I rented multiple villas for my 30th birthday and Jose’s villa was perfect. Jose was proactive and very responsive - he answered all my questions and was very flexible with every aspect of the trip including check in / out. He called the day prior to make sure I had all the information. He also provided a complementary golf cart that he rented for us free of charge because his cart was currently not working at the time. Lastly, the villa gives access to numerous amenities and we were able to enjoy the St Regis pool / restaurants, beach club restaurant / pool, wellness center, tennis / pickleball courts, etc. at a great price. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was very comfortable and clean. Air conditioning but we didnot use it because the ocean breeze was spectacular eventhough the beach is a distance away. The view was very nice and having coffee in the back yard with the breeze and the sun was incredible. Very safe area and it was great with a country setting and very close to everything and the beach.

Christophe was a fantastic host and was spot on with all of his recommendations. The property is comfortable and has all the amenities you could need for a relaxing beach vacation!

The Villa at Bahia Beach is absolutely wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Antonio is an great host, very response, very helpful. Bahia Beach is a very special place, everything you need - beach, golf, restaurants, spa, workout facilities. I will definitely go back and I will priorities Antonio's villas for sure! Jesse was a great host. The property is well kept, lush with vegetation and a nice salt water pool. There are several units that all seem to have a charm of their own. He gave us invaluable tips for places to eat or visit. Thanks to him we got to enjoy places off of the beaten path. His charisma and warmth made our first visit to Puerto Rico unforgettable. Would love to come back!

This was our family's first vacation to Puerto Rico and our first experience with Airbnb and it was fantastic. The condo was beautiful and had some recently done upgrades. There is a private patio that has direct line of sight to the beautiful beach and ocean. We spent a lot of time just sitting and watching/listening to the waves. Aquatika is a nice and well-maintained condominium complex, that is gated with security present all day, every day; we felt very comfortable and safe. The location in Loiza is ideal and we were able to reach most places that we wanted to visit within an hour drive. Carmen was an amazing host. I had several questions regarding our upcoming visit (groceries, tours, etc.) and she responded immediately and very helpfully. The only recommendation I'd give for future visitors, and this is not related to the condo, is to bring bug spray with a good percentage of DEET (if you can tolerate it) and maybe purchase a citronella candle or a fogging spray to help.

The Happy Yellow Beach House had every amenity a vacationer could want, from 2 fully stocked kitchens to all the beach gear and our favorites, a beautiful saltwater pool and bubbling hot tub. It was the perfect paradise for our family of 6. Our kids were content to just hang out at the house the whole stay. The beach behind the house was a great natural setting to explore (one should note it is covered in sea grass) and when we wanted to swim and play in the waves we just walked down the beach a way to clearer spot. Overall, a great place for us to relax together!

Our vacation at this oceanfront house was unforgettable! The view was stunning, with the property right on the ocean, perfect for exploring marine life during low tide - easily the highlight! We found lots of crabs, sea anemones, fish, and more. During low tide, you can walk along the shoreline to other beaches, which was a treat. The nice pool (a touch cold after rain but still ok) and most bedrooms having their own bathrooms added comfort. The AC worked great, and it was breezy most of the time, keeping things pleasant. However, if the breeze stops, bugs can get a bit bothersome. When the breeze dies down during low tide with no waves, it’s the perfect time to kayak - otherwise, kayaking’s a bit tougher due to the usual breeze. The papaya and coconuts on the property gave a tropical vibe, and my lacrosse-playing son loved the concrete walls for wall-ball practice. With plenty of towels and blankets, we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
