Ricardo was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions about the condo and the area. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. The building is in a quiet location and the beds were very comfortable. This condo is perfect if you are travelling with other couples or a large family… there is plenty of room for everyone. One thing to note is if you have mobility issues you might find it hard to get around. There are stairs leading to the lower level bedrooms and the hike to the main gate is all up hill although you can get a taxi to pick you up right by your condo. There is also a short walk down a rocky path to get to the beach so you definitely need to wear some sort of footwear. The beach at Las Brisas was never overcrowded and you can get food and bar service there if you pay with $. We spent quite a few days there enjoying the beach and swimming in the ocean. I would highly recommend Ricardo’s condo and would love to go back there someday.

Hard to know where to begin. Everything was superb. The condo was stocked with virtually everything you could ask for. Space was cozy, and the beds were fantastic. I love this building and Linda and Jim have done a great job of setting up a rental space in it. Sundries, condiments, coffee, etc were all covered. Owners in the building were extremely friendly, staff were very friendly and helpful. I could honestly go on for days, but the shorty version is our stay was superb, Linda was wonderful and I look forward to being back.

Casa exelente, viaje con mi esposa y el lugar es agradable, 100% coincide con la descripción, nos visto mucho que la alberca estaba disponible sin tener que hacer reservación y desde la mañana hasta las 9 pm, hay comercios cerca de la zona, comida de distintos tipos y para todos gustos, un Oxxo, dos gasolineras cerca, un Aurrerá, está a 4 minutos de la ciclovía, a 8 minutos de la zona hotelera. nos sentimos agusto.

Quel beau séjour nous avons passé! Dès l’arrivée notre hôte, Lynn , nous a accueilli en haut des 88 marches ! La casita est exactement telle que décrite et très confortable.. Nous avions fait exprès de louer ce logement pour nous forcer à faire de l’exercice.. en effet, que vous décidiez de monter sur la route supérieure ou de descendre vers la mer.. vous avez dans chaque sens environ 90 marches. La piscine est un véritable havre de paix ! Elle est face à la baie de Zihuatanejo et les levés de soleil sont spectaculaires.. l’eau est à 30 Degrés Celsius!! beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et le centre ville est facilement accessible en prenant le combi - petit bus local qui ne coûte que 13 pesos.. cerise sur le gâteau , notre hôte Lynn est absolument adorable.. et nous avons passé ensemble de très agréables moments. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hesitation

Un environnement paisible, propre avec une terasse parfaite pour profiter de la superbe vue. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié les services sur place.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had four adults and four children. We had understood that one bedroom would have a king bed, one a queen and one with two double beds. When we arrived we had one king, and each of the other bedrooms had two doubles which wasnt very nice for onr couple, but we made do. Would be nice if garabge bags were included abd if the kids could have a few more toys in the pool area. They loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. The beach was wonddrful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo.

Muy bonito y tranquilo el lugar , siempre hubo comunicación y amabilidad , si hijo y ella muy atentos , así mismo muy flexibes , sin duda recomiendo mucho el lugar , todo se encuentra muy cerca ,restaurantes y la playa.Esperamos con ansias volver

Stunning view of the bay and marina! Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, purified water and easy access to the nearly private pool. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Todo estuvo muy bien! El lugar es muy agradable, está bien ubicado y cumple con todo lo que se menciona. También la atención de Alejandro es muy buena, está al pendiente y es muy accesible

Edgar y su familia muy al pendiente de todo para tener una estancia agradable. Es un alojamiento muy bonito, súper comodo, muy limpio, tranquilo, cerca de playa blanca. Es tal cuál como lo muestran en las fotos, con buena vista al mar. Hay cerca restaurant con servicio a domicilio para pedir desayunos, comida o cena, aunque cuenta con parrilla de gas en segundo piso y primer piso por si gustas calentar o preparar tus alimentos. Baño en primer piso y segundo piso con agua caliente. Las camas y almohadas limpias y cómodas al igual que los sofá-cama de la salita de estar. El servicio de Internet es bueno, cuenta con muy buena señal. Refrigerador en primer piso y segundo piso para enfriar bebidas o conservar alimentos. Tiene amplio estacionamiento. Está súper cerca la playa para salir a caminar o correr.

Excelente lugar para relajarse y descansar, el ambiente es súper tranquilo, ideal para desconectarse un rato de la rutina. Pablo fue muy amable y siempre estuvo atento de todo. Sin duda regresaríamos.

Un lugar que cada vez que acudo lo disfruto aún más, altamente recomendable el trato de Eric, cómodo para descansar, siempre limpio y ordenado, simplemente un lugar perfecto para descansar y olvidarse del bullicio de la ciudad. La alberca siempre con agua templada por lo que se disfruta de ir a nadar sin sentir frío cada vez que ingresas, a la hora que sea. Volveré otra vez después

No dudes en hospedarte aquí. Todo te gustará, la atención es buenísima, el lugar es limpio, tranquilo. Ya llevo dos reservaciones aquí y serán más.

Diego was welcoming and very helpful. The view from his place is a treasure. It was very spacious, charmingly decorated and had everything that we needed. The pool was so refreshing and was always a tranquil spot for enjoying the view. The neighbourhood is so charming and has many wonderful restaurants with amazing food and welcoming hosts. The coffee shop in the building was a great place to meet new friends and have a great drink of breakfast. One of our highlights was riding in the Kombi and meeting the locals along the way! Zihua is a magical place!

Jaimie is a wonderful host - responsive and helpful in every way. We were very happy with the accommodation as it is in a wonderful location between Zihuatanejo and La Ropa Beach. Combi buses run right outside the departamento making it very easy to get to supermarkets and restaurants. We made very good use of the beautiful infinity pool on the roof of the complex. We loved our stay at Jaimie’s place and highly recommend it!

This condo is very clean and well equipped. It is in a great location, close to everything, restaurants, shopping, beach. The grounds and pool are clean and the staff are so friendly.

Our visit was for 5 weeks, can't say enough about the view. Home was clean, ideally located at end of complex which provided lots of privacy and windows in the side for two of the bedrooms not just the patio windows. Patio was awesome and spent most of the time there other than in evening when bugs were out. The home was very comfortable, well setup, everything we needed. The two king beds were just like being at home. Pool was heaven and we enjoyed daily, meeting lots of new people. Security kept a close eye on who came and went and were always friendly. Thanks to Roberto (maint guy) for all the water and ice deliveries so handy not to have to get it ourselves and to Elia who kept the place clean and whom my granddaughter loved. Thanks Juan for letting us use your home and your quick responses.

Bien, el departamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos pequeño y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Vamos a regresar sin duda.

Desde nuestra reservación fue excelente la comunicación con Adrián y en nuestra estancia. Siempre pendientes y apoyándonos en lo que necesitamos. El lugar es espectacular, espacioso, linda decoración, limpio. La alberca y el acceso a la playa es muy accesible y caminar por el Boulevard riquísimo. Adrián nos hizo sentir como en casa!

El lugar está súper cómodo, las vistas son muy buenas y todo coincidía con la descripción.
