Great location only minutes walk to excellent surfing beach. Loved the zen design and cleanliness. Roy was very responsive and super helpful with recommendations. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Perfekt sted for hvile og restitusjon. Deilig mat og svært vennlig staff. Gode senger og deilige hengekøyer. Litt langt unna steder å handle mat, og man må beregne 45 minutter biltur for å opplevelser utover å være i Claudias oase. Dette er absolutt et sted å finne ro.

Iris and her husband were great hosts and very accommodating during our two week stay at their bungalow. We saw monkeys, agoutis geckos, and toucans while relaxing in the veranda area. The beach was just a walk up the road you turn in on. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from as well. I would recommend this stay to anybody just looking for a relaxing stay and a taste of the Caribbean lifestyle!

This little gem is absolutely magical. We were picked up in Bocas by the hosts friend and brought to this incredible place with only a 12 min boat ride from bocas. Their pictures don’t even do this place justice. The beauty is even better in person. I recommend eating the breakfast they offer. Absolutely fresh and delicious. We will be back for sure!

Realmente las casita tiene una ubicación perfecta en relación a la playa a tan solo unos pasos ya tienes una playa hermosa solitaria ideal para descansar y tomar el Sol, el lugar es bellísimo , donde están las casitas es muy bonito, el internet es Buenisimo, si algo se podría mejorar es el tema de puerta principal de ingreso que debemos bajarnos abrir y cerrar. Lo único es que para comer hay que ir al pueblo de San Vicente pero Leo nos recomendó algunos restaurantes , Sin duda es un lugar para regresar, 🤗🤗

Ok wow this place was absolutely amazing! It was my dream to stay at an over the water bungalow and this exceeded all my expectations. Your own little paradise on a tropical island. Jump right off the front porch to swim in a great reef. Stunning views of the lagoon and mountains and sunsets. Michelle is a wonderful person and I am blessed to meet her. She helped me out with everything, gave great advice, and I met more amazing people at De La Luna and through her. This bungalow is ideal if you are staying long by being a digital nomad. You get a great peaceful place to sleep and work at. Then if you want to go to town and party you take the water taxi in right from the front porch. Bocas town is a blast so stay there for a bit then come right back to paradise. Also two restaurants and a store right in kayaking distance. I did the chocolate tour, scuba, atving, caving, surfing, partying, etc. during my stay here. My time in Bocas Del Toro was inevitably going to be great, but stayi

un vrai paradis. vous n êtes pas laisse à vous même, il y a un employé tout prêt qui est toujours là pour vous. le service était exemplaire . réponse rapide et tours privé à prix très abordable. par exemple, une demi journée à la pêche pour 75$ . et , oui on a prit du poissons ! il y a des restaurants à 15 minutes démarche et ils vous ramène à la maison en bateau. c est vraiment magnifique comme les photos. merci au hôtes pour l excellent service !

We had a great stay at David’s and would definitely recommend if you are in the area. He and his wife are so friendly and welcoming and are always available, if needed, but otherwise gave us full privacy. The space is so pretty and comfortable. We loved the pool and hanging out on the patios. The beds are so comfortable. Our hosts provided great recommendations for places to eat in the area and the location is a quick drive to everything. Great for two couples or families.

I booked my stay very last minute and Aguamadera was super flexible and responsive. The place is utterly gorgeous with a very classic jungle modernist design and equipped with more than everything a guest could need or want! I came with my son and they even provided a high chair and a nanny. We felt like we were home. Delightful stay, highly recommend!

Where to begin! Cory and Aly were incredible. You could not ask for better hosts. Their property and our stay exceeded all expectations. The king size bed was very comfortable and the accommodations included plenty of space to spread out. The nature and the wildlife was fantastic. We saw countless Toucans from our private balcony and plenty of scarlet macaws. The howler monkeys were fascinating to hear, but we didn’t see them. Waking up every morning occurred both naturally and peacefully. We tried many of their local recommendations which we found excellent. A real treat was their dogs came to greet us every morning. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica!

Clara’s place was absolutely incredible! You are 45 minutes from the action of La Fortuna, a little over an hour from Catarata Del Toro and the Blue Falls. Great location, peaceful, well stocked to use the outdoor kitchen. We saw Toucan’s while relaxing on the patio. You can’t beat the value! We would recommend and stay again! Don’t miss out on a great stay with a great host!

J'ai adoré l'endroit c'était parfait

We loved the bungalow! It was even more beautiful than the pictures, the landscaping the sauna is breathtaking. We even saw cute animals from our room and frogs and birds! The bungalow was comfortable, kitchen had essentials, and the host was very responsive. The only caveat is with the hot tub, you have to ask the host to turn it on for you so you have to approximate the time that you will be using it, which was not always possible for us. You have to time it correctly or tub will be cold and it's unavailable after 10pm. We loved the town we stayed at, it's called Chachagua. It is a small local town. It's very cute and not touristy. It has many different stores, a supermarket, everything you need basically and it's only a 15 min walk from the bungalow. The bungalow is 20-25 min drive from La Fortuna. You will end up there for activities, but it was nice not having to stay there! We also used driver recommended by the host, the driver's name is Christian -we highly recommend him!

The bungalows at Lapaluna are our favorite place to stay in the Puerto Viejo area. The walk to Playa Chiquita is not far, and it is a great beach. Bicycles are available so a car is not a necessity. A local produce market and a grocery store are nearby. You may meet some new friends at the lovely pool, but the beautiful garden jungle surrounds each bungalow, making them very private. If you look up “Pura Vida” in the dictionary you may see a listing for Lapaluna!🌞✌🏻❤️
