We had a great weekend at Emkay’s cabin! Loved the peace and quiet, the fact that our dog was welcomed, and the hot tub was an added bonus! Perfect place to stay for what we needed. Emkay was very responsive and friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Our stay in Soquel was perfect! We enjoyed our small cozy cabin, as well as soaking in the hot tub during the night and looking up at the stars. The property is private and beautiful. Emkay was a terrific host, and was always easy to contact with any questions we had. We were even surprised with a bottle of rosé, which was so sweet. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Este fue un lugar hermoso para alojarse. La cabaña y los alrededores son absolutamente hermosos. Si buscas una escapada en el bosque que no esté lejos del océano, este es el lugar perfecto. Despertar con el sonido de los pájaros y un arroyo que corría era el paraíso. Los anfitriones dieron instrucciones claras sobre todo y fueron súper amables.

Este lugar es bastante mágico, un vecindario anidado en un bosque de secuoyas. En la mañana con niebla derecha, la luz del amanecer se dispersa a través de los árboles hacia las enormes ventanas. Nos encantó despertar aquí. Carsten también fue amable y atento, lo que nos permitió ajustar nuestros planes después de que una enfermedad pareciera cambiar todo nuestro viaje. Se comunicó rápidamente y mostró mucha empatía. Me alegra que haya funcionado y que hayamos podido quedarnos aquí.

Wonderful stay! There are neighbors but they are far enough away that you still have peaceful solitude. Location is only a short drive to Santa Cruz, so we enjoyed exploring the area and coming back to this cozy cabin in the redwoods. Loved that the bathroom floor was heated! Comfy bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was extremely clean!

My wife and I had a great time staying in the coach house! It’s a cozy little cabin with a full size bathroom. The heater kept it nice and toasty inside. Best part was walking around and looking at the animals. The workers are very friendly and so was Toni, our host, but overall the property felt pretty empty and private. We didn’t explore the trails but we would have if we stayed another night. It’s 10-15 minutes from downtown Los Gatos so great restaurants and shopping is close by. Price was also very fair. We’ll be back!

Our stay at Brookes home was great! The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. We felt very comfortable and safe. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the space was beautiful outside even after the storm. We had a small hiccup trying to get the lock to work, but Brooke was super fast with her response & helped us get in quickly. 10/10 would stay again!

The Cabin was incredible! Breathtaking views and fully stocked game room for kids and those young at heart. The bedrooms had good quality beds and linen. The bathroom was clean and modern with a large quantity of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to cook delicious meals. Ernesto was proactive in communicating and alerted us when we accidentally turned off the timed lights outside. Our family of 12 had memorable moments in The Cabin during our stay in the Fall, and we recommend it to anyone wanting to have the ‘cabin in the woods’ experience.

perfect place for a getaway. really cozy and was exactly what we were looking for. beautiful nearby hiking trails. as well as not to far from major city's, so we had the best of both

We asked for a quiet cabin under the redwood trees and that is exactly what we got! Lots of amenities and services inside, and about 8 minutes drive from the center of Santa Cruz for shops, bakeries, cafes etc. We stopped at Trader Joe's on the way in. Strong WIFI, easy parking, no street lights so the lighted property and pathways were super helpful. Robin and Tim were very responsive and nice!

Paul's place was cozy and rustic a great blend of convience and privacy.

This has become one of our go-to places for a quick romantic getaway. Jorian is always responsive and great, and the A-frame is lovely. Key tip: if you're going to be lounging on the comfy rug in front of the fire for hours like we do, seriously bring four boxes of wood. In the winter months with the big windows, you will want the woodstove going the whole time, and because it draws really well, you'll get a wonderful fire but it will devour wood at a remarkable rate. We've had some issues with the furnace not doing a good enough job to heat the place so the woodstove was key, but Jorian let me know that they are replacing the furnace, so this should be a non-issue in the future. I still gave five stars because we were overall very happy with our experience. This is just something to be aware of, depending on your needs.

We loved staying here! There were lots of toys and bedding for our baby girl. There was a lot that was included when we got there like snacks. Great place!

I loved my stay, particularly the piano and fireplace! A beautiful home with a gorgeous garden in a lovely area, I strongly recommend for anyone looking to get some quality relaxation and nature time in.

It was perfect! Everything as described so comfortable! My granddaughter begged to come over as it was so beautiful. Then told her Dad he had to see it as is was so beautiful! Living room very roomy, we played board game plenty of space. Bathroom was clean nicely decorated. The bath mat is very soft and warm Bedroom had a nice desk closet large. Best was the bed was actually comfortable. I give Rajesh’s home 5 stars for getting this right! New appliances through out it was like a home in a magazine. First time I stayed at a place with so much comfort. We will definitely go back when we are traveling to see our family.
