We spent one night here as part of our road trip. Everything was great - check in and check out was hassle free, the house itself is exactly as described, and the area and the village itself are beautiful! Highly recommended.

Das AirBnB von Isabella ist wirklich wunderschön, die Aussicht ein Traum. Wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt. Isabella und co. waren zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und bei allen Themen hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Very awesome! Great historic story behind the tower. The stairs outside to get up to the tower were slick when wet. And there are a lot of them. Otherwise wonderful stay!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Traumhaus! Herrliche Aussicht, wunderschöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung, viel Platz drinnen und draußen, herrlicher Garten, toller Pool, freundliche (wenige) Nachbar*innen. Rundum wunderschön! Erholung und Ruhe für die Erwachsenen und Spielmöglichkeiten am Pool für die Kinder. Das Dörfchen ist bezaubernd. Der Weg zum Einkaufen und nach Lucca ist absolut machbar, wenn man sich an die Serpentinen gewöhnt hat. Und schön ist der Weg auf jeden Fall! Die Abgelegenheit macht die Besonderheit & Schönheit des Ortes aus. Lucca ist eine wunderschöne Stadt! Vittoria ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Alles ging einfach und der Kontakt war zu jeder Zeit sehr angenehm. Wir sind begeistert und wollen gerne wiederkommen!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Great location if you want to be in the mountains, with access to the Garfagnana. Emma was a great host and had teamed up with Monica locally to ensure we could find the property and offered us any help we needed. Lots to see in the area (we only scratched the surface). The house itself is full of character, with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy sitting room on the middle floor and 2 bedrooms with great views over the mountains and valley below on the top floor. You do need to be able to climb steep, uneven stairs, however! All in all, a great trip, and we would love to return.

Mały domek Sereny oferuje wielkie niespodzianki: Jest przepięknie udekorowany, bardzo wygodnie zaprojektowany, bardzo czysty i wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Z balkonu i okien piękny wudok na wioskę i okolice, z drogi rozpościera się piękny widok na Lucca. W przydomowym ogródku można zjeść śniadanie na trawie. Przesympatyczni są gospodarze jak i mieszkańcy tej malutkiej wioski. Wspaniały pobyt. Gorąco polecam!!! Okolice do spacerów

L'appartamento è molto bello e confortevole in una zona tranquilla a 20 minuti da Bologna. Ottimo per stare in una zona tranquilla vicino molti luoghi d'interesse. Anche Senza un auto è possibile raggiungere l'appartamento con i mezzi.

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questa casetta in mezzo al bosco ma vicina anche ad altre abitazioni. È davvero una chicca immersa nel verde, con un giardino meraviglioso in cui mangiare e rilassarsi. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima ad ogni servizio utile. Benedetta è stata sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel, stilvoll mit Liebe zum Detail. Auch für ein erstes Frühstück stand alles bereit. (Kaffee, Mich, Müsli…) Die Lage ist perfekt - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars findet man an jeder Ecke, dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Rosa Bianca ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie kümmert sich prompt um jedes Anliegen. Wir durften bereits zu Mittag einchecken und die Wohnung am Abreisetag bis am Abend nutzen. Bologna ist bezaubernd und diese Unterkunft macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Herzlichen Dank 😎

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Thank you for making our holiday one to remember, we had a fantastic time and would love to come back again. Gracie mille

We had a great week at Gianna's place. Her family and the animals were a delight. The Pistoia Mountains are severely underrated asa a destination and have a lot to offer. San Marcello with it's variety of little shops and cafés is just a short walk away. Thank you and see you soon!

Great place to stay in Modena! Everything clean and works as intended. Host is responsive. Location is excellent, right in the center. No notes, really.

Unsere Zeit in dieser Villa war einfach perfekt! Der wunderschöne Poolbereich und die gepflegten Außenanlagen haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Das moderne Design und die luxuriöse Ausstattung der Villa haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die kleinen Details: Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit Süßigkeiten und Getränken überrascht – eine sehr nette Geste, die den Empfang besonders herzlich gemacht hat. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, sie haben uns jederzeit das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ein Aufenthalt, den wir definitiv wiederholen möchten!

Villa Sillico is an amazing house!it is like staying in a museum, lots of craft and artfacts that really made the place special. The town is on top of a hill and from the house's balcony there are stunning views and you could just stay home all day, if it wasnt for the beautiful surrounding that need exploration, lots of lovely walkable paths and ancient woodland and borghi reachable by foot. Andrea is an amazing host, always ver responsive and very kind. I will definitely go back one day, hopefully soon!

Ho soggiornato in questa villa con degli amici per capodanno. La casa è molto grande, le stanze e gli spazi comuni molto ampi ed accoglienti con un meraviglioso giardino. Ho trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, molto bella e pulita e soprattutto ben rifornita. L’host è stato super disponibile, check in e check out sono stati svolti in autonomia con estrema facilità ma l’host è stato sempre reperibile. Unica pecca era la temperatura, essendo una casa molto grande alcuni spazi più ampi (come corridoio o salone) risultavano più freddi; le stanze e la cucina erano invece più calde. La zona era ideale per i nostri scopi, ovvero festeggiare in casa. Molto vicino alla stazione. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno specialmente per gruppi di amici o grandi famiglie. ☺️

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

We loved our stay, especially our dog who loved the garden!! We did too of course, what a wonderful place. I could work easily as the Internet connection was wonderful. I have had mixed experiences in the past with this. This property had by far the best connection.

Eravamo uno storico gruppo di amici composto di 12 persone. La casa è grandissima e molto attrezzata con diversi spazi comuni dove è possibile ritrovarsi comodamente insieme. Il terrazzo e la vista sono spettacolari. Una casa lussuosa che ci ha permesso un soggiorno splendido in bella compagnia.

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
