This was my second stay at the Penthouse, the first time in the much more spacious ground floor unit. Strongly recommended for you. There are many hotels more economical, but the Penthouse is spacious, comfortable, clean, decorous, and a perfect sanctuary from the smoke and noise of the city. In addition, the wifi and aircon were both perfect at all times. Joy is an amazing manager and went way out of her way to solve any minor problems with the unit as well as calling the tourist office and drivers to enable a trip to the Once Islas. Thanks so much again! I strongly recommend the Penthouse for your short or long stays.

The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, there was an issue with the provision of toiletries. We were 4 guests, which was clearly stated upon booking, yet only 2 towels were provided. I reached out to the person in charge, but they informed me that no additional towels could be given. Unfortunately, the host was unresponsive regarding my request. Despite this, we managed to make do and still had a pleasant and peaceful stay overall

This Airbnb stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was so cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The ambiance was definitely worth the picture, with charming details that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even providing complimentary snacks. While there were a few brief power interruptions, they were resolved quickly within an hour, which didn't detract from the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay!

I've had the pleasure to stay in this unit i guess 6 times. I feel at home here. I could live here. Nice and safe neighborhood. Has a nice peek a boo view off the back bedroom. Only negative is occasional barking dogs..usually in the AM. Host and her staff do an amazing job. Note: They use a mattress pad cover as a sheet.. but if that concerns you just ask for sheets which they'll glady supply. Home away from home 😇

My family and I stayed at their place for 3 days and we had a great time! The house us very spacious and clean. The host welcomed us warmly and they were very responsive to our inquiries and requests. We will surely love to stay again if ever we'll be back in Dapitan. I would absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends. Great House, Great Host/s, and Great Experience!

we enjoyed are stay here and recommend it. i wish there had been garbage cans in bedrooms and a shelf in bathroom for soap sahampoo and other things. the place was clean , air conditioner worked good,table was large and place and caretaker were good. will definitely come back

I love it. Place is located at what seems to be the topmost city center, the Rotunda. When you start going down to city property, from the house, you have to turn around through the Rotunda thus you can start to see the city proper. It was night time when we arrived but they still accommodated our stay and waited for us patiently. Parking is so spacious just infront of the house and owner said it was really just very safe and secure. It had the basic stuff I need. Wifi connection is at 20mbps fast enough for my work, and then, it had common bathroom though you have to share it with a room so sorry had to disturb sometimes ask them to open the lock as the other room seems to forget it too. And, they have a common pantry area where you can work or eat as well. They have hot and cold water, mugs and spoons to drink hot stuff and a refrigerator. They said you can use it and we did store some of our food there (the take outs from the restaurants). Room is very basic. Just bed and foam.
