We had a great time, the communication as clear and the place was clean, great outside area and we spent many hours in the pool. We can definitely recommend this place and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

I had a very nice and peaceful stay at Chanda's beautiful house. The house was very clean and everything was as described. The location was convenient being walking distance to a mall and only about a 20 minute drive to downtown Lusaka. Chanda also helped me with local transportation which was very helpful and much appreciated. I hope I will have the chance to stay at Chanda's place again in the future. Thanks again for everything!

We had a fantastic stay at Anthony's place! Anthony was incredibly responsive and always available to assist, which made the stay even more comfortable. The housekeeper, Sharon, was a superstar—she was on-site every day, proactively managing any issues before I even noticed them, such as organizing a plumber to fix the washing machine. The house itself is quiet and private and had enought space for the entire family, which we greatly appreciated. One standout feature was the backup power system, which kept all amenities running smoothly during load shedding—a huge convenience! I highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

I had a very good stay at Bernadette’s place. The home was just as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The location is lovely, with plenty of nice places to eat nearby and several farm shops where you can pick up fresh produce, which was a great convenience. One of the key benefits was the solar panel setup. Despite the current power challenges in Zambia, there were no issues with electricity during my stay, which was a big plus. Bernadette and her siblings were very responsive to all our requests, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. It made the experience much more comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place with easy access to amenities.

I haven’t seen this clean place in any Airbnb, host was really cooperative and problem solver.the place wasn’t far from the centre. It was a very safe neighbourhood, will definitely visit again.

we have a great time away in Emily's home from home. Even through plumbing, power and water issues (through no fault of Emilys) we still had a comfortable stay. The pool was a highlight and we loved spending time on the porch.

Loved our stay at Laurence’s property at foxdale forest ! The estate is beautiful and perfect with kids as there is a lovely playground, pool, tennis court etc and very handy to get to / from the airport as well as to the city ! Thanks a lot

I had a fantastic stay at Ethel’s place. The apartment was just what I was looking for and really comfortable. All the staff on site were so helpful and approachable and help to make the stay what it was, nothing was too much trouble and any queries were always responded too quickly. The walk into town is really easy but still with the benefit of being out of the main noise of town. The additional solar energy was a real plus for those moments when power was scarce. ( Due to the ongoing issues nationwide) so this was a real bonus. The garden area is so peaceful and well kept, and the additional housekeeping and laundry service was much appreciated. I always felt safe due to the excellent security service provided, where access was always well managed. I would definitely like to return again. This really is a unique place with lovely people. Thank you for such a great time!

This is the place you should stay if you want to visit Victoria Falls

I had a pleasant stay . The area is alittle far from town but it’s peaceful and serene, looks like the photos . Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

great place in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, despite not being far from the shopping malls so everything i needed was a few minutes away; also there are great restaurants no far from the place. the host is very friendly and generally very nice and helpful, we felt right at home from the very moment we checked in. The interior of the place looks far much better than on the pictures, and was pleasantly surprised when we checked in Water and power were never issues;

I like the personal touch and friendliness of the host.

Lapson is an incredible host! He was super proactive in handling the power challenges that come with loadshedding. He provided us with a gas stove, solar lights, and a battery operated fan, so even when the power went out we could cook, see, and cool off. He’s not only an Airbnb host, he also works in the tourism industry. So he was able to offer great recommendations and personal phone numbers for contacting taxi drivers and activity coordinators. The insight he gave us helped make the trip great! He was also available to pick us up and drop us off from the bus station- not sure if he’s available for every guest, but we were super grateful! The location is fantastic for accessing groceries, the main road/route taxis take to the falls, livingstone museum, and more. We felt very safe. Definitely worth the price for us; it was comparable to the price of a hostel, but we had our own space and such a great host!

These are stunning condos. And the location is an absolute gem and also impeccably clean and spotless, it offers a serene and tranquil environment perfect for a peaceful getaway. While the area is not particularly accessible for those relying on walking or easily finding taxis, the establishment conveniently provides its own transport service. The location offers complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off. Chintu, the host, was exceptionally accommodating and highly responsive. Her thoughtful gestures, such as allowing a late check-out at a prorated rate, truly made my stay more comfortable and stress-free. This place is a wonderful escape, combining beauty with thoughtful service.

I love luxury and the answer was just wow! This place is amazing, clean spacious, modern and big kitchen, 24h electricity, hot water, fridge, covered parking, washing machine…, my kids didn’t want to leave! And if you like to work out your physic you won’t be disappointed! Good equipment In a word, I paid less compare to the service! It’s worth it to book this place! A safe place with fence and remote gate! Thank very much!

The place was perfect for us, and super cozy for our short stay. We felt right at home. Nsamwa was amazing and super responsive/helpful for all our needs. She worked endlessly to help us secure a transport to the airport, and checked in on us throughout our stay - keeping us up to date on anything we needed to know. Would love to stay here again if I ever find myself back in Lusaka!

Ich habe 5 Tage mit meiner Freundin in Livingstone verbracht. Es ist eine geräumige und saubere Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage - ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Das Wohngebiet Highlands befindet sich am nördlichen Stadtrand. Den Transport von der Grenze zu Simbabwe bis zur Unterkunft hat Daniel für uns organisiert. Ein Mitarbeiter von ihm hat uns am nächsten Tag auch zu den Victoriafällen gebracht. Daniel ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war immer reibungslos. Es gab in Sambia zu der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes regelmäßige Stromausfälle, die alle Privathaushalte betreffen. Diese haben unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht beeinträchtigt, da Daniel im Bedarfsfall einen Generator zuschalten kann, sodass die Stromversorgung und Internet immer gewährleistet sind. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes an unseren Laptops gearbeitet. Die Wohnung ist groß, die Lage ist ruhig und das Internet ist schnell. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!

Barbara's place is a nice cozy place near everything you need. You can walk to the ShopRite, restaurants, shops and pharmacy. Aside from this place being very nice, Barbara and her people were even nicer: One day when I wasn't feeling well, they sent their man Philip to the store for my necessities! THAT is above and beyond! Thank you Barbara, see you upon my return to Zambia!

Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.
