Mike and Cindy’s cottage studio was charming, clean, pretty and perfect for my trip to visit family. We could walk to restaurants and shops and at the end of a busy day, it was a comfortable haven to return to.

Marjorie's place was so peaceful and quiet. It's beautifully landscaped and my family enjoyed our stay.

Such a beautiful and unique stay! Definitely book time in the hot tub, and enjoy the private patio. We loved the space, and felt very comfortable. You cannot beat the view!

Jenna and Gavin's place is the most tastefully designed and decorated AirBnB we've visited; we felt wonderfully at home and comfortable there and Jenna's warm, welcoming touches and communication added to that feeling. The space is peaceful and beautiful with warm oriental rugs, comfortable seating, tasteful art and books, a simple, lovely gas fireplace and lots of natural light for a downstairs apartment. The bicycles are inviting and the garden is beautifully tended. We loved touches like a stunning variegated green porcelain tile in the kitchen that played perfectly with the deep blue Shaker style cabinets, floating shelves, a hip but functional small fridge and wide farmhouse sink with integrated drying rack making it simple to wash our dishware and leave it to dry. Silky soft linens, a pristine, well working bathroom with space for our things were also great. Everything is simply laid out and labeled where needed. A beautiful place to light super close to UCSC!

Our stay at the Evolve property was amazing! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the beautiful backyard – it was a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. The space was ideal for our group, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to others. It’s a wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Geoff's place. Worked wonderfully for a gathering of family and friends for a Memorial Service in the area. We enjoyed the layout of the house as well as spending time in the yard around the Firepit and Hot tub. Also loved walking to Natural Bridges. Thank you Sue (co-host) and Geoff for providing a comfortable and relaxing place with so many helpful amenities to gather for an important weekend.

We had a great stay at the guest house! Everything was clean and everything was as advertised in the listing :) The guest house was cute and comfortable, and Barbara was very communicative if we ever needed anything. We would highly recommend this stay in Santa Cruz, nice neighborhood and very walkable.

We stayed here for a work conference for 2 nights with 8 women. It worked out great for all of us to have room for all our things. Bathrooms were quite nice. The kitchen and family room was very spacious for us to hang out and team build together as well. This would be an ideal location for any Levi Stadium events/concerts as it's right across the street. Our host, Dien, was great at communication before and during the stay. Thank you!

Beutiful place with great views nicely upgraded ocean front house. We had a little trouble with heating system (thermostat not working) but we managed. It would be a perfect stay if we did not have that little trouble with heater. I trust the owners will be fixing that. In short, we had a great time and will go back!
