Amenities were at or above expectations. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool/hot tub after a long day at the park. Clean, organized. Especially appreciated how everything was labeled and easy to find. We would love to return in the future.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

Nice place to hang out at the pool and have a bbq. Heated pool felt like therapy and my kids loved it.

This is a lovely house at a very convenient yet quite location, under LA weather the pool is fantastic for a relaxing journey.

Stayed at Anh’s place for my family’s Disneyland adventure. It was great! Easy to get to Disneyland/California adventure Park. We had lots of fun in the pool on our down days. Anh was a great host and would respond to my questions quickly. He would also touch base just to check in and make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend this house to stay in - great for families.

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

Kevin's home was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in such a nice neighborhood. An easy walk to the beach! There were clear instructions for parking, cleaning, and check out. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs. Steve’s care and dedication to being an excellent host has made this the best stay I’ve ever booked. Steve is not your average host - he is the definition of a super host. When I arrived, it had been long day and I was tired and hungry. I read through the guest info and found that Steve had stocked the fridge and cubbards with a few food items in case his guest was arriving late / hungry. I can’t describe how luxurious it felt to ACTUALLY be able to relax and not worry about getting groceries on my first night. The property is absolutely gorgeous and very easy to access using code locks. The guest house provides a very generous amount of privacy while still allowing access to the front yard and pool in the back. In my opinion this stay was perfect. The location was almost too good to be true being walking distance from Trader Joe’s, target, Ralph’s, and a ton of awesome cafes and restaurants. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Chantal was an ideal host! She was easy to communicate with but also let us have privacy. I'm a bit of a space cadet and forgot the door code briefly. She immediately responded and even when I confessed to being a moron she assured me I wasn't 🤣 I am a moron, but it was nice of her. At one point she knew we were out and a festival was going on and she let us know parking was going to be a bit troublesome when we returned. I appreciated that because it helped us make a game plan. The Garden space is lovely and private I spent quite a bit of time out there. If we ever venture back to LA (It was myself my partner and my 14 year old son) I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

We had the best time!! Everything was just as described. The view from the patio is lovely and the beach is right in front of you. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Kim & Hoa were great hosts and addressed all questions and requests we had in a timely manner. I stayed with my colleagues for a working / retreat weekend and the house had everything we needed with plenty of space. We would've loved to take advantage of the pool more but we were busy during the day when the sun was out. The location is perfect if you love Vietnamese food - it's located within a mile of Little Saigon.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, and Loreni was welcoming and helpful. Everything was just as expected, and we truly enjoyed our time. We'd happily stay again!

Joel's place was perfect for our 2 night destination wedding stay. Joel responded immediately to our needs. His place is well appointed with a gourmet kitchen, coffee and a few little extras that made the visit special. The home is quiet and an easy 10 minute drive from Ojai. We would absolutely stay there again in the future.

My coworkers and I stayed at this place and had to extend the stay for another night. Host was easy to work with, super responsive and accommodating. We loved this place so much that we will for sure return on our next trip. Thanks for having us!

We had a great time at Mermaid Manor! The home has lots of art and beautiful lighting. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool and the bakery around the corner was delicious.
