Es una casa con sabor a hogar, confortable, funcional y con una ubicación excelente. Definitivamente la recomiendo y con la seguridad de que regresaré nuevamente. El anfitrión, con mucha disponibilidad, amabilidad y cortesía, nos hizo sentir en casa.

A lovely space in the middle of a vibrant and extremely walkable neighborhood. When I come back to see all the things I missed during my first visit to Mexico City, this accommodation will be the first thing I book again.

We enjoyed our stay at Ricardo's home. We loved the spaciousness, giving us lots of common space together, yet allowing us plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is lovely. It's pretty quiet, with plenty of trees, and close to restaurants, shops, and a great bakery right around the corner. We loved having a living room and outside patio to spend time together as a family. The kitchen was relatively well-stocked, but isn't really set up for serious cooking for a group. Finally, Ricardo was an extremely responsive host, which we really appreciated.

Casa muy bonita, grande, con un jardín enorme. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño y closet. Fue perfecta para hospedarnos cinco personas; la cocina, el baño de visitas, las salas, la fuente y el comedor son espacios de reunión muy agradables y prácticos. Amé la deliciosa ventilación porque puedes tener todas las ventanas abiertas. La arquitectura es muy alegre porque entra luz natural por todos lados. La ubicación es maravillosa en una calle de fácil acceso a Bosques, Interlomas y Santa Fe. Gabriel, el anfitrión, es muy accesible, simpático y atento. ¡Gracias por el hermoso fin de semana que disfrutamos ahí!

Second stay for me, and as wonderful as I remember it. Great location, beautiful garden, host communicates regularly and responds very quickly. I felt welcome as a guest and will return without question next time I am in Mexico City.

We had a great stay. The apartment was lovely, well-equipped and very comfortable. Everything was as described. The host was very responsive as well.. The building's gym and pool (25 metres!) was fantastic! The stairs inside the apartment (to the bathrooms and bedrooms) are very steep. I thought they added a lot to the character of the apartment, but maybe not the best choice if you have mobility problems. Overall would highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Sergio’s place. He was very responsive and caring. The terrace upstairs was a very nice feature to the apartment. Wonderful view of the city. Thank you Sergio for hosting us!

We love this place so much we have stayed here multiple times. Almost like being at home with smart TV, washing machine and being able to cook in the kitchen. Can't beat working out on the roof and then going for a swim that we found out was heated in December. Very helpful that we had a parking spot and Mauricio always responds to us quickly.

Alfredo was always responsive, polite, and friendly. Place looked exactly like the pictures, and we always felt safe and comfortable. Check-in was a little difficult, but Alfredo was responsive and helpful. We especially enjoyed the clean bathrooms and gorgeous view from the apartment.

Big and secure building complex with security and good amenities. Clean and spacious apartment. Our plans changed the day before we arrived and Maria was very helpful and accomodated out changes last minute.

Stayed for several days at Mauricio’s place and I have nothing but positive things to say! The condo and building are beautiful and just like the description! The condo is stocked with everything you need and hosts are very responsive to questions and super friendly ! Best of all is the amazing neighborhood, with so many great spots in walking distance . Would highly recommend staying here when visiting CDMX!

El apartamento de Ivan es realmente excelente para pasar una temporada larga en CDMX. Es cerca de varios puntos turísticos y es una zona con mucha actividad pero a la vez silenciosa y tranquila cuando uno está dentro del apartamento. Esperamos volver a habitar este lugar tan bonito y cómodo muy pronto en un futuro cercano.

Great space in an awesome location. The rooms were all clean and well maintained and the complex felt very safe with the 24 hr security guard that buzzes you into the building. The private rooftop was also very nice.

Buenas tardes, tuve una experiencia un tanto diferente. Me tocó que en la aplicación de Airbnb se duplicaran mi estancia con otra persona, pero entre el personal que me atendió hicieron lo posible por acomodarme en otra locación de mejor plusvalía en la cual fue agradable todo, nos atendieron mediante pudieron darnos la solución. Nos dieron un departamento nuevo, y estuvieron siempre pendientes.

This is a repeat stay. I always try to book with Alejandra, as I know everything will be perfect. I love the location (very close to the metro), and it is quiet and peaceful. Being a dog lover, having the dogs there is wonderful. They are basically friendly and always looking for pets and attention. Long story short, this is my go-to when I am in Mexico City!

As first time visitors to Mexico City, we had a hard time deciding on which neighborhood to stay in. We are really happy we chose Roma Norte/Condessa. It was very safe but still had an authentic feel. Fernando's apartment is in a great location. It looks just like it does in the pictures. Fernando is also a thoughtful host. He keeps drinks in the refrigerator which functions like an honor bar. He is also extremely responsive, not only to questions about the apartment itself, but also when we wanted advice on restaurants or sightseeing. It's just like having access to a concierge at a high end hotel. We were very happy with all of his recommendations and that helped to make our trip memorable.

Super lindo, en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de mi y me ayudaron con mis maletas, incluso me dejaron quedarme a esperar a que pasaran por mi, muy amables, la habitación estaba impecable y comodisima, sin duda me quedaría de nuevo, gracias!!
