Este alojamiento merece todas las estrellas posibles, la atención, el lugar en sí, su ubicación todo todo estuvo perfecto, caminábamos al Capitolio y al malecón porque todo eres muy cerca, nos vendieron la cena en 10 dólares y el desayuno en 8 dólares, muy deliciosa y variada. Éramos una familia de 19 personas y la atención fue espectacular

Femstjärnig vistelse! Väldigt familjära och hjälper med allt som behövs och ger dessutom extra tips. Vi kände oss jättetrygga och omhändertagna. Platsen ligger några minuters gång från allt i Gamla Stan. Även rent och väldigt välordnat boende och väldigt bekvämt att komma hem till efter en lång dag. Rekommenderar verkligen, missa inte chansen att känna er hemma i Havanna!

Le logement d'Ivis à Havana Central est idéalement situé, permettant un accès facile à pied à de nombreux sites stratégiques de la ville. Spacieux et étonnamment calme pour un appartement en plein centre, il offre un confort appréciable. Ivis et sa famille sont des hôtes chaleureux et attentionnés. L’un des atouts majeurs de ce logement est sa grande terrasse, agrémentée d’une petite piscine, un véritable plaisir au cœur de La Havane. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

This place is incredible. The hosts, Luis and Alessandro, are gems. Discreet but very attentive. The rooftop has been arranged with great taste and is very peaceful. The appartements are perfect, exactly like on the pictures with space and everything you could need. The little bar was great as we were quite tired in the evenings, so we had mojitos and dinner on the terrasse. On my last day the flight was late at night and I was able to arrange a late check out, taking advantage of the jacuzzi ❤️ It was the prefect way to end my stay. Thanks to the whole team up there 🎉

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise nach Vinales. Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage zum Busbahnhof, sodass wir problemlos weitereisen konnten. Amelie und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Menschen und die Wohnung ist eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung mit voller Privatsphäre.

This place really blows you away. When our group first arrived we couldn’t stop taking pictures. The house is ild and kept in great condition. Couldn’t get over how high the ceilings are. If you read the other reviews they are accurate. Yarley, the manager, speaks perfect English and helped with everything. She works in a hostel a couple blocks away so very easy to meet when needed. Keep in mind there is still rolling power blackouts throughout Cuba lasted maybe 6 hrs. The location is perfect easy walking distance to a lot of sights. If you have been to any South American cities this kind of neighbourhood could be dangerous. But Cuba is safe and so is this area. Just a lot of hard working local people. Never felt unsafe and walked around at night. We donated all of our clothes, shoes, medicine and toiletries, they were very grateful for anything that we could give them.

Ana’s place is just beautiful, and much more spacious than we expected, the photos don’t give it justice. It is walking distance to the main plazas. We were welcomed by Mildred and Mila who are the kindest and warmest hosts we have encountered. They explained to us everything, gave us recommendations and we felt at home right away. Our trip was cut short by an emergency back home so we left earlier than we planned. We were sad to leave this beautiful airbnb but we hope to be back soon. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Alba and Miguel were helpful and proactive from start to finish - they arranged taxis and money exchange for us upon arrival; Miguel was at the apartment to meet us on arrival and took plenty of time - even late at night - to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and sufficiently supplied - be aware that abundance is not possible in Cuba, so we were prepared to make do. When the island-wide power outages occurred, Alba and Miguel were quick to check in and make sure we were okay (we were!). The apartment is on a busy, bustling urban street with lots going on. We loved being immersed in this side of Cuba. It's an exciting place to be; being on the second floor allowed for some ability to avoid some city noise. The balcony over the street was great to sit and observe the life of the neighbourhood while the inner courtyard and kitchen provided a peaceful oasis. Very walkable to the sights of Old Havana.

Location, Location, Location! AND, the 18 ft ceilings, rounded corners and well curated collection of radios and record players and general decor take you back to 1940's Havana. But with the comforts of a well-appointed kitchen, airconditioned bedrooms and a state of the art washing machine. Beds are super comfortable, and linens top quality. The French doors at either end of the apartment let the ocean breeze flow through so that in March we didn't need the air conditioning. You can walk to many, many wonderful restaurants, groceries and cafes. As well as some sights. The neighborhood is busy during the day and evening, but very quite at night. We enjoyed the balcony looking out to the Malecon and the Ocean. We loved just sitting back and watching all the different kinds of cars in Havana go by. Anything in Havana you can't walk to from here is just a short Nave (the Cuban Uber) ride away. We plan on returning to Cuba next year and will definitely look to book this property again.

Ha sido la segunda vez que nos hemos alojado en el apartamento de Sadir porque nos ha encantado y hemos querido repetir. Gran anfitrión y gran persona!

Muy encantada de haberme quedado con Yurguen desde el principio hasta el final se preocupó por cada necesidad o demanda que tuvieramos , nos fue a recoger al aeropuerto, es muy servicial , responsable, honesto, amigable , nos hizo sentir en casa con cada detalle que tuvo , súper recomendado . Siempre nos brindó una mano ante cada situación, por ejemplo, se nos presentó un problema personal, algo externo con el airbnb y él nos apoyó bastante a resolverlo, se convirtió en nuestro amigo. El apartamento es muy bonito, bastante contemporáneo , el agua y el gas nunca fue un problema , con un aire acondicionado que funciona bastante bien , tiene una mesa de vidrio cómoda para leer o estudiar , un balcón para salir a tomar una rica taza de café y una cama bastante cómoda , sin duda mi mejor decisión.

The host Ramon was very attentive and responsive as well his assistant Alex was flexible with our check in hours and was always there to help out. Overall great place and location with good beds and living room and well set up bathrooms with hot water. The view is amazing but only limited due to on going building construction as the scalfolde obstructs 75% as well the front of the building is very old but highly secured to park our car on the street. Look forward to staying there again next time I visit.

Tanto Tania como Giuseppe nos atendieron muy amablemente. En todo momento se mostraron predispuestos para ayudarnos en nuestra estadía en la Habana, recomendándonos cosas para hacer y lugares que visitar o cualquier cosa que necesitemos como traslados para llegar desde el Aeropuerto o desde Varadero. Sin dudas recomiendo el lugar ya que es muy bonito y se encuentra en una zona inmejorable.

My family enjoyed this beautiful place with an amazing view that makes you feel like in heaven. Neat and with extremely hygiene. We will come back definitely. I highly recommend this palace, you won't regret.

Fomos muito bem recebidos por nossa anfitriã que nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. A habitação estava limpa e tinha bons utensílios de cozinha, além de secador de cabelo e lavadora de roupas. Recomendo muito esse lugar.

Fue un hospedaje muy bonito y cómodo, con unas hermosas vistas, Adrian y sus compañeros nos dieron muchas recomendaciones y fueron muy amables y atentos. la ubicación es muy céntrica, solo ten en cuenta que hay que subir escaleras pero nos ayudaron a subir y bajar maletas los anfitriones lo que agradecimos muchísimo. El desayuno fue delicioso, y se adaptaron a nuestras necesidades y siempre estuvieron al pendiente.

Un lugar muy acogedor , como hubiera estado en mi casa , los dueños muy amables y atento en todo , pronto estaré de nuevo y jamás dudaría volver ahí nuevamente , excelente.

Excelente ubicación, rodeada de los lugares claves de La Habana. Alojamiento limpio y muy cómodo. Yoandra muy cálida y buena onda, siempre respondió rápidamente y de forma amable.

Un excelente lugar, el mejor airbnb en el que he estado. Muy cómodo, limpio, tiene todo lo necesario y está una zona muy bonita. Tienen un barcito en la terraza que está muy bien. Orlando fue muy atento y estuvo siempre pendiente de resolver.
