Jeanette’s place is a beautiful escape by the water! Peaceful surroundings, right across from beautiful beach walk and trails to the woods a short walk away. The space itself is decorated like the perfect beach cottage, and cozy couches and a comfortable bed made for a relaxing evening and great nights sleep. Thank you Jeanette! I will be back!

The amenities and welcome "package" provided by Nathon and Gloria was unexpected and generous. The space was one of the most unique we have stayed. We loved the preserved history that was displayed throughout. I don't think there was anything that was not available to us during our stay. The train passing was the highlight of our stay. LOL. Where else could we have seen that. Parking was not a problem. We also felt safe walking to the surrounding restaurants and coffee shop just a short walk away. Several of us just came back from a quick overnight trip to Brookfield, and I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in this area of CT. The bottom floor was recently renovated, so the place is really well laid out with plenty of amenities. There is enough to do on property to keep a group of people entertained for a weekend stay if you plan on sticking around the house. The location is incredible, situated in a little nook right on the water with a ton of privacy and a huge backyard. And definitely reach out to Flory in advance as she plenty of recommendations for things to do and where to eat while you're in town. You will have no regrets if you book this place.

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

Perfect house for a family/couple visit to the beach. It was great for my kids and I. We loved the space that the house offered and how close it was to the beach. Everyone was very pleasant that we spoke to. The house was clean, safe and felt like a home away from home.

We loved this Beach House! The house was clean and the kitchen was full of cooking supplies. There was a variety of pots and pans to choose from. This was appreciated since we are picky about the type of pans we cook our food in. The host provided a binder full of menus for local restaurants and recommendations. Information on activities to do while visiting was also included within the binder. The house included a small fire pit that could be used at a distance from the house. It was just the right size to maintain safety and still be cozy from warmth. Dmitry and his team communicated clearly and were kind by providing us with information about the local St.Patricks Day Parade. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Perfect place to bring your family for a getaway trip. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Special thanks to the host for helping me resolve a package delivery issue.

Perfect venue for a Thanksgiving getaway with our whole family. Rather than having out of town family staying at hotels, we could all stay together in a comfortable home with a beautiful view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again ! Close to the many wineries and cute towns, and peaceful and comfortable to come back and relax at. We enjoyed the fire pit , the view from the dock of the changing tree colors and the flow of the kitchen. ❤️

We had a lovely fall weekend stay at Paul’s place. The house and the water views are just as pictured. Convenient location allowed us a good home base to explore the north fork wine trail and local businesses. We did have one small plumbing issue during our stay however Paul was extremely responsive to ensure it did not affect our stay at all. It was a nice experience having such a responsive host. Overall our friend group had a great time and would return again.

The location and views from Phil's place are absolutely beautiful. It was a cozy place to stay and unwind while visiting family in the area. The beach and pathway to it are wonderful. Phil was very responsive to our couple of questions. We would happily go back when in the area again!

This was the perfect last-minute getaway for my always on-the-go family in need of some quiet bonding time. The condo was simple and clean, the beach beautiful (even in the winter), and Alice and Gasper were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Julie’s condo right on the water was even better than the photos could show. Check in was super easy. I had two minor snags and Julie was instantly responsive to solve everything immediately-and even make the stay actually better. The place is spotless clean, well appointed, completely comfortable, and waking up to that expanse of water made me excited to get out of bed and see. It’s a multi million dollar view. At least in this off season this is by far the best deal in Greenport when looking at price to value to living for the moment with water for as far as the eye can see. Great apartment. Great host.

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.
