Great stay in the middle of downtown. Easy walking to so many restaurants, near the cab stand. Host was communicative and easy to work with. Would recommend!

Our stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The rooms and balkony are perfect to relax, to practice yoga with ocean view, and it’s just a few steps towards the beach. From Alikanas we explored the whole island by car and loved to have a base where it is not too touristy and crowded. Thank you, Dionysis, for your effort and lovely accommodation!

We had a fabulous stay and made the most of our time from a location that gave great access to key locations on the island. Dionysis, our host, was brilliant, helpful, honest, and very easy to communicate with. He really did go the extra mile. The location has stunning views and you can walk to Zakynthos town (we did this a number of times to enjoy the cocktail bars) but, a car is recommended for ease of access to places of interest. Dionysis was a great help with this too, even driving me to the pick up. The pool is amazing and gives great views to bay and passing ships. The accommodation worked well for us, the 3 bedrooms and additional living space made it easy and the kitchen had everything needed. We took advantage of the communal BBQ area too one night. If you enjoy music and a dance, there are 2 night clubs within a few minutes walk.

Great apartment close to all the restaurants in town and just across the road from a spot to swim in the ocean. Air conditioning and wifi worked well (we worked remotely from the space for three days and had no issues). Definitely recommend hiring a car to travel around the island, there are lots of beautiful places to see and this was a great place to base ourselves for 6 nights.

Excellent apartment with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Communication with Dennis before, during and after was first rate and he even agreed an early check in and late check out which made our stay a lot easier. Apartment is exactly as described in the listing with access to the warm waters of the Aegean right at the foot of the garden and beautiful views of it from the apartment balcony. Quiet location but only a short walk to the many bars and restaurants of the more lively Alykes. The best way to sum up this apartment..... would I stay here again if visiting the island in the future?...….. a definite yes!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in derWohnung. Die Ausstattung und sehr gut durchdacht und umfangreich. Der Garten und der zugang zum Meer sind auch sehr schön gestaltet und die Möglichkeit ein SUP auszuleihen haben wir auch direkt genutzt. Morgens hatten wir im Oktober noch schön Sonne auf dem Balkon aber ab Mittags liegt dieser im Schatten.

We had a very pleasant stay at Premium Vacation Homes. Beautiful flat with an huge terrace and a great view. Lovely host. Everything was as described. Definitely recommended!

Nice apartment that makes you feel like home. The location is very convenient - you can walk to the port and restaurants. Stathis and Antonia are the best hosts ever who can always be there for you! Highly recommended ;)
