Arturo and Yolanda are great hosts with excellent communication. The accommodation is very quiet and peaceful with about a 25 minute walk to the center. Highly recommended.

Family friendly to the MAX! Incredible hosts! We enjoyed the most magical new year's party with like-minded family travelers--complete with a polar bear plunge and balloon fortunes or dares. The children enjoyed the whimsy camp playground and tromping through the jungle--discovering iguanas, monkeys and spider hunting. How much better could it get than having a practically private pool with baby iguanas perched atop, tropical birds singing whilst enjoying breakfast? Recs were spot on! We used the camp's snorkel masks (new kind) for Akumal Bay, avoiding the turtle corral. Buy/bring water shoes. Loved Cristalino Cenote--perfect jumping platform, small cave, mangrove to swim through and pedicure fish (just north of camp), Coba ruins w/monkey sitings galore (1 hr away, rent bikes or a pedi cab to get around the vast grounds), Xcacel Beach (just south of camp, turtle nesting sanctuary, small parking fee protects the area), buy Xplore park tix in advance for a full, wild adventure day!

Definitivamente lo recomiendo 100%, es súper cómodo muy bien equipado, estuve 15 días, mi hija tomó clases por allí, la llevaba y volvía a hacer homeoffice y me sentí como en casa, seguramente volveremos, una ventaja más es que a unos pasos pasan los camiones que te llevan al centro a Montejo, nos encantó. El lugar!

I loved staying at Marta's place! It was super comfortable and is conveniently located (especially with the use of the bicycle). The neighborhood is super sweet. There are lots of taquerias and simple but delicious restaurants, and a supermarket not too far. I enjoyed Pecao Fonda de Mar a lot! I think the place looks much better than the photos, and Marta had every amenity I could want. The refrigerator can be loud when it turns on, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs or noise-canceling ear buds. I highly recommend this place, hope I can return again soon.

My goal in travelling to Merida was to study Spanish and attend a Rotary Youth Exchange conference at the end of February. I wanted to live in Merida and not just be there for a “vacation”. Malu’s spot was perfect for my purposes. I was about a thirty minute walk from my Spanish school, from the Grand Plaza, from other beautiful parks. A few steps from my studio suite was a fruteria, panaderia, tortilleria, an OXXO and a few different local restaurants or cantinas. The new hybrid buses travel close to Malu’s spot although I never used them because I wanted to walk everywhere. Malu’s place was clean and comfy and I was able to make some pretty nice meals with one burner! It was great to come home after walking in the heat of the day and swim in the large pool and then take advantage of the beautiful terrace to study or catch up on email. Malu, Gabriel and Irving (Malu’s employee) were also friendly and helped me out with whatever I needed. I highly recommend Malu’s lovely suite.

Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr bemüht, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und er nahm sich die Zeit, uns die Umgebung zu zeigen. Mit seinen wertvollen Tipps und seiner sympathischen Art fühlten wir uns sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt – ruhig und entspannend, mit kleinen Supermärkten in der Nähe, die alles Wichtige boten. Insgesamt können wir diesen Aufenthalt nur wärmstens empfehlen – eine rundum tolle Erfahrung!

Deborah est une hôte exceptionnelle, elle est réactive, accueillante et amicale. Son mari et elle proposent des petits déjeuners, nous en avons pris les 2 jours où nous sommes restés, ils étaient excellents ! Le petit bémol a été les insectes, malgré un nettoyage impeccable, les insectes réussissaient à s'infiltrer dans le logement, et étant phobique des araignées, cela m'a un peu dérangé. En dehors de cela, tout était parfait, la piscine est géniale, l'endroit est paisible, le logement est à proximité de la ville de Izamal (5-10 minutes en voiture).

This is a great studio. My partner and I were there to unwind and enjoy the beach, which was perfect for our 6 day stay. The beach is literally visible from the street, 2 mins walk. The AC was great as it was very hot and humid. Although we didn’t use the kitchen much, there were the basics to make a simple meal, that you could enjoy on the beautiful patio! Mariana was very responsive, gave us a few recommendations (for taxis) and even let us put our stuff in the airbnb before our check-in. Would recommend :)

Rodrigo is a great host. He’s very responsive and caring. We had great communications throughout my stay. The location is at a relatively quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist area but very convenient to go to anywhere in Mérida. It’s a great value with everything I need. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again when I visit Merida next week time!

En general todo muy bien, la experiencia fue buena y la atención igual. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el AC la primer noche pero le comentamos a Benoit y lo resolvió a la mañana siguiente. El espacio es como se describe en la publicación, está cómodo ya que además de la recámara cuenta con cocina y el estudio de TV. Resaltaría que Benoit es muy amable.

Amazing amazing amazing! This place was magical! I'm an ocean person, I live off the energy and peacefulness of the water. I have found my NEW energy. Beautiful surroundings, tranquil pool area, and the lush green jungle Skip (Glen's Dad) created is BEAUTIFUL!!! There are 5 villas, 2 with kitchens 3 without. However there is a large kitchen available to create that perfect meal. If you're not a meal prep person Emilios down the alley way is perfect for dinners. For breakfast and lunch the Pink Building Pan & Selva is wonderful too. For attractions you're just walking distance to Xcaret park Scences. It's an unsuspecting attraction that will amaze you and shuttles available to Xplore. Your stay at Hacienda Xcaret will be memorable and relaxing. We can't wait to go back!

Fue un alojamiento muy cómodo y práctico. No tiene sala, pero el hecho de que sean dos recámaras cada una con su baño, la cocina amplia, el comedor igual con espacio de sobra lo hace muy cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de centros comerciales y supermercados, dos tiendas de autoservicio muy a la mano. Debido a unas lluvias fuertes nos quedamos sin internet, pero Ricardo siempre pendiente de reportar a tiempo y darle seguimiento. Igual se terminó el gas y en menos de una hora ya se había solicitado la recarga. Excelente atención ;)

Mary und ihr Mann Felipe, sind super nette Gastgeber, die versuchen einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Alles war sauber und wie beschrieben. Der Kühlschrank ist etwas laut. Habe nachts den Stecker gezogen. Es gibt Trinkwasser umsonst und man kann die Waschmaschine benutzen. Die Gegend ist sicher und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich war jetzt einen Monat hier. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Nos gustó mucho este Airbnb por la ubicación, es una zona privada muy tranquilo y segura, además de que muy cerca se encuentra playa forum y toda la zona de antros, así que es ideal si lo que buscas es salir de fiesta y conocer una de las playas más bonitas de Cancún. El Airbnb fue muy cómodo y ofrecía todo lo que indica el anuncio, lo único que hace falta es un poco más de limpieza en los utensilios de cocina ya que nosotros encontramos las cucharas y tenedores algo sucios y la cafetera estaba muy oxidada, nosotros decidimos no usarla porque no sabíamos si servía o no por el estado en que se encontraba. en otro punto la comunicación con el anfitrión no fue lo que esperábamos ya que tuvimos algunas dudas pero no nos respondió, al momento de entregar la habitación de disculpo con nosotros ya que había estado sin señal, pero de ahí en fuera todo estuvo muy bien en nuestra estancia.

Christine’s Casita was a perfect base to explore Mérida and all that Yucatan has to offer. The location is very close to all the action along Paseo Montejo and the nightlife along Calle 47. My favorite amenity had to be the amazing pool. Christine is one of the most welcoming hosts I have come across. Thank you so much for your hospitality Christine! I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb.

Harriet could not have been more accommodating. We had a medical issue while there and she drove us to facilities and called taxis for us. She was honored by her peers at a celebration while we were there and she invited us to attend with her, where we were able to meet several local residents. She organized another gathering with us and fellow Volunteers. She even leant us books she had written
