Out of all the stays we had on our trip, this one was the best. The place was exactly as the photos, clean and spacious. The kitchen was fantastic complete with cookware and dinnerware fit for a group. The sunrise view on the balcony is lovely. One thing it lacked was a bidet on the main room's toilet but all in all a great stay. Thank you keep up the good work Ian!

Perfect apartment to stay, clean and has awesome view on the river. 15 minutes to city centre on tuk-tuk.

This location was great! Was able to find the place easily and complete private access so I can come and go as it please. It was located in a perfect area with lots of food carts so if you’re a budget, this is a perfect place within a few blocks. You can find food carts everywhere.. make sure you download the Grab app if your foreigner coming in as the touchups are everywhere and if you don’t hell I’d grab they will rip you off

Loft au centre du vieux Phnom-Penh, près de la promenade du Tonle Sap, du vieux marché, du marché de nuit et du Wat Phnom. Donc très bien situé. Le quartier est agréable, loin des tours de Bkk. Le balcon donne sur une rue animée mais calme. Le loft est dans son jus avec une mezannine pour le lit. J'ai passé presque 4 semaines très agréables ici. Tout était parfait et Poline a été très réactif en cas de besoin. mon seul regret est de ne pas l'avoir rencontré ! Je recommande vivement ce logement. Loft in the centre of old Phnom-Penh, close to the Tonle Sap promenade, the old market, the night market and Wat Phnom. So very well located. The area is pleasant, away from the Bkk towers. The balcony overlooks a busy but quiet street. The loft is as it was with a mezannine for the bed. I spent almost 4 very pleasant weeks here. Everything was perfect and Poline was very responsive when needed. My only regret is not having met him !! I highly recommend this accommodation.

We're right next to the royal palace and police station. Felt super safe, lots of walkable restaurants. The stairs is narrow, luckily our tuk tuk driver was nice enough to carry our luggage. One of the bedrooms has very thin 'walls' but luckily I had my earplugs. The other bedroom has a row of small glass blocks to let light in so if you like darkness, bring a sleep mask. Mr Thavreach was very responsive, helpful and informative. An absolute pleasure to chat to on the app. We got a warm welcome note with a fruit bowl. Such a nice touch. They also had some instant coffee and a little box of milk. There was a woman that would yell from upstairs to communicate with someone downstairs and she was right next to my window. I was startled by that so if you want to sleep in, reach out to Mr Thavreach as he can ask the neighbors to keep it down till a certain time. Overall, the apartment was perfect for our 5 day.

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

We had such a lovely stay at Sophea‘s! We stayed here for the second time and would definitely come again. The pool and living room are amazing. Communication was very friendly and Check in super easy!

His place has nice decorations which make me feel like home. The location is good and peaceful and especially the price is really affordable. Highly recommend if u guys wanna find a place for staycation or if u visit Phnom Penh.
