Very nice place good location. Any issues or questions we had were promptly addressed would be a great location for multiple couples due to plenty of space and privacy areas.

Our family of six with kids ages 6 months to 8 years loved staying at Nirvana Blue. The privacy and natural surroundings are beyond exceptional. We chose to have a private chef for the duration of our stay, which elevated our stay significantly. Jose planned our daily menus and cooked delicious meals three times per day. He was also great company and helped us better understand local culture and nearby opportunities. We cannot wait to return.

13 of us on a bachlorette trip and we had a wonderful stay! We had plenty of space for everyone. Each room had a bathroom. Had so much fun with the pool as well. Highly recommend the chef services! Thank you!

9 of us stayed in the villa. It was great since we were a mix group each family unit got its own villa. The pool was amazing. We cooked, we grilled we swam etc. the villa is centrally located which makes it easy to get to different parts of the island. Tammi had a great guide book that was extremely helpful as it was our first time to Belize and on the island. While I loved the villa I do wish there living room was bigger in the main house. We were unable to all hangout inside or eat dinner inside but it was a good trade off since we all got our own private spaces. This head up isn’t related to the villa but bring bug spray and aloe Vera because at night the mosquitoes are insane all over the island which is pretty typical whenever you are near large bodies of water.

We stayed at Villa Aura last week for my best friend’s Bachelorette party, and I’m still reminiscing on this perfect trip! Villa Aura somehow looks even more beautiful than the photos here, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay: luxurious bedrooms, rain showers, a private and photo-worthy pool, a stocked kitchen, and countless other beautiful touches. Paola is truly fantastic, and was there to help us plan every aspect: coordinating all our transport, stocking our groceries, and ensuring everything went on time and without a hitch. She’s outstanding and if you want your stay to flow seamlessly, please stay at Villa Aura and work with Yan Yan and her team! Can’t say enough good things about this place, and looking forward to an excuse to come visit again!! 🫶🏾💜

Gil and his team were very communicative throughout the whole weekend, which we appreciated. Quick to respond, give us recommendations, and swing by if we couldn’t figure out how to turn something on. The space itself is just gorgeous! Looks exactly like the photos. Such a peaceful retreat.

La villa es una excelente opción para viajar con grupos grandes y respetar la privacidad de cada uno, todas las habitaciones tiene baño propio y eso es un súper plus para la comodidad y privacidad. La alberca es muy bonita y cuidada, el pasto está impecable hay una palapa para comer al aire libre. Tuvimos un problema con 2 aires acondicionados y Shlomi envió un técnico a la brevedad para solucionarlo. Las 18 personas que nos hospedamos ahí quedamos encantados con la atención. regresaremos pronto!

I hosted 14 girls for a bachelorette trip and we booked Villa Waxak & Villa Bolon which were right next to each other so it was so convenient to keep everyone at the same place. Everyone had their own bed. We would have gatherings & dinners at one Villa & the concierge team made everything so smooth! We booked the chef to come to the villa for our dinners and wow! everything was so good & we loved the chef service team. We also booked a lot of rides to & back from our day time and night time activities. the transportation team was always on time & I am so thankful the concierge team made it possible for me to arrange all these rides (it's not easy with 14 people). The Vilas are exactly as shown in the pictures and they were so beautiful and clean. We didn't have any troubles with water or A/C. When someone in our group had a mishap with the safe deposit box (our fault), concierge team came to the house to open it for us & quickly resolve any issues (caused by us, not the house).

We had an amazing stay, the house was very spacious, upstairs pool is fully in the sun— which was great since the downstairs pool is shaded. Our chef Rodrigo was amazing & made us four really great meals! When we ran into an issue with some ants, the host was responsive & sent someone to help the next morning.

Beautiful and fully equipped for a relaxing vacation. It’s spacious and immaculately clean due to the house managers Eric and Paola. They absolutely made the entire trip. They live at the front of the property, clean daily, bartend and cook delicious meals (recommend using them for most/all meals). They grocery shopped for us twice, provided laundry service and arrange an in-home massage (that is a must do). The meals they provide are close to white glove service, we were very impressed. Beds - comfortable, rooms - private/ spacious, bathrooms - perfectly clean, soft towels. I was concerned that the pool wasn’t ocean view, but we were so happy since it is blocked from the wind. Enjoy the pool and listen to the jungle sounds. The rooftop is amazing, saw many shooting stars and a total lunar eclipse. They have weights which we used on the upper balcony, overlooking the ocean. Do your research on the area and if you choose the location then this is the house you want.

I am SO happy that we found Villa de Paz. Scott and crew at Akumal Direct were wonderful hosts in every way. We came with a group of 12 and the home perfectly accommodated all of us. The feeling of the home is relaxed and retreat-like. The neighborhood very quiet, and the construction on the adjacent property was not too interruptive of our time at the home (mornings till about 10, and afternoons after 5) The house staff was such a blessing for me in particular. It was so wonderful to come home to a clean and tidy place EVERY DAY! Dishes DONE! Please come prepared to tip these wonderful people! The lagoon access was incredible, so take advantage of it in the early morning or late afternoon. You will have it almost all to yourself. A short, pleasant walk. Glorious! Take advantage of the grocery delivery service, too, through Riviera Maya Grocery Delivery. It was so wonderful to have a stocked kitchen on the night of our arrival.

Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Na Ha. The villa matched the photos and descriptions perfectly. Nicolas was very helpful and provided clear directions and quickly responded to every question. Definitely get the chef! Chef Emilio and his assistant Adela were excellent and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and I’ve never seen my son go back for 2nds so many times :) The area is safe and peaceful. We loved the quick walk down the beach to the catamarans that took us to Isla Mujeres. It’s a three minute walk to the closest Go Mart where you can buy snacks & beverages. The kayaks & paddles boards were fun additions. Overall amazing experience and great host!

We had the best time at Villa NJ celebrating our bride to be! The space was perfect - welcoming & beautiful. Franquie & Denisse were amazing to work with and we felt supported & taken care of during our trip! We love Tulum! ♥️

This was a really cool stay! 5/5. Great Airbnb. Great staff. Comfortable bed. Not a bad thing but for anyone reading — bring your bug spray. That would’ve helped us a ton haha. We would’ve sat in the outside area even more. But the time we did sit out there was relaxing. Lots of good restaurants deliver to the area. I’d recommend Ruda Smash Burger. Thank me later! All in all— a great place to stay for a night or two.

My husband and I spent 4nights and 5 days in this beautiful Jungle House! The neighborhood was comfortable, the locals very nice, and the amenities were amazing! Yes there are some small ants but it is to be expected! I really don't see any complaints besides not booking a longer stay :) the children at the school were not too noisy it was beautiful to listen to while making breakfast! Antonio replied promptly and offered all assistance needed! The home was clean and smelled fresh! It was nice to come back from touring and be in a quiet neighborhood. My husband is blind and had no problem navigating the home. There were some lizards but they did not bother us. If worried about the bugs then just spray the bug spray they provide and you won't have a problem, again they are only tiny ants I didn't see any other bugs. I am still dreaming about the home even after my vacation has ended. I will be going back and definitely booking again! I'd suggest using radio taxi for transportation. :)

Alles war super! Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgeschieden, ist aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation vorher verlief reibungslos, sodass wir keinerlei Probleme mit dem Check in hatten. Das Haus ist super schön angelegt, sehr sauber, groß und hat alles, was benötigt wird. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Es un excelente lugar, muy bonito y Katy estuvo atenta todo el tiempo. Fue accesisble con nuestra hora de salida. Debes considerar llegar en auto y en temporada seca, para que no tengas problemas con el acceso ya que está a unos metros de la carretera, pero en general sencillo. La casa es increíble, tiene todo las amenidades anunciadas, las personas que nos recibieron fueron muy atentas y nos brindaron todo lo que necesitabamos. Fuimos con niños y el lugar es perfecto, la alberca y las zonas compartidas muy bellas, el lugar es relajante, lleno de naturaleza. Lo que cambiaría serían los colchones de las camas, para nuestro gusto estaban bastante duros y fue difícil acostumbrarnos. Regresaremos muy pronto sin duda.

We booked Casa Manika last minute after having issues with our previous Airbnb, and it turned out to be the best decision! The house is absolutely stunning, beautifully furnished and decorated. Literally like on the pictures of the listing. We were also very happy how cozy and comfortable the beds were. Ulf, the host, was incredible. He not only made the last-minute booking seamless but also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Tulum. He even organized a private driver for our group, which made getting around super easy. I would recommend that to every group because the taxi prices are crazy. The location in Aldea Zama was also perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Luckily there is no construction anywhere nearby, which is apparently very rare in Tulum. Truly a little paradise. We only wish we could have stayed a few days longer! Highly recommend Casa Manika for anyone visiting Tulum!

We had a great stay at Villa One. The place is great for a chilled out relaxing vacation and welcomes you right in with its light filled space and its nice dipping pool. Cindy and Alexis were very proactive in their communication and we had all the instructions well ahead of check in. They also remained in touch throughout the stay and addressed our needs proactively. It is a couple of kilometres away from central Tulum and a few kilometres from the beach, so you may do well with having a transportation option arranged for yourself. However that gives this place a great quiet vibe without loud noises and hustle bustle. There’s also a 7/11 next door to help you get any last minute supplies.

We were a group of 7 family members attending a weddng in the area, we were delighted with the accommodation. It was exactly as it appeared on the site. It was advertised as accmmodation for 14 people, definitely you could sleep that many but you would need to know the people that you were sharing with very well as 2 of the bedrooms had a pull out sofa bed and the other bedroom had 2 huge beds. The rooms were all ensuite and the beds were very comfortable, the bed linen was spotless. All the bedrooms were large. I would say make sure and bring dishwasher tablets with you as they were impossiible to buy in any of the local shops including the huge supermarket. Overall we were delighted with our stay in Patricks villa and Valerie the manager was very helpful.
