Incredible stay, the pictures of the view and villa are 1:1 what they really are. you really can spot Fuji like a giant ghost mountain in the distance all of a sudden it's there like "hey surprise it's me Fuji watching over you" The kids enjoyed the pool so much and there was plenty of towels and other amenities. The surrounding area is incredible and pure with stunning views temples waterfall's Forrest's and authentic Japanse life. The host is excellent, so responsive and has instructions for everything.

Absolutely loved the location. It was pretty close to public transport so getting around was easy. It’s a good 2hrs to Tokyo from the closest station but the area is lovely and locals are friendly. Loved it! Plenty of decent restaurants around Kimitsu also. We didn’t want to leave and wish we had booked a longer stay.

We needed a last minute reservation. This listing is close enough to the airport to alleviate a lot of stress. It's a cozy home with a responsive host. Thanks again!

家族で小田原城と箱根観光の為に滞在させて頂きました。宿泊施設は分かりやすい場所にありました。駐車場の場所は隣接していないのですが近くにあり、分かりやすいように写真での説明を頂き大変助かりました。滞在しやすいように布団等の準備もしてくださり、疲れておりましたので、とても暖かく迎え入れてくださっているように感じました。とても過ごしやすく、家族で滞在した良い思い出の一つとなりました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

Comfortable stay at Haletto House Koshigoe. Plenty of space for two adults and a seven month old baby. The home has a lot of charm and character. Very close to Koshigoe station, small local supermarket and excellent bakery. Coffee shop outside the front door. overall, a neat place to enjoy the Shonan Coast.

初めて利用をさせていただきました。 お部屋はとても整理整頓されていて すごくキレイな空間でした。 キッチンなども広く楽しく お料理をする事ができたのと テラス？みたいな場所でBBQなども する事が出来てとても満足でした。 サウナも出入りが多いと温度は 下がりますがそれ以外は全く問題なく 整う事ができました。 景色も本当に良くて時間を忘れて 椅子に座り景色に見惚れていました。 泊まって良かったです。 機会があれば是非また利用させて いただきたいと思います。

建物、内装、屋上、ビュー素敵でした。 経営者リトリートをしましたが、素敵なリトリートになりました。 車があると買い出しなど便利だと思います。 タクシーは最寄りの会社に電話すると来てくれます。 唯一気になったのは、事前にチェックインシステムに入力していたのですが、結局現地のタブレットでチェックインの時に全員の職業の入力が必須になり、少し時間がかかりました。

サウナが楽しめてお部屋もお洒落で快適に過ごせました！ ありがとうございました！

家族4人で滞在しましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。古民家ならではの趣がありつつ、清潔感もあり、小さな子どもがいる家庭でも安心して利用できる空間でした。横浜や新横浜へのアクセスも良く、観光や用事の拠点として便利でした。静かで落ち着いた環境も魅力的で、リラックスした時間を過ごすことができました。

とても綺麗に掃除されていて、キッチンやお風呂のアメニティなどの小物もすごく充実していたので、とても快適に過ごせました。 雨でも可能なBBQスペースは使い勝手もよく、備長炭や網、他にも必要なものは大体揃っていました。 部屋数も多く、子供たちも大喜びでよい思い出になりました。 また、必ず利用させていただこうと思います。ありがとうございました！

Easy to find! We all loved how peaceful it was especially coming from the city of Tokyo! Loved how clean and aesthetic it was as well!

I stayed at Kai’s house for three days and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house is spacious, very clean, and peacefully quiet—perfect for relaxing and recharging. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful garden. So many flowers were in bloom, and just walking through the yard made me feel calm and happy. It’s such a peaceful spot, and you really feel connected to nature. The house has everything you could possibly need—fully equipped with all the essentials—and the location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation. The neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming, and the people around were genuinely friendly. Kai was a fantastic host—so warm, thoughtful, and helpful throughout my stay. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, this is an ideal place to stay. I would absolutely love to come back again.
