We stayed for 2 months, and it was by far the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The house was relatively new and very clean, very nicely furnished, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need including a coffee bar, beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were good quality, fenced in backyard with patio and outdoor furniture. The house is located in a newer community with a Community Center with pool, playground, pickleball; it was quiet, and we felt very safe during our daily walks. Located approximately 10 min. from Historic St. Augustine and 20 min. from the beach. Michaela was very responsive and would check in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.

Great host and property! The house was equipped with new appliances and had sufficient supplies including laundry and dish detergent pods. The house had sufficient utensils, pots, and dinnerware for our family of 9 and everything was clean and well organized. Jonathan was very responsive to issues reported and able to coordinate the needed assistance on the priority maintenance issues. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay.

Great Experience!! Alex was a wonderful host. The home was perfect for our family. Great location, close to everything. The pool was perfect and the home was clean and very beautiful. The backyard is private and quiet! I’ll definitely love to stay again! We absolutely loved this home and host!

Awesome stay – perfect for dog parents! We really enjoyed our time here! The place was clean and comfy, and the fenced yard was a huge win for our dogs—they had the best time running around. It was so convenient to everything we needed!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

Comfortable home, clean and easy access to to hwy and parks nearby.

Zac was great! Very responsive leading up to vacation and during our stay. Air bnb was as expected and the A/C unit worked phenomenally! The location is GREAT and the surrounding neighborhoods are easy to walk around as well as lots of shops and beach access was plentiful. It was a nice bonus to have the beach items stocked.

This place was so cute and comfortable. It was clean and neatly organized. My friends and I loved how nice it was designed. Busy street during the day. At night it was quiet as a mouse. I would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our host was nice, friendly, and helpful. The house looked amazing and clean! It was spacious and gave us plenty to do within the home. We hope this can be our new “go-to” place when visiting our family members in Jacksonville. We have already recommended this place to local family and friends. Very well pleased. Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

We have stayed as a family at several rental houses over the years, and I must say that of all the hosts Parthesh is hands down the best and most proactive communicator from the initial contact through the entire stay. Very proactive and very informative and easy to reach at any time needed. The house itself was perfect for our family and in excellent conditions inside and out. It is in a great location very close to the beach and seve4ral shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this host and rental property.

Beautiful home me & my family enjoyed our stay.

Ryan was responsive and proactive. We had the privilege of meeting him in person when he took the time to bring a new chapter fee maker to us and check the pool. The house was perfect for my husband and me and we could bring our pup with us. We never made it to the beach but we did use the pool each day His recommendation for restaurant for anniversary dinner was wonderful. The house is super cute and comfy. I we could tell he takes pride in in it. We had everything we needed and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Thank you Ryan !

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

We really enjoyed our time here. We have been looking for a place to stay when we come visit our daughter who lives in Jville but her apartment is a little small for everyone. Great property and pool and everything is exactly as advertised. Will definitely stay again if available, thanks Jenny!

Highly recommend this charming cottage for your St. Mary’s stay! We visited my sister in Kingsland for the weekend and loved having a space where she could stay with us. The home is dog-friendly, and while they provided waste bags, we brought our own—so thoughtful! The kitchen has both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. We didn’t use the washer and dryer, but they’re a great perk for longer stays. The outdoor seating area was cute, and the included bikes were a nice touch. I don’t understand reviews saying it was too small for two people—we had three adults and a dog, and it was perfect! Two private bedrooms with three beds, a living room with a couch and chair, a full kitchen, and a bathroom—it felt just right. The location is fantastic—walkable to shops and restaurants. We explored the stores, had dinner at The Firefly, coffee and pastries at The Kraken, then grabbed snacks from Farm to Family and enjoyed a movie back at the Airbnb. We’d absolutely stay again!

Was lucky enough to meet Kayla at check-in. Kind, considerate, and very helpful. It was our first time staying at an Airbnb. Didn’t quite know what to expect but it turned out exceeding our expectations. Pretty much liked everything about it. Suggestion: maybe something nonslip to go in the bathtub. I am technologically challenged which meant it took me about 15 minutes to figure out how to start the coffee pot. I just kept punching buttons. Maybe a simple little attached note to help out old timers like me. Would absolutely recommend this place for a pleasurable stay. Thank you

Beautiful home in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Stocked kitchen. Lovely firepit. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Very responsive host. Fully recommend and will stay again when we are in this area.

Josh was a fantastic host and loved staying at his Airbnb again! Love the location as it’s close to all the great restaurants and shops of Avondale and Boone Park is right down the street, which was nice for walking the dogs.

Connie’s place has a welcoming front porch with a swing and sitting chairs. It’s nice spot to drink your morning coffee. The inside is clean and comfortable. It is my hope that we will stay at Connie’s bungalow again next time we’re in Jacksonville.

Carolina’s home was just as described. Clean, roomy and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. My son’s and I enjoyed our little getaway and Carolina’s home felt like home away from home. She was very responsive to all my questions. 10/10 stay 👌. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Perfectly located between JAX Airport and Ponte Vedra, which was a key for our stay. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating to our need to extend our stay a couple of days. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. We enjoyed our stay.

Something came up and we had to move to another location that Lisa owned. She was quick to respond and took care of the switch. Even though it was late in the evening she was able to complete the switch. The next morning we had a box of supplies deopped off to us for the location. Thank you again!
