Our group of 6 adults absolutely loved staying here over Christmas week while visiting family in the area. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The area is very safe and you can't beat a lake view, even in winter. We found just about everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated there was lots of space to cook and store food. There were quite a few things to clean before heading out, but we spread it out over the night before we left and morning of, no big deal since we had lots of helpers. We played a couple rounds of cornhole in the garage, which was so fun! We would definitely stay here again!!

If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable, cozy Airbnb to get away from the world…I cannot recommend this cute little house enough! It had everything we needed for a long weekend vacay close to home. A stocked seasoning drawer (I was so happy with that 😃) and everything else you would need to make some wonderful meals in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the appliances were fantastic. The house was spotless. We had a really relaxing stay and appreciate all the thought that clearly went into making this a home-away-from-home. Thank you!

We loved the layout of the house and the view of Lake Pepin at sunset. We had just the right amount of rooms and space for my son’s families and myself. The fireplaces were an added benefit which we truly enjoyed. Although we came down with the flu we all enjoyed the time spent there together. Thank you Sandy and Eric for sharing your house with us. It is a very special place.

Black Swan properties are amazing and Becky is an incredible host. Everything is as described and was perfect, and our family of five enjoyed every aspect of our visit. You won't find better accomodations in the Rochester area.

Such a great place for a girls weekend! We had girls traveling from all over the Midwest, so this was a great central location for all of us. Beautiful place with plenty of space - everyone had a comfy bed. Kitchen was excellent and well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. And a beautiful view out the kitchen windows of the river! All in all, a wonderful place to stay - highly recommend!

We (5 girlfriends) were very pleased with the townhouse and the gorgeous view of the lake, from both the living room and the upstairs bedroom. The place was clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment, bedding, towels and much more. Beautifully decorated for the season (fall) with very comfortable furniture.
