如圖片相符 整齊乾淨 家電很新 去之前很擔心環境太嘈或太僻靜，但沒有這樣的問題。 位置很好，旁邊還有好喝的咖啡店，20米左右有7-11，非常方便。 電視機有Netflix跟YouTube，Wi-Fi很快。 房東回覆很快很友善，這5天入住非常滿意 缺點就是隔音很差，枕頭太高超不好睡。除此以外都不錯。

已入住這系列房源第二次，每間房源都讓人讚嘆原來一房一廳可以這樣設計 房源不僅裝潢很時尚 很有現代感，整體也非常舒適 讓人很放鬆 有時候會讓人覺得有如身處在電影場景中 裡面提供的設備 也可以看出團隊的用心與巧思 房源所在地附近是熱鬧的台北車站後站商圈 離公車站 ubike站都非常方便 走路兩分鐘就有711便利商店 而因為在巷弄中所以晚上很安靜 管理團隊很專業及用心 回覆總是非常迅速 退房時有衣服遺忘在房源中 不僅主動詢問也特別回來協助並貼心放好 再次感謝！

Location location location. Arguably the best area to stay in when traveling to Taipei. The place was beautiful and super clean. Couldn’t be more happy with the place. Definitely would recommend and would absolutely stay there again

8명 친구들과 여행하며 묵은 숙소입니다. 독특한 내부 인테리어가 인상 깊습니다. 정돈은 잘 되어있는 편이고 소가전들도 잘 갖춰져 있는 편입니다. 위치는 지하철 역에서 가까워서 이동하기 편리했고 주변이 조용하여 좋았습니다. 즐겁게 놀고 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 아쉬운 점도 있는데, 노출 콘크리트 벽과 천장, 우드 가벽과 같은 마감재들이 사람이 생활하는 집 보다는 촬영용 스튜디오 같은 느낌을 줍니다. 주방 벽도 노출 콘크리트라 돌가루 같은게 떨어집니다. 식사 준비 하기엔 좋은 환경은 아니었어요. 화장실 벽도 우드에 페인트칠 되어있는데 곰팡이가 피어있습니다. 가뜩이나 습한 대만에서 물을 쓰는 공간의 벽이 타일이 아닌 것이 잘 이해가 되지 않네요. 독특한 인테리어 구조는 딱 도면과 사진에서만 아름답습니다. 여러모로 건축물 자체로만 봤을 땐 완성도가 아쉬움이 많이 남습니다. 호스트의 서비스는 매우 좋았고, 소통도 잘 되어서 그 점은 매우 좋았습니다. 캐주얼한 숙소를 찾는다면 추천하지만 잘 지어진, 생활하기 좋은 숙소로는 그다지 추천하지 않습니다. 그래도 감사했습니다! 이 피드백으로 더 좋은 숙소가 되길 기원합니다.

Our group of four (2 adults, 1 teen, and 1 child) really enjoyed H&K’s place! Everything was as described and pictured! It’s a cozy place that has everything - the setup of the loft with two additional beds for each of the children were a major bonus to have some separation yet still being together. We also greatly appreciated the washer/dryer being right in the unit! Our arrival in Taipei was quite early (before 5 am) and the host was able to accommodate our early check-in request (with a reasonable additional charge) so we could store our luggage and freshen up as soon as we landed. Also super helpful to have pre-arranged airport pickup! Overall the unit was clean and highly functional. The location was also convenient being right on top of the Xinpu MRT station! We liked the higher floor. The host Yi was proactive, friendly, and an excellent communicator throughout the whole process! It was a great Airbnb experience! We’d highly recommend H&K’s unit in Xinpu!!

房東很友善，會幫忙佔停車位和推薦附近美食，也有贈送在地農產品。房間有點舊，沒有電視機，有家的感覺，房源需要爬坡，但可以看到海，推薦大家假日來放鬆。

整體來說非常不錯！房東人也很好👍 唯一缺點只是地點較為偏遠～

일단 아파트 단지내 보안이 철저해서 좋았어요. 입주민 카드키 없이는 엘리베이터도 못타서 다른 에어비앤비 이용할때보다 훨씬 맘 편하게 다닐 수 있었구요. 집앞에 걸어서 5분 거리에 까르푸가 있어서 좋았고 단수이역까지 셔틀도 있어서 굳이 버스나 택시 타지 않아도 됐어요. 워런마터우까지는 택시타도 10분 밖에 안걸려서 택시비도 별로 안나왔구요. 호스트 분하고 라인으로 연락했는데 피드백이 매우 빨랐어요. 친절하셨고 체크인이나 체크아웃 시간도 여유있었구요 . 방은 3개에 화장실 2개 있는데 모두 넓고 깨끗했어요. 사실 단수이 지역이 호텔도 별로 없고 위치도 애매해서 숙소잡기가 힘든데 여기는 왠만한 호텔보다 좋고 넓어서 많은 사람이 같이 이용하기에는 매우 괜찮은 숙소 같아요 .

loved it here! Super helpful and easy instructions on how to get there. The area is very nice, very easy to get around. The place was really comfortable and would definitely love to stay here again!

Mr. Black is friendly. He also recommended best places to eat and the location is near in Ximending area. The place is okay, will definitely book again once we visit Taiwan.

Black's place is located very near to the MRT and is very accessible. Room is big and bed are comfortable. At night is also quiet and peaceful. A big wardrobe is a plus for us family of 4. We are very familiar with Ximending as we always travel to Taipei and stay around here so surrounding is no issue for us. Owner might need to change some of the furniture as its getting old and the hot water in the bathroom is very hot. Not easy to adjust to the right temperature. Overall its a good stay and worth the value.

Me and my friends (we are 4 in total) booked Black’s(host) place for our stay. The place is not bad, the beds are huge but if you opted to stay with alot of luggage, I think you would be having trouble to fit all your luggages inside the room, but still manageable tho. The place is near Ximen Station, easy access to MRT and most importantly, walking distance. Also, there is 7eleven within the building, so you can eat/buy whatever you want and need. We stayed February so it’s kind of cold, the room is also cold but they provided thick blankets to be used, enough pillows and towels. The accommodation also has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Aside from the room lock, the main entrance door also has a lock, so definitely safe. The neighborhood is also safe to walk around. A little bonus in our stay at Black’s place is how responsive and accommodating he is with our requests. His place is highly recommended.

Nice place and it located nearby ximending where there are a lot of nice food and shops. Host are very responsive and recommend us a lot of good foods nearby.
