We absolutely loved our stay at Victor’s cabin and feel so lucky to have met him on this trip. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful, and there’s a ton of things to do on his property alone. It’s definitely worth staying for at least a week. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who wants to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature.

Amazing!! Great location in a beautiful place. Stunning stay. It was so amazing to hear the sounds of the jungle while being in the villa. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Few ants located inside. Would 1000% recommend staying here!

Notre séjour à Cocovivo a été incroyable. Les récifs sont magnifiques, l'île est superbe et nous avons eu l'occasion de faire une balade dans celle-ci avec Leo qui est un excellent guide. Melisa et Luciano sont des hôtes toujours disponibles et très accueillants. L'arrivée et le départ ont été très bien organisés. Les logements sont très agréables pour un séjour au plus près de la nature : nous avons étés conquis par Cocovivo et nous y retournerons très certainement lors de nos prochaines vacances au Panama.

The Jungle House was beautiful, pool is super clean. the host was very helpful and friendly :)

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! This house is tucked in the jungle with loads of wildlife all around. There are other houses on the property, but they have preserved the gardens and jungle in such a fabulous way that you can’t even see any of the other houses. Felt super private. The plunge pool was absolutely delightful after we returned to the house. There are so many things close by, we especially love La Leyenda pizza restaurant. Which is just a short ride down the street in Playa Chiquita. Tine got back to me very quickly after each text I sent her. We will definitely stay here again!

Our adult family of four stayed in both the mango house and the jungle house. Both of these places are fabulous- beautiful jungle surroundings, areas to hang out and observe the beauty, all kinds of fruit to try, an on-site restaurant (try the jackfruit stew!), comfortable beds. The fact that this area has been mindfully reforested was what attracted us to this stay but the experience overall was amazing. We highly recommend!

Great place up in the trees. A bit of a walk getting up to the house, but we knew that from the description. Not a great choice for someone with mobility issues, but it was fine for us. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy to get to know the other guests as well.

A true hidden gem! If this place is available - book it without hesitation. Reaching it involves a climb up hundreds of steps through the jungle, but you're rewarded with total privacy, breathtaking views, and complete immersion in nature. Jan and his wife are incredibly kind and always ready to help. This is a unique and unforgettable stay, perfect for nature lovers seeking peace and authenticity.

O chalé é lindo e a vista é mais bonita do que nas fotos! Impressionante vc conseguir ver o Campeche e o mar ao fundo, foi lindo! Lugar extremamente calmo, tranquilo, aconchegante e cheio de boas energias! Além disso, confortável o chalé e de fácil estadia, com ctza iremos voltar para ficar no outro tb! Recomendamos! 🙂🙂

L’emplacement est bien situé pour aller visiter la forêt nuageuse, les tours nocturnes et autres activités de Monteverde. Nous avons trouvé facilement l’emplacement en mettant sur Waze Hotel Cala lodge et ensuite en suivant les instructions fournies ( avec photos). À partir de l’hébergement, nous pouvions voir une famille de Coati qui se promène dans les arbres aux alentours et sur le toit. Nous avons vu un Motmot sur une branche près du balcon arrière. Les lits sont très confortable, la literie également, il y a de l’eau chaude et nous n’avons rien manqué en équipement.

Lugar perfeito para uma viagem romântica.

Mini casa , linda, confortável e, realmente, privativa, aconchegante e agradável. Um detalhe para quem gosta de dormir no escuro, por ser toda de vidro, mesmo com as cortinas ao redor da cama, entra luminosidade ao amanhecer. Em nada me incomodou, dormi muito bem, mas fica a dica de um tapa olhos a quem se incomoda. Além das visitas de muitos pássaros e borboletas, o som da cachoeira com a queda constante, deu um toque especial de harmonia ao ambiente. Lareira, natureza, banheira, cachoeira… tudo perfeito.

Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Fenster rund um das Bett mit Blick in den Wald waren mein Highlight. Nur schade, dass die Bäume inzwischen so hoch sind, dass man nicht, wie auf den Fotos, den Vulkan vom Bett aus sehen kann. Die Unterkunft war mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Nur der Kühlschrank hatte leider einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch.

Our stay at Henry and Diego’s Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such kindness and hospitality. Diego was incredibly responsive and always ready to help, and his dad, Henry, was just as kind and attentive. Their assistant worker went above and beyond, helping us with our luggage and anything else we needed. The place itself was peaceful and relaxing—exactly what we were looking for. Waking up to the sounds of birds and spotting local wildlife like mapaches made the experience even more special. It truly felt like a hidden gem in nature. Overall, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was perfect. This was definitely one for the books, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a serene and welcoming getaway.

This was the most unique Airbnb we had stayed at, we loved our time here! In addition to the unique layout and location, Vero and Mau have clearly put so much thought behind all the details to make it a perfect stay. They were also super communicative and gave us great recommendations on restaurants, and connected us to a private driver (Brandon) who was wonderful. They were transparent in disclosing nearby construction, and while we definitely noticed the noise, it didn’t bother us as much as it might others. And ear plugs and eye masks are provided by the hosts to help mitigate the disturbance. Would absolutely recommend this special Airbnb!!!!

We truly enjoyed our time at David’s treehouse. It’s not only beautifully located, but also spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and simply a very special place.David is a fantastic host – always available, incredibly thoughtful and kind. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and visited many places – but this one is different. This one is special.The closeness to nature is absolutely incredible: the beautiful garden and all the animals – hummingbirds, parrots, coatis, monkeys, and even deer walking by – you sit on the terrace and feel like you're in the middle of a nature documentary. It’s a place that invites you to slow down, observe, and just be present.There were also so many little details that made our stay special: soft bathrobes, thoughtful touches throughout the house, and wonderful human moments. We came here to relax – and we really did. And that means a lot. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, David. We really hope to come back someday.

Ficamos na casa da árvore no final de semana e simplesmente amamos a experiência! Tudo na hospedagem parece ter sido pensado nos mínimos detalhes. O lugar é extremamente aconchegante, charmoso e muito bem cuidado. Foi tudo perfeito! A Abigail também foi uma anfitriã incrível, sempre disponível para tirar nossas dúvidas e super solícita quando precisamos de um tempinho a mais no checkout. Com certeza foi uma estadia inesquecível. I had the most incredible stay. If you are even considering booking, do it! Even though I was only there for two days, it felt like I was in a completely different world—an absolute retreat from everyday life. The entire experience was so relaxing and peaceful. The on-site restaurant was great; every meal was delicious, and it was so convenient to have the delivery service as well. One of my favorite spots was the outdoor net hammock—it was so serene to sit there, unwind, and take in the beautiful surroundings. The jacuzzi was another highlight; we basically lived in it the entire time. The fireplace added such a cozy touch, making the nights feel extra special. The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the perfect amount of outlets and the reading lights by the bed. The breakfast provided each morning was a nice touch, and it really made the stay feel even more thoughtful. I can’t wait to come back to this magical spot ❤️

El lugar es precioso, exactamente como las fotos, estar rodeado de naturaleza estuvo increíble. Es muy privado y la vista es espectacular. La cama está grande y cómoda. Está muy limpio y tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía amena, incluyendo una sombrilla grande que puedes usar cuando sales de la propiedad. Las personas que cuidan la finca son muy amables y tienen un perrito precioso, Capuccino que siempre nos visitaba. Está ubicado en una excelente zona a 30 minutos de la mayoría de atracciones de la zona, incluyendo el aeropuerto y menos de 10 minutos de restaurantes. Aunque parece bastante remoto, en la carretera hay muchos lugares donde parar a comer.

We really had a great time at this Air bnb. The location is a little out of the way but easily accessible with a suitable vehicle, and we really liked the quiet location. The large terrace was my personal highlight. From there we were able to observe monkeys and other animals. Andres is a kind person who was always happy to help us with any questions or concerns. Thank youu so much for everything!
