are very helpful, proactive and super responsive. Thank you Jay!

Marc and Nico's place is beautiful, clean and well organized! They were very responsive to all communication and very easy to reach! I would recommend them and their place 100%. 1 small detail... there was no dish towels under than that, all was really great.

We had an amazing stay at this property, beautiful house, gardens and pool. Hosts were very responsive, with recommendations and help with bookings. We loved our stay here, it was just a beautiful property - we hope we can come back to stay!

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Me encantó el despacio, un lugar muy bonito y agradable, contó con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones estupendas, en definitiva volvería a hospedarme con él.

Todo excelente, las camas cómodas, de fácil acceso a la casa, Ricardo siempre atento a todo, es la segunda vez que me quedo aquí y sin duda regresaría, la zona es muy tranquila y está cerca de varias plazas. Todo súper limpio y la verdad es que te sientes como en casa además de que hay un Oxxo enfrente. Para cualquier imprevisto

Excelente ubicación, de fácil acceso y muy cómodo, tuvimos un incidente con el agua, lo cual claramente no estaba en sus manos, pero fue atendido de manera inmediata y Raimundo se mantuvo al pendiente y resolutivo! Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en esta locación!

El lugar es muy bonito y está en una zona muy tranquila. Solo tuve un pequeño problema con el control de la TV, pero con una app en el celular se pudo solucionar. De ahí, todo muy bien.

We loved our stay at Quinta-Aqua! Everyone in our group is already planning to come back and rent the same Airbnb again. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent. We had a little trouble finding the Airbnb using Google Maps, especially since we arrived in the dark, but we were able to problem-solve and find our way. Being on the ground floor was a huge plus—we enjoyed hanging out on the patio, and it stayed cool without getting blasted by the morning sun like some of the other condos. Puerto Aventuras felt very safe, and we had no trouble getting around with the two golf carts we rented, which fit perfectly in our designated parking spot. The home came stocked with plenty of drinking water, which was great. We did run out of toilet paper at one point, but Miguel was quick to bring more. However, we had to purchase extra to last the rest of our trip, and the scented toilet paper provided didn’t work for some of the girls in our group.

This trip was our second at the Terrazas complex. The suite was as described with comfortable beds, great kitchen, laundry, etc. The exterior yard and pools are fantastic. Within the gated community are many restaurants including a taco bar, pizza place, burger place, breakfast place as well as higher end restaurants. Explore your options. Beach club was very nice, great service and also live music on Sundays. There is also a market/store and farmers market. Talk to other people while at the pools as many stay for months and they are full of useful information. Hoping to get back again next year.

Florencia is an amazing host, always so helpful and very prompt in any communication! We enjoyed our stay and the home was lovely!

Antonio was very helpful with giving directions on how to get there as it can get confusing but he answered straight away! The apartment is beautiful just like the pictures and very clean! There’s restaurants inside the complex that you can walk to!!! I really enjoyed staying here, it was worth it! I recommend 10000% staying here! Thank you Antonio xx
