Wonderful place to stay for our trip! Great neighborhood and very comfortable.

The house was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved that there was coffee for us to enjoy. Beds were comfortable. If we had chosen to walk to get on a trolley it would have been only a 2 or 3 block walk.

Home was nice and clean. Response time on questions was great. Plenty of room and loved having parking. Great location to stay for Mardi Gras for sure. The neighborhood was very peaceful.

La familia Thomas nos trató a mí y a mi familia de 6 muy bien. La casa estaba muy limpia y modernizada, y tenía todo lo que una familia necesitaría para unas vacaciones. Recomiendo este alojamiento a todas las personas que quieran alojarse en la ubicación de NOs. Wonderful place to stay! We love the Bywater and this was the perfect place to stay and enjoy the area. We also appreciate that it was dog friendly! Our pups loved the open floor plan and back deck.

Better stock on cleaning products and what not than expected. Instructions very clear and easy to understand. Easy check in and check out. Excellent location, great neighborhood, and made getting to allbthe bests sights convenient. Loved the decor and the reading materials which helped us figure out what more to do duting our stay.

This place suited our needs perfectly since our goal was to reminisce and visit some of our favorite NOLA places. It’s centrally located and close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. There’s a well appointed kitchen, cozy couch and the beds are comfortable. It is well lit and easy to find.

Wow! My family and I booked Kris's last minute for a wedding. Kris responded so Quickly despite a trip out of town with their family. Ever the gracious host, Kris had amenities delivered before we arrived and made sure everything was in order. Wonderful stay, wonderful hosts!

Very cool place to stay..Me and my daughter had a great time staying there.Plenty of things to keep you occupied.Really enjoyed the pool table and other games.Would definitely stay again.Thank y’all so much for having us.

It was a very nice place. Right on the corner is a wonderful place to get breakfast and coffee. Very walkable to the French quarter.

We stayed at this lovely home for a family Thanksgiving get-together. This home was perfect for our family. We know New Orleans well, and we appreciated the quiet location that is still central to most New Orleans attractions. The best thing about this house is the owners, Phil and Lydia. There were some issues during our stay. A shower head needed repair and a workman had turned the gas supply to the range off. Phil and Lydia were remarkably quick to reply and to get these problems taken care of quickly. They usually answered within minutes when we messaged them through Airbnb. The outdoor and pool area is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped. We love the mid-century interior-so much character! Overall this is a beautiful home and a very good choice for anyone spending time in New Orleans.

Espaço charmoso para ficar caso esteja visitando alguém na Tulane University ou Loyola University e pretenda descansar e comer sempre fora. A cozinha não possui fogão convencional mas um fogão elétrico portátil de 2 bocas e a geladeira é um mini bar grande. O espaço fica atrás da casa principal com vista para a piscina. Os donos foram bem atenciosos e me senti segura.

We loved staying here with our big family. Plenty of space, kitchen is well equipped and beds were so comfy. The heated pool was great. Nice, quiet street with plenty of off street parking.

The house was perfect for us, and Lori was a wonderful host! it looks just like the pictures. the neighborhood is quiet and safe and it was incredibly easy to get from there to the Superdome to watch the Eagles destroy the Chiefs :)

Mir war nicht klar, dass das Zimmer mit dem Hochbett ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Unabhängig davon, bin ich absolut zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und empfehle sie gerne weiter!

We had a great time. The accommodations was near everything. It would have been nice to have a yard with grass like the neighboring homes. Also, wasn't crazy about the shared parking situation. Extra blankets would have been nice, too. But, overall a very nice stay.

Lianna was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Her home was very clean and had very cute touches such as her artwork etc as she is an artist.

Kaye’s place was a great home away from home. If I visit NOLA again I will definitely rebook!

We had a lovely stay. The home is lovely and tastefully done. Website photos are accurate and as described. Having a dedicated, gated parking spot was an added bonus. Our visit was during Mardi Gras. Staying here allowed us to be close to the festivities and enabled us to escape to peaceful surroundings at the end of the day. Albert is a very attentive host. He was very quick to respond to any questions. In addition, the home was very clean. The back yard lovely and inviting to sit for a spell at days end. Thank you Albert for a lovely stay.

Un lugar maravilloso para hospedarte. Me sentí muy acogedor y como si estuviera relajándome en casa. Trevor es súper receptivo y te da mucho espacio si es necesario.
