very quiet and nice place in the middle of the woods. big garden with fireplace not too far from warsaw for dagtrip, close to main airport, but far from modlin airport. flexible check in time. no problems with communication. Did not feel very clean: used cotton bud in bathroom, glasses very dusty. the water was probably not drinkable, tasted and smelled like rust, which was not great for showers and brushing teeth. there is no wifi, but this is just as advertised. service is spotty. we would still recommend and really enjoyed our stay!

This house is so cozy. So much better than on the pics. It’s located in wonderful neighbourhood, with small shops and parks. Very easy to get anywhere without even cabs, because buses system is very easy! We really enjoy our time there, will definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The parking was ideal for us and convenient as it was on the premises. We felt secure and safe in our own private garden in the backyard. Very welcoming and inviting. I only wish the beds were higher up off the floor as we found it challenging to get out of the bed in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The same thing with the sofas. We had a little difficulty trying to get up off the sofa. Other than that, everything was awesome. We definitely would be ok with returning to this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Communication with them was easy and quick, without any issues. We stayed in Warsaw while passing through, so the location was perfect - a quiet residential neighborhood. The house was in a gated courtyard with secure parking available. The host mentioned that he had designed the house for himself, which is why the interior was carefully designed and beautiful. The property was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were traveling with our pet, and the host thoughtfully provided water and food bowls for him, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Spędziliśmy w tym miejscu dwie noce i było absolutnie fantastycznie! Dom jest przestronny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony i idealnie przygotowany na komfortowy pobyt. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie, a okolica sprzyja zarówno relaksowi, jak i wspólnemu spędzaniu czasu. Gospodarz zadbał o każdy detal, był niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny – świetny kontakt oraz profesjonalne podejście sprawiły, że czuliśmy się mile widziani od samego początku. To miejsce ma wyjątkowy klimat, do którego zdecydowanie warto wracać. Gorąco polecam!

Everything was fine. The host was a little slow to respond. Tried extending stay, but didn’t hear back from host. Other than the slow communication. Everything else seemed fine.

The staying at warsaw was great thanks to this beautiful penthouse. The host was super nice and responsive. Big recommendation.

We are very happy with our stay in Lukasz's place, the house was nicely decorated and kitchen, bedroom , bathroom were all comfortable, we enjoyed the projector screen when watching movies. Lukasz was always responsive and friendly. We were with car and the house had free parking, some days we had to park a bit further when the places was taken, and without car as well there was a nearby metro station. Overall we highly recommend the place.

A magical place where everything is thought out to the smallest detail, very stylish design in every detail of the house, we were with my bride and a small dog in winter, it was very warm, cozy and comfortable. You can grind coffee by hand, light a fire without much difficulty and enjoy freshly brewed coffee literally in the middle of the forest. The view from the window is fascinating, ideal to isolate yourself from the noisy city and be alone with your thoughts, reboot yourself. Very clean, comfortable mattress, and inside and outside everything is the most modern and high-quality, I recommend scanning the QR code on the table - there is a lot of useful information about both housing and places nearby that you can visit. We will definitely come back to this place and now for a few days.

Overall great place, neat & clean, lot of space indoor & outdoor. Place for grill available, you need to bring coal and firing materials by yourselves. If you are looking for group stay around 6-10 people near from Warsaw, its the place recommended.

Puiki, be galo jauki, tvarkinga, rami vieta miško apsuptyje. Išpuoselėta teritorija, jaučiasi, kad namai yra mylimi, daug širdžiai mielų detalių, kurie suteikia išskirtinumo, jaukumo. Viskas apgalvota iki smulkmenų, virtuvėje pati išrankiausia šeimininkė jausis kaip namie! Būtinai apsilankysime dar kartą. Geriausios rekomendacijos!

Wir haben an diesem magischen Ort mit der Familie Urlaub gemacht.Haben zu Fuß die Umgebung erkundet,eine Kajaktour gemacht und einen Ausflug nach Warschau.Alles ein absoluter Traum.Urszula lebt in der Nähe und ist jeder Zeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.Sie hat uns ein Traumhaftes Haus inmitten der Natur zur Verfügung gestellt - außergewöhnlich schön und besonders.Ein wundervolles Erlebnis!

The tree house is located in a very private forest, we with our dog had great privacy and peace during 3 days of stay. 😊 The jacuzzi is also wonderful, gave us great relaxation! Our hosts are super friendly, Monika gave us lots of great local tips & we’re very thankful. 😄 Recommend the place & will surely come back again!

Pobyt był bardzo przyjemny, oferta jest zgodna z opisem. Idealne miejsce dla dwóch osób na weekendowy wypad i na odpoczynek. Jedyne co według nas było na minus to widok na okna i dom sąsiadów za siatką. Nie widać tego na zdjęciach, ale z łóżka jest widok na dom mieszkalny na sąsiedniej działce, co było szczerze dosyć niekomfortowe. Dobrze by było zasłonić ten widok. Poza tym jakość domku jest świetna i otoczenie bardzo ładne. W domku jest wszystko czego potrzeba:) Polecamy!!!
