The hosts were easy and kind to work with! The house was super adorable, great supplies and fun decor! Beds super comfy and beautiful view!

We had a great stay at this cottage- it was a perfect size for our family and was extremely clean, warm and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, and proximity to town. Hosts were very friendly and responsive but never intrusive. Would highly recommend.

We were so happy with everything throughout our stay! The house had everything we needed including some extras for our kids that we hadn’t thought of! The furniture was really comfortable, and they had nice new beach stuff for us to use as well. We loved Walnut Beach and being able to walk to get coffee and ice cream. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Great hosts, comfortable and beautiful home! Easy walk to the ocean! Kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans, etc. we needed to cook thanksgiving dinner! Truly they thought of everything, from games to an extra set of binoculars. We had a great time!

Lisa’s home is incredible! Beautiful, clean, organized, and a great place to stay for families or group gatherings. Lisa is proactive with communication and shared great recommendations. Best part- watching the sun rise over the water from the patio! And great coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the home.

We had a wonderful stay (again) at Matt's place. We enjoy the view of the bay and the watching the sun set in the hot tub. There was an issue with the furnace which they were super responsive and communicative and had it fixed right away.

We loved our weekend getaway at Cameron's cozy beach cottage. Cameron was proactive in recommending restaurants for us to visit and try, and was always responsive. Check-in was easy and seamless, and the place was beautiful and spotless upon our arrival. It was the weekend away that we were dreaming of. Thank you!

The place matched the description perfectly and much more spacious than what one usually finds for a single bed/bath apartment. I enjoyed the stay and would return again. For me it was a perfect place to accommodate overflow thanksgiving guests over the holiday.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and hope to return. It is perfect for our family of ten. Six adults and four children. There is something for everyone. There are outdoor activities and indoor activities. The children's books were upgraded this year and a big hit. The pool is delightful and Tyson was proactive in making sure the temperature was right. The house is clean. It has everything you need with no added clutter. Anne was generous in allowing us to stay a bit later when checking out and we appreciated it.

This day was exactly what me and my little family needed for my birthday weekend. It was private it was peaceful. The host was very responsive and accommodating to all needs and very understanding. We definitely will be booking again. Can’t wait till next time.!

Me quedé para NYE y mi única queja es que ojalá lo reserváramos para una estancia más larga. Se puede caminar hasta un lindo faro y playa, a poca distancia en coche de NofoRoco, la combinación perfecta.

Michael was an amazing host - he was responsive, kind, gracious and incredibly helpful in getting our large group of girls comfortable in his home. He gave us a ton of great food recommendations and tips for things to do around town. The house (especially the yard) exceeded expectations and looked even better in real life than in the photos. We loved our experience here!

Great house, we wish we could have stayed longer but due to weather we were only there one night. Very comfortable home, plenty of space, we would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy the pool! We have stayed in many rentals in the area (family nearby) and this has been the nicest one.

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

Such a lovely home right on the water! Spent a cozy New Year’s Eve here with 6 people, great location to downtown Greenport. The home has a ton of character, one of the reasons we’d love to be back!

We continue to visit Rose’s house for our yearly weekend girls getaway. It’s the perfect cozy beautiful place to catch up with friends and relax. Rose is an amazing host!

Great location on wide, beautiful, private beach! Lots of outdoor space on beach and patio with grill for BBQ. Kayaks and SUPs were at provided, too. House is surprisingly spacious with seating for many in living room and dining table. Kitchen is large and supplied with basics needed for stay. Primary bedroom is huge and all the beds are very comfortable! Jillian was great with communication. Had a great time with our family spending days on beach, grilling dinner and bonfires at night!

My family and I love staying at Victor‘s beautiful ocean front home. It was very comfortable and the view is spectacular a great place to get away to with the family.

Aimee rocks! Great stay with just two of us and our dog. She was super accommodating and the house is AMAZING.

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is well located; we were able to drive back & forth to New London, Mystic, & several other towns. We did so many things on this trip: saw a movie, saw a play, went to Ocean Beach twice, Mystic Seaport, & the Yale Peabody museum. My only complaint is that we should have stayed "home" more & enjoyed our own beach more often! We took walks every day and watched for the tide to reveal the sand bar & walked out there whenever we could, which was so cool! The sound of the water changed when the sandbar was revealed. We found lots of cool shells. We really appreciated the chairs & umbrella in the well stocked shed. We did a little grocery shopping and made egg sandwiches so we only ate out once a day which saved money. I ate my sandwiches outside day & night, something I never do at home. The house was completely stocked with everything needed plus some! The only negative was not enough curtains which made it too bright to sleep & not enough privacy.

We stayed here for a wedding at The Burr Mansion, which was extremely close to the house! The house was clean and updated. A few spots to walk to including a local bar. Just a walk to the beach. Bedrooms are all spacious and were very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The house has beautiful sunset views, quaint neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to stores, restaurants, excellent communication and response time from host.
