Monica‘s place is cozy and convenient. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks with my toddler. It’s a perfect location if somebody wants to be in the Peninsula as it is very close to the 101 freeway. It is also very close to Redwood City’s restaurant and café scene. If you’re looking for playgrounds for kids, then there are a ton around. I had a bit of a struggle at check in as well as checkout, but that was mostly my fault or just bad luck. The only thing that I wish was different was the price of electricity in the apartment. Monica is very right in pointing out how expensive it is and asking the guests to limit their usage of heating/cooling. But being home all day with a toddler who refuses to wear socks or shoes and needs diaper change at random times, keeping the heat off was a bit of a challenge for me. I also personally like to be a bit toasty instead of chilly so. But that is just me. Overall, I recommend Monica‘s place.

The property is located in the heart of Santana Row. If you like shopping and good restaurants, this is for you. I is clean, well-appointed and peaceful. I was a little concerned with noise, but that was not a problem. Maria is a great host and reached out to make sure everything was ok. If I’m back in San José, I will hope her property is available.

It is a fantastic location right in the heart of downtown SF. Walkable to the wharf, financial district, China Town and more!

Lisa's home is a perfect little getaway. It's a great location. I went for a morning walk & saw wild turkeys. I came to visit family, and her place was located in a perfect location. The kitchen was remodeled & she provided coffee/sugar/creamer. There were two rooms with clean linens. I have a bad back, and one of the beds was plush enough to get a good night's rest! Lisa was always responsive. I really enjoyed her home. It had little amenities that made it comfortable. The keyless door lock was great, too. The house is also convenient to the airport and had a dedicated parking spot. I recommend her home to others!

We had an amazing time in San Francisco, Russ's condo was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed 7 weeks. The location is perfect, with lots of fabulous restaurants and bars just a couple of blocks away, yet on a very quiet residential street. Beautiful Marina walks at the end of street. From there you can walk to the Palace of Fine Arts, even Golden Gate Bridge or in the other direction to Fishermans Wharf .Very scenic both directions! The condo is nicely furnished and has got everything you need, we felt very at home, made us feel like residents in this great area. We would definitely stay here again. Thankyou Russ.

We loved staying at Carly and Allie's place - spacious, beautifully furnished, awesome kitchen and in an amazing location. Would highly recommend. And Allie was super helpful, friendly and immediately responsive. Our family had an incredible stay in SF - loved it!

Tyson’s apartment was really great. Very confortable, super super equipped (I don’t think I ever stayed in an airbnb with so many things in the kitchen!) and in a neighbourhood with incredible vistas to the city, and near Castro which is a great place to be. We could manage perfectly with public transport from the apartment to all the areas in the city. Only to take into account that there are a few hills (or steps) from Castro to the apartment so if you are a senior or get tired there is a chance to take an uber for aprox 7 dollars from Castro station. In addition, Tyson was very flexible with the checkin (he let us enter a few hours before) and always responded everytime we needed. I would definetely recommend to stay here.

Webster is a responsive host, when the sink was jammed, he called the plumber and proceeded the whole thing very quickly. The condo is clean and convenient, felt like at home. Will back next time

Busy location and within walking distance of Lincoln Avenues cafes and many shops. Walkable to Willow Street Park.

This was a perfect home base for exploring the city. Plenty to do within walking distance and close to anything else requiring public transportation or driving. I had my car with me and found street parking nearby despite it being a busy weekend. The neighborhood was safe and pretty quiet. The home itself was gorgeous and had everything I needed. I hope to stay again!

Hands down the most accommodating host we’ve come across on ABNB. The location of the unit is spectacular in regard to walkability of great restaurants /grocery/bars. Older construction and central location made for a bit of a noisy environment in the morning, which was resolved by ear plugs provided by our host. The unit is not ideal for anyone with disabilities or troubles climbing as you will need to walk up a few flights of stairs. The space comfortably accommodated the 7 adults we went with. Beds were firm (for our liking) but still comfortable. Check in/check out details were very well related and thought out, without being a stifling amount of arbitrary rules. We were truly made to feel as if we were in a home away from home, and not guests in someone’s rented house. We look forward to revisiting and being hosted by Jenny again in the future.

We had difficulty getting the Smart lock to work at first but when we got in touch with Josephine to explain our problem she was very quick to respond and sorted it straight away! Very stylish apartment and the cosy dressing gowns were a lovely added bonus!

The apartment was very clean and in a great neighborhood. Communication was an A+ as well. I did not have a single issue and loved the condo. The bed was super comfortable!

This was a wonderful stay, and would book again. Close to the interstate and the BART, which made for an easy trip into the city for the day. The space is very roomy, stocked with anything you could possibly need and extremely clean! We felt like we were the first to ever stay here!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

My 40 day stay in Roger's Airbnb was perfect. It made me feel right at home and is in a great location. My parents could walk to Mountain View Downtown often, and the Google offices are very close by. The house is incredibly well-stocked, and he is willing to restock as and when required. The host is extremely responsive when any kind of help is needed around the house. All the appliances in the kitchen are brand new. All in all, couldn't have asked for more!

The apartment was so charming, comfortable, and clean with many thoughtful extras. The host was most responsive and pleasant, everything about gaining entry, staying, and departing quite clear. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to all!

This hotel room was really spacious and bright! Bianka was very nice and helpful too :) The only downside is that the area is unfortunately not nice, it’s quite dirty and surrounded by homeless people. I have been told that it used to be much nicer so I really hope they find a way to get the city centre back on its feet!

The short version of the review is that, from now on, every time I am back in the Bay Area, I will book this place. It is everything I expect. Now, the long review: The unit is a spacious, quiet and clean unit facing north in a charming building with a very welcoming entrance. The building has the graciousness of 1960s architecture and is well-kept at the corner where two of the most affluent and charming neighborhoods of Silicon Valley meet: close to two Caltrain stations that make your commute to SF and San Jose super convenient. The condo is renovated with great amenities, clean furniture, and a clean bathroom. The bedroom opens to a lovely Magnolia tree that has framed the whole window. Neighbors are quiet and discreet. Parking was indoors with secured gates, another bonus. The location of this property is within walking distance of Stanford Shopping Center, Whole Foods, and Trader’s Joe. Ryan is friendly, very responsive, and communicates well. We will come back again!
