Jeanette’s place is a beautiful escape by the water! Peaceful surroundings, right across from beautiful beach walk and trails to the woods a short walk away. The space itself is decorated like the perfect beach cottage, and cozy couches and a comfortable bed made for a relaxing evening and great nights sleep. Thank you Jeanette! I will be back!

There are a lot a reasons to use Airbnb, and one is that you can stay in the most interesting places. That's the reason to stay at the Ludington mansion. Incredible property. If you have any interest in history or architecture, this is your place. We stayed in the 3rd floor suite; of course, it's not a good choice if you can't manage the stairs, but since that was not a problem for us, we loved it. The space was as described: full of character and immaculately clean (if not always new). It was nice having two full baths. The next-door church bells didn't bother us. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. We appreciated the host's suggestion for where to have dinner and were not disappointed. We ended the evening by streaming the (admittedly cheesy) Hallmark Christmas movie filmed on the property and spotting furnishings that were in our suite. We wished we could have stayed longer instead of just over-nighting while on the drive from Maine to NC.

We had a great stay! This home is clean and well equipped. We felt right at home. The lake view was beautiful and we especially loved waking up and looking right out at the serene and peaceful setting. We barely knew anyone was above us with the exception of very occasionally hearing quiet footsteps. Kevin is a wonderful host! Thank you for our stay and we hope to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Robert’s place. Convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. The place is spacious and cozy. Samantha and Robert provided us with everything we needed.

Claire's place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, cozy and nicely situated on a peaceful street in walking distance to the LIRR train station, the main street in Southold, and a lovely beach with stunning views of the Shelter Island Sound and its surroundings. I would definitely book again!

Great, cozy place! Lena was amazing and very responsive. I wouldn't change a thing! 11-15 minute drive from Yale, where we were visiting our daughter. would love to stay again when we can do some real beach time!

The location was amazing and the house was beautiful. One of the nicest air BnB I’ve stayed in!

Jamaica Cottage was exactly as described. We felt immediately at home. Location was gorgeous just steps from the beach and excellent food and drink a quick walk across the street. Even in winter it was peaceful and cosy! Would be a phenomenal summer stay. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Plenty of linens. Internet was fast and technology around the house all worked well. Lanna was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any minor issues that came up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back anytime.

Overall a great space, right next to the ocean and silver sands State Park. Easy to find and available parking. Clean and tidy, space as pictured. Shared back yard. Quick and easy communication with owner.

Laurie is a wonderful and generous host. Though we did not take advantage of it, she let us know that early check-in was possible on our arrival date. When we did arrive, we were greeted with a lovely care package of treats, including excellent treats for our dog. Really nice touches, and much appreciated. The space is clean and spacious, free of clutter, with a nice kitchen. We are especially grateful for pet-friendly hosts, and Laurie's place was truly excellent. Even non-pet people should find the space very suitable. There are no signs that other dogs had stayed there, the space, furniture and linens are all very clean. Great host, great place!

Lisa’s home is incredible! Beautiful, clean, organized, and a great place to stay for families or group gatherings. Lisa is proactive with communication and shared great recommendations. Best part- watching the sun rise over the water from the patio! And great coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the home.

This place was perfect! We were pleasantly surprised by all there was to do in the area nearby and the house came stocked with everything we could’ve needed!

Spent the last week of the summer at this cute little cottage less than a block from the beach. The house is as described, looks like the pics, clean, stocked with amenities, and has a cute little outdoor deck area with a view of the water. Location is walkable to a few restaurants and creamery. Neighbors were so friendly; a really nice community. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely stay in greenport! Short drive from major north fork activities. Can imagine its even better during the busy season!

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

Julie’s condo right on the water was even better than the photos could show. Check in was super easy. I had two minor snags and Julie was instantly responsive to solve everything immediately-and even make the stay actually better. The place is spotless clean, well appointed, completely comfortable, and waking up to that expanse of water made me excited to get out of bed and see. It’s a multi million dollar view. At least in this off season this is by far the best deal in Greenport when looking at price to value to living for the moment with water for as far as the eye can see. Great apartment. Great host.
