The house has lots of areas to hang out. Every room has a TV. The deck out back is nice. Very clean and stocked with necessities and other convenience items.

Mandie’s place was perfect to walk to the Mardi gras parades on St. Charles. The bedroom, bathroom and backyard were great. Our dogs loved the little backyard!

We had a great stay for about 10 days at Anne’s place. Convenient location in the Marigny triangle. Close to restaurants & bars and very easy walk to the quarter. As others have noted, the apartment is considerable larger than the pics would suggest. So cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is, without a doubt, the best equipped of all the rentals I’ve stayed in. Courtyard in back is especially lovely

Positives: Lovely home inside. Up to date, clean and comfortable. Lots of light. A/C works very well. Large screen TV with lots of channels for the kids. Large porch in the front and small porch in back. Updated kitchen with stacked washer and dryer. Loved all of the windows in the kitchen. Loved the master bedroom with the large sitting area. Roomy and uncluttered with space for your belongings. Host is very communicative. Other: Neighborhood is not ideal though the neighbor we met was very nice. He warned us not to walk by ourselves, always have a companion. Porches could use some furniture and a good power washing. Neighborhood was noisy at night but calmed down by 11 or so. House has dead bolts and an alarm system. Overall, I would recommend this property. It was very comfortable for our party of 4 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child.

Our stay was amazing! The house was very welcoming, the rooms were spacious and the location was perfect! We came for Mardi Gras, and there were plenty of food choices near the house after a days adventure. Would definitely come back for another trip.

I would like to start off by saying the corner property on the edge of town is right close to the river and a historical marker. Private parking with ample space for everyone. The fridge, stove, microwave and washer and dryer are clean and in good working order. The place comes with tvs in each room and plenty of seating to lounge. I love the real wood counter top and shelving. There is a good assortment of cookware and eating utensils, though you may need your own towels and wash rags. All together, a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again if working in the are again and it is available.

This spot is ideal, it’s right in the heart of the action but still has a peaceful retreat.

It was breath taking and I really didn’t want to leave. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone who asks.

We had a very nice stay; the house and grounds were immaculate, and as shown. They had two outdoor dining tables which are great for outdoor dining, four lounge chaises, and four Adirondack chairs. We enjoyed being outside on the pool deck in the afternoon after a day of touring. The pool was cold as expected, although, I know the hosts are planning a pool heater in the near future. The inside of the home was very cozy and welcoming, but still quite spacious. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Great stay! Thanks again!

This place was perfect for us! We had two couples, both beds were very comfortable. Spacious, had everything we need. Richard was easy to work with, we will definitely rent his place again.

It was a very nice place. Right on the corner is a wonderful place to get breakfast and coffee. Very walkable to the French quarter.

We stayed at this lovely home for a family Thanksgiving get-together. This home was perfect for our family. We know New Orleans well, and we appreciated the quiet location that is still central to most New Orleans attractions. The best thing about this house is the owners, Phil and Lydia. There were some issues during our stay. A shower head needed repair and a workman had turned the gas supply to the range off. Phil and Lydia were remarkably quick to reply and to get these problems taken care of quickly. They usually answered within minutes when we messaged them through Airbnb. The outdoor and pool area is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped. We love the mid-century interior-so much character! Overall this is a beautiful home and a very good choice for anyone spending time in New Orleans.

Super well located and easy to get to Mardi gras parades. There was lots of space for a group of 8 of us. Was sadly too cold to use the pool but the back patio is beautiful and would have loved to hang out there! overall, our stay was super comfortable and Sam was really quick to respond to any questions.

Would definitely stay at the property again when in the area. Joseph was a great host.

We loved staying at Waveland. Mindi's place was perfect for big families. She has a lot of games, a huge heated pool and the beach is close by. The kids stayed busy and we got some relaxing time. I loved that there were extra linens available and tons of cookware. I wish we could've stayed longer!

The Eleanor New Orleans offers a fantastic experience with spacious, well-equipped accommodations, including a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. The rooftop pool and hot tub provide a relaxing retreat with great city views. Its convenient location near the French Quarter makes exploring easy. The standout feature is the friendly and attentive staff, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for a great stay in New Orleans!

Great house for our needs in the area. Inside house was very clean. There is now a bunkbed in one of the bedrooms, which was different than the photos- so 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed, and 1 bedroom with a twin sized bunkbed. We were able to make it work, but be aware that it’s a bit different than currently posted. Also, be careful walking in the yard both in front and back as there is a great deal of dog poop. Overall a great house for our needs.

Rachel and Brad were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their place with our 3 year old. We even brought my mom and her little dog along last minute and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location was great, easily drive-able to the hot spots even during Mardi Gras week. Super close to city park and some fantastic coffee shops!

Barbara was an excellent host, with detailed info on checking in & quick response time to the few questions we had. I also really appreciated that she sent a quick message the morning after our check in, just to see if there was anything we needed. The listing is exactly as pictured—no surprises—and the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located.

Such an awesome place to stay! Fantastic responsive host who got me everything I wanted and knew the local area. Extremely friendly and professional. The place was super quiet. Much of the nearby town has train noise but not here. It was a few miles outside of town, super peaceful, in a great nature setting near a pond. Outdoor seating available. My best stay anywhere. Super comfortable bed as well. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay overall! While we encountered a significant issue on our first night, the host's immediate and effective response turned things around completely. The rest of our stay was wonderful - clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We'd definitely book again.

This place was perfect for our short stay to visit family. Description was accurate, but photos didn't do justice to the overall atmosphere Jolie has created. We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. It was very easy to find, within walking distance of cute riverside businesses, and short driving distance to many north shore locations. We look forward to returning when we stay again in the area!

My stay was incredibly comfy & cozy. Exactly what I was looking for, for my quiet weekend away. Will be staying here again!
