Nous avons passé un excellent weekend en famille dans le logement d'Anne et Nicolas. Tout est parfait pour 8 adultes et 2 enfants sans oublier le bébé (équipements, jeux, animaux à l'extérieur...).

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans la grande maison de Manuella à Bernay. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et parfaitement propre. Le cadre est calme et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Les chambres sont confortables, et les espaces communs agréables, notamment le salon et la cuisine bien aménagée. Manuella est une hôte attentionnée et réactive, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had a wonderful week at Delphine's in August. The house is set in beautiful grounds and the views over the peaceful countryside were wonderful, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset. We enjoyed using the covered pool, even when raining, and the pool house has a fridge and toilet which meant with young children we didn't need to walk back up the hill path to the main house. The tennis court and basketball net were also was a big hit and she provided lots of balls and rackets to keep everyone entertained. There is a lovely boulangerie in Chambray, and big supermarket nearby in Vernon, and the location is great for taking day trips to the coast and surrounding towns. Check in and check out was smooth with the friendly Martine showing us around the house and providing all the details, even using a translation app so we could communicate and understand each other well. It really was the perfect week for relaxing and switching off for a while.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Maison agréable, bien chauffée, pouvant accueillir plusieurs membres d’une famille. Bel espace vert, environnement très calme et bien reposant. Hôte bien réactif, échanges très cordiaux.

Nous avons logé chez Céline et Cédric en plein hiver : sous ses airs anciens, le logement est bien isolé et bien chauffé, que ce soit les adultes ou les enfants, il n'y a jamais eu d'inconfort. Le logement était propre, bien rangé et prêt à nous accueillir (il y avait une flambée dans le poêle à notre arrivée). Après c'est une maison ancienne rénovée et en pleine campagne en lisière d'un petit bois, il me paraît normal d'avoir une ou deux araignées dans les coins d'autant que tout le logement est très propre (les enfants se sont cachés en pyjama sous les lits : ils sont ressortis sans poussière 👍). Le cadre est très calme et les enfants savent s'occuper tous seuls dans le jardin. Rien à redire, au printemps ou en été ça doit être un petit paradis ! Les hôtes sont proactifs dans la communication et les consignes sont très claires. Céline nous a toujours répondu rapidement et s'est montrée très disponible. Bref : si on veut du calme en étant bien accueilli, je recommande.
