Appartement bien entretenu et décoré avec soin. on s'y sent tout de suite bien. lumineux. Parfait pour une famille de 4. Le quartier est vraiment super et proche de Ximen MRT à pied. je ne peux que conseiller. W a été réactif et amical. Si nous revenons à Taipei c'est ici que nous voudrions revenir.

Responsive host. Quite near to Ximen Ding, a very popular place for tourist. Quiet environment.

This is my second stay at Paul’s Airbnb. Aside from everything I mentioned in my first review (September 2020), I will say that Paul’s cancellation policy is incredibly flexible (as of this writing). With my flights being cancelled/rescheduled a few times due to the pandemic, this flexibility was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

위치와 시설이 완벽합니다. 시먼딩의 모든 것을 도보로 즐길 수 있을만큼 접근성이 좋습니다. 타이페이중앙역까지도 산책삼아 걸을 수 있어서 모든 것이 좋습니다. 시먼딩역에서 숙소까지는 산책삼아 걸을 수 있을 정도로 약간의 거리는 있지만 주변 볼거리 먹을거리가 많이서 그닥 멀다는 생각은 안듭니다. 시설 또한 4인가족에게 충분한 것 같습니다. 여분의 방에 대해 여러 말들이 있긴 하지만 저희 같은 경우 유용하게 잘 썼습니다. 다시 타이완을 방문하게 되면 재예약할 것 같습니다. 주인은 우리의 요구사항에 대해 잘 들어주었으며 언제나 친절하게 응대해 줬습니다.

A great and cozy place for short stay. Location is great with multiple convenient stores and train station nearby. Overall excellent place for small group of travellers.

Good space for celebrating/cooking/board game

Nini/Kenny was a great host throughout my whole stay. responsive to all my question. place was clean and nice. few mins walk from ximen mrt exit 1, do take note to use exit 6 if you have stroller or wheelchair and needed to use the lift. the ceiling in the toilet is Abit short but no issue if you are asian or around 170cm. there is no handle bar when going up the steps to the bed above so that's something to take note and be careful of. otherwise there's security 24/7, lots of food and convience store just right out of the building. wil definitely stay the same place if I visit Taiwan again.

We had an amazing time staying in this place. It has everything we needed - near Ximen walking district, peaceful area, secured building, great and very responsive hosts, comfortable soft beds, complete appliances and very clean unit. We felt right at home! No wonder the place is almost fully booked. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, or tall, you may be a bit bothered - location is along main roads and the ceiling is loft type (low). It worked just fine with us though. My kids totally loved the interior! and being a clean freak myself, I was satisfied with its cleanliness. 100% recommended! We’ll stay here again, no hesitations. Plus, it has an elevator. 💯

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Ximending and Ximen MRT station. The host was very friendly and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful apartment! It is located in central Ximen and close to everything! You can find a 711 downstairs, many restaurants and the subway is a five minute walk away. It was quiet and cozy. Kenny was an awesome host and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be comfortable and in the middle of all the action.

l'appartement d'Yvonne est très agréable, nous avons passé un bon moment. les chambres sont calmes, la salle de bain est pratique. Yvonne est toujours disponible et réactive, cela a aidé a rendre l'expérience globale sympathique.

David's place is great. Fantastic location, 3 minutes to the metro station, 7-11, lots cafes and restaurant around, very convenient. The apartment itself is nice and clean, you got everything you need, even a small fridge, washer with dryer, very nice indeed. David is a very good host, good communication, clear instructions for check in. The only downside is people can shut the entrance door quite hard, so can be noisy sometimes. Otherwise perfect place for couple to stay.

The apartment is cool to stay in - very close to the Guting MRT station, next to a 7/11 and not far from Shida Night Market. I liked that the bed is next to Windows - so you can open the shades in the morning to see what the weather is like. Little minus is the Small shower area right next to toilet - but for me it was fine.

Place was convenient and check in was easy. Host was responsive as well and provided many recommendations.

Great value. Location is perfect for being right in the action in Ximen. Very clean, and communication from hosts was great. The place is slightly smaller than it looked in the photos, but has a cute “tiny house” vibe to it. The beds have thin but comfortable mattresses. The only issue would be for people with mobility problems or not comfortable with ladders, as it did require some agility to climb into the beds. Overall, a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay, Phillips is the perfect host. The place was so clean and he even stocked it with toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, and more; even some fruits and drinks in the fridge. I had everything I needed, from dishes to towels to laundry liquid. He always responded instantly to any messages I sent and during the big earthquake he had messaged me within a few minutes to make sure I was okay. Upon check-in he was waiting outside the apartment to greet me and proceeded to show me everything I needed to know, including how to work the washing machine. Everything in the apartment was functioning correctly and most things were brand new. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Taipei, especially students as it's a 5 minute walk to NTNU. Phillips really goes out of his way to do everything he can to make your stay as good as it can be, 5*

We enjoyed our three week stay, was a convenient spot and great value for money.

호텔도 다비싸고 그럴바엔 에어비앤비가 낫게다 싶어서 묵었던 숙소! 생각보다 깔끔하고 괜찮아서 친구들과 가성비있게 지내고 싶다하면 좋은 것 같습니다. 호스트님도 너무 친절하시고 사진도 잘 되어 있어서 전혀 무리없이 할 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 위치 진짜 좋고 세탁기 있는게 최고!

A few minutes walk from the MTC at NTNU, I stayed with Philips for a number of months, he was always super helpful, responsive, and friendly. Place is great, inside the Shida night market, lots of great food, close to a metro, overall great place. If I come back to Taipei would stay again! Thanks!!

It was super cute and cozy! I loved the mirror. The space was a little small, but enough. Philips was responsive and accommodating. I would stay again :)

房東很友善，會幫忙佔停車位和推薦附近美食，也有贈送在地農產品。房間有點舊，沒有電視機，有家的感覺，房源需要爬坡，但可以看到海，推薦大家假日來放鬆。

It’s very close to Ximen MRT. There’s plenty of food around. Towels and hairdryer, shampoo and body wash are provided. Bed was a bit too soft but overall stay is easy and comfortable.
