Very nice place, quiet, clean and definitely worth a visit

I had a wonderful stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was conveniently located a short walk away from a mall with supermarket. Apartment was clean and had a nice outdoor patio. Daily housekeeping and laundry twice per week was a great feature. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I can say this is such a beautiful apartment. It is so spacious and clean. The ppl who work on the property are so friendly and accommodating too which I loved. Helen is so helpful and proactive with anything you require. I arrived quite late and needed water urgently and she managed to arrange a contact who could deliver water to me. The pool and gym is where I was spending the majority of my time to keep fit during my stay. I highly recommend this place because it is clean and the security is top notch so if you are new to the area, you actually have nothing to worry about on this property. Also, because of the beautiful trees on the property, you hear the birds chirping in the morning around their nests and is so refreshing to wake up to each day.

This is a great location with some of Lusaka’s top malls and restaurants within walking distance. I booked a one bedroom apartment but only to find it occupied. Thankfully, they gave me a two bedroom apartment. Other than the usual blackouts the apartment is cozy. For most of the days, I was able to watch TV and use my devices with the backup power.

Jag hade en väldigt trevlig vistelse på Louie Ville i Lusaka (Kabulonga) under en vecka. Det var ett perfekt ställe för familjen med både pool och lekplats som barnen uppskattade. Jag gillade även idén att man själv slänger soporna – det gav en känsla av delaktighet och ansvar. Personalen var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma, och både inomhus- och utomhusmiljön var ren och välskött. Det enda negativa var att vi bodde i ett rum med elspis, och Zambia drabbas ju ibland av load shedding (strömkapsningar), vilket blev lite opraktiskt. Trots det hade vi en riktigt härlig vistelse, och jag kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen nästa gång jag är i Lusaka!

Vera’s place is a little Caribbean island in the middle of Lusaka. The gardens are to die for and the birds, beautiful. Vera herself is very friendly and interacted easily with me. She was always there to see that I had everything I needed and was very attentive to the details. Highly recommended.

The family enjoyed the stay , great value for money. staff where always their to assist . Will definitely go back

Fantastiskt boende som kändes som hemma! Vi bodde på Travac Apartment i Livingstone i fyra dagar och kunde inte vara mer nöjda. Boendet är stort och rymligt, perfekt för vårt stora sällskap. Trots strömavbrott som är vanliga i området, märkte vi knappt av det tack vare solpanelerna – ett stort plus! Hushållerskan Angela var en pärla. Hon gav oss ett varmt och hjärtligt välkomnande, visade oss runt huset och förklarade allt vi behövde veta. Det kändes verkligen som att komma hem. Området var lugnt och kändes mycket tryggt, vilket gav oss en skön och avkopplande vistelse. En annan höjdpunkt var poolen – underbar för avkoppling – och de många toaletterna, duscharna och badkaren, vilket gjorde det bekvämt och smidigt för oss alla. Om ni söker ett boende som kombinerar komfort, funktionalitet och en familjär känsla, är detta platsen. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Brenda was a lovely host who went out of her way to accommodate our late arrival, help set the washing machine during the power cuts, and arrange for us to leave at 2am to catch our bus. The place was spacious and clean. The fridge did not seem to work, but I suppose it is because of the electricity cuts. Lovely decor and shower gel is provided. Unfortunately the road to the house is a dust/sand road so be careful if you’re walking. Thank you for a great stay!
