We had the good fortune to find Andrea and Diana's home late in the season after the rush of tourists that fill the restaurants and clogg the local roads. Our timing helped make our first experience in southern Croatia less stressful than it might have been. The home was spectacular. The modern house is located in a quiet neighborhood village on the outskirts of Dubrovnik with ample space for parking. The roads in the village are tight, but roadside mirrors help. Because of our timing many of the restaurants around the house were closed for the season. A cafe with incredible views and reasonable prices was within walking distance. The local mom and pop shop was open in the morning and late afternoon, but was not opend during their ample early afternoon break. If you're driving bring groceries with you. That being said, Andrea and Diana had the house stocked with essentials from bred to cereal and milk. That was a fantastic treat. The kids loved the pool!

Dubrovnik es una ciudad hermosa, y este alojamiento fue perfecto para emparejar al mismo nivel. Muy espacioso y cómodo, con un diseño de interiores único. Está muy cerca del cable car que te lleva a la montaña y a tan solo 2 minutos de una de las entradas a la ciudad amurallada. Para terminar, el patio y la vista fueron perfectas para descansar y disfrutar por la tarde, lejos del ruido y bullicio del turismo. Muy recomendable

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

Ivana's place is perfectly located, right at the entrance to the Old Town, by the Buza Gate. Everything is walking distance and the place is always full of life. She is so friendly and helped us get to and from the car park when we arrived and when I was heading back to the airport. Would highly recommend for people looking to experience the Old Town! It really does feel like living in King's Landing for a few days

Villa was amazing. Cared for by hosts from start to finish. The organised boat trip touring three islands is an absolute must. Eight of us shared the Villa and it was a perfect size. The villa is ideally situated with bakery, supermarket and pizza restaurant within a very short distance and beautiful bay, shops and more restaurants within 15-20 minutes walk. Hosts gave direct number so we could contact them throughout our stay. Amazing time had by all.

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

What a beautiful home Diana and Mihaela have! We spent a week here with friends (4 kids and 4 adults) and there was plenty of space. The layout is so well designed and the locked gate made it so we never worried about the kids safety. It is just a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and shopping and a 10 minute walk to a rock beach and marina for easy ferry transportation to Cavtat and Old Town. Ubers were aplenty and the home was spotless. 11/10 recommend this place, you will be coming back!

Great place to stay. Beautiful location and only a 15 min uber ride to Dubrovnik city centre. Place as on pictures, highlights are the bbq place, whirlpool and terrace and the private beach. Unfortunately were the stairs damaged by a storm before arrival and washing machine didn’t work, but both only tiny inconveniences. Place was perfect for a week, Nikolina is always available and helpful. Can only recommend.

Maja is one of the most amazing hosts . Her home, the location , the welcoming, and overall atmosphere she created was top notch . Can not wait to come back!

Roko was an excellent host and the house was wonderful for our family of 7. Plenty of space and beds for everyone, including bathrooms! We really enjoyed the location in Lapad, getting to go on daily walks around the coast, while still being not too far from old town. We already want to come back, thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay! Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Some of my family members arrived on a Sunday and as the local shop was closed Nike drove them to a bigger supermarket to get food supplies for the house. She did not need to do this but it was greatly appreciated. Location is amazing. Approx 15 mins taxi into Old Town and Uber cost approx €9-10. Local shop 5 mins walk and well stocked. Area is so peaceful and setting absolutely stunning. We enjoyed many days sitting out on the terrace just admiring the view and peaceful sounds. House was spotless and had everything you could need. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to return again and would definitely stay here without a doubt

We really enjoyed our short Dubrovnik trip in this lovely, clean apartment near the Old Town. Our host Jelena was exceptional and friendly, even arranging our transfer taxi from the airport for us, which took all the stress out of finding our way there. Jelena gave us lots of recommendations of where to eat, we only wish we had longer to explore them all. Be aware of the many steps to/from the Old Town (we knew this before booking). There are taxis available at the Pile Gate if you can't face the steps back up at the end of a busy day exploring. A convenient shop for essentials is a bonus. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

This home is a short drive to Dubrovnik and is between the two harbours of Srebreno and Mlini which have lovely little cafes, restaurants and beaches. You can walk for bakery and basic groceries or drive 5 minutes to a larger grocery store. The pool area and view is spectacular. We ate all our at home dinners outside on the large dining table. It would be nice to have a few basic kitchen supplies in the smaller kitchens by the bedrooms (plates, cups, glassware, cutlery) but we managed easily enough by bringing them up from the main kitchen. This home was perfect for our family of 3 couples and a baby. Mato was warm and welcoming and gave us great parking advice for Dubrovnik!

What a lovely way to kick off a holiday with our family - on arrival Diana had prepared some local meats and cake as a welcome. The house is 5 star luxury, the view is stunning, beds are so comfortable, and we loved using the outdoor kitchen by the pool. This is the best stocked airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Diana truely made us welcome and is a fantastic host. She helped us organise dinners and a day out on a boat. So many great memories from our holiday. Thanks Diana you are simply amazing.

10/10. Great place, great location. The Host (Valeria) was incredibly helpful - we were celebrating wife's birthday with a group of friends. Host helped me organise several events for it - a boat trip, recommending a terrific agent (had to change the day because of weather, and agent found the boat on the last day). Also host suggested a chef to cook for us at the villa, the dinner was superb. Could not recommend the host more. The villa itself was spotless, kitchen area was very convenient, will end up buying some appliances we found there. Outside area was cleaned every morning. Location very nice, a beach a minutes walk away. Quite area, but close to Dubrvnik (15min by taxi). Views from terrace and main bedroom - spectacular. Will be staying here again if we ever come back to Dubrovnik.

Casa comoda, pulita, ordinata e con tanti servizi aggiuntivi. Zona piscina top! Hosting simpatico, professionale,reattivo e disponibile. Ha atteso a lungo il nostro arrivo (ritardo aereo) e ci ha fatto la sfida per la colazione del giorno dopo! Grazie!

Var helt fantastisk og enda bedre og finere enn på bildene. Miro var veldig service innstilt. Utrolig frodig og koselig med masse blomster og busker rundt huset . Anbefaler virkelig denne perlen av et hus til andre 😊

Fantastische week gehad in een mooi schoon huis. Nog lekker kunnen genieten van het goed onderhouden zwembad. Het huis staat in een hele rustige omgeving maar met de auto ben je al snel bij een supermarkt en na ongeveer 10 min. in Dubrovnik. Het ontvangst was super hartelijk, we kregen een schaal met allerlei lekkernijen en halverwege de week werden we zelfs verwent met een heerlijke taart! Het contact met de host verliep heel goed. We hadden die week nog een probleem, de host kwam direct en stond ons gelijk te woord en dacht met ons mee voor een oplossing. Super fijn! We raden iedereen deze accommodatie aan!

A lovely, well-equipped house with all mod cons, and things that made it a fun place to hang out with the family, such as a pool table, table football, an outdoor BBQ and fantastic pool. The view was stunning; we loved the location by the waterfront and near the Dubrovnik marina. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down. We took the canoe out (saw a kingfisher), and went out on the bikes, which were provided. It's a bus ride into Dubrovnik old town, which is an amazing place. We would have welcomed an information folder with local knowledge - for example, we weren't sure where to catch the bus, or find the local GP surgery, etc and came across by chance an amazing bakery with caffe bar on the last day, which we would have frequented quite a bit had we known about it. When we did ask the hosts for information, they came back promptly with a response, however.

Le logement de Matija est conforme aux photos et à la description, la villa est au top mais surtout ce qui rend votre séjour agréable c'est l'accueil très très chaleureux de Matija ! Matija est hyper réactif et vous accompagne même avant l'arrivée dans sa belle villa ! Encore MERCI Matija

This was a great find & perfect for a family break with my sisters & husbands. Maro was a great host sorting transfers from & to the airport he answered any questions we had promptly & also sorted a private boat ride around the beautiful islands. Wow what a villa this was. The photos look great but it's more beautiful in reality. it had everything you needed and was very spacious and clean for 2 families. Anela the owner had messaged me with tips and recommendations and was super friendly. We arrived late on Thursday night so her mum and brother came around in the morning to drop off a beautiful platter of food which was local and home made. Towels were replaced in the week and the pool and outdoor area were amazing. The location is great too as not far from the airport and Cavtat was not far too which was lovely. Overall, an amazing holiday and villa and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Croatia
