A quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay for a group of 3 adults while exploring the area. The hosts gave us clear instructions and met us as soon as we arrived in the early evening. They stayed in communication with us during our stay. Felton is a small town with a couple of local cafes and grills and an overall relaxed atmosphere. Scott’s Valley, just 10 minutes away, is a bit busier but has many more food options if desired. We had excellent meals in both places. We enjoyed several hikes in a magnificent redwood park is just minutes away by foot or vehicle. We also enjoyed a visit with cousins in San Jose about 40 minutes away. A wonderful vacation experience overall!

The Beach House was exactly as described - tastefully remodeled while retaining the classic Aptos Beach bungalow vibe. Very thoughtfully prepared with outdoor games and items you would need for a beach getaway. The outdoor area and backyard are cleverly organized for everything you would want. I just wish we could have stayed longer (and had warmer weather!). Lots of great information in the folder for things to do and places to eat. Kudos!!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

First off the photos don’t do this house justice. The spaces, including that wonderful balcony, are bigger than you think. We had 7 adults, a toddler & an infant and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The beds, linens and pillows were so comfy, the multitude of windows to let the ocean air breeze come through, along with fans in the bedrooms, were perfect. The kitchen was the most well equipped I’ve used in an Airbnb before. The wagon, chairs and beach towels were also so nice to have for the short one block walk to Black Beach (one of my favorites in Santa Cruz). Oh and do not let the 1 full bathroom for everyone scare you off. Having the 2 half baths made it all work and we never had an issue. My family LOVED this place and wants to come back so very much. We have spent 26 years coming to Santa Cruz almost annually and this was our best residential experience yet. Thank you to Kim and her Rental Mgr, Nancy, for taking care of us and communicating so well. This family highly recommends!

Fantastic airbnb and a great location. easy walk to 41st Ave for coffee, food and shopping. We also walked to Capitola, east cliff drive and the beach. Cute backyard, fully fenced, great for our little dogs. We also enjoyed the sauna, comfy living room with a nice TV, board games, and a record player with lots of albums to choose from.

This home was fantastic! The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach with breathtaking views. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, making our stay incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect setup for gathering with family while still allowing for privacy. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!

What a lovely holiday stay! The house and little cottage were perfect for our family. The location is close to markets, restaurants and the beautiful grounds of Mt Herman. The kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated. Had the weather been warmer, we would have taken advantage of the charming back patio! The holly tree provided a lovely little centerpiece for our Thanksgiving table. We will always stay here for our future Felton visits! Thank you Kim!

Tara and Marcus were fantastic hosts, always accommodating our needs and ensuring we felt at home. The space was not only comfortable and clean but also perfectly located right in the middle of everything we wanted to explore. The bed was incredibly cozy, making it hard to get up in the morning! John's place is a gem at Seascape! Beautifully decorated, clean, ocean views, host left wine+snacks, hot tub on site, and everything one would need. Went for a birthday/mom's getaway weekend. Came back happy and relaxed!

Everything you need is thoughtfully provided by the host, Ben. He also gave clear instructions on everything. Our family stayed for two nights and had a great time.

This place is perfect for a couple, well equipped kitchen, nice appliances and very nice layout. It is convenient to walk to bakery, fruits/vegetable stores and many interesting restaurants, not mention it is very close to many Apple offices. Lawrence is the best host. He is very responsive and proactive. Before he goes on vacation, he would let us know and ask if there is anything we might need while he is not around. In case that he can not deliver what we asked for, he will inform us and let us know when he will have them delivered. It has been a very pleasant stay at Lawrence's place.

My team and I stayed here for the week. The hosts were very responsive the couple of times we needed to communicate. The hose was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Worked well for our group! It's a noisy area next to the freeway but Cecilia provided earplugs everywhere which was very thoughtful. There were technically 2 parking spots but we found it difficult to park and pull out as the property is actually 3 AirBnBs in one house so the parking area is pretty cramped. Place was clean and comfortable, though!

Clean, spacious property with lots of natural light and comfortable seating/bed. The street can be a little busy and larger trucks can be heard/felt as they drive by.

A minor issue with our original reservation was quickly resolved by the PowerWest Team. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

What a gem! We had a wonderful time at Steve’s house. The house is beautiful, functional and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The property itself was incredible - private and peaceful with many activities for kids (and adults). The house is also ideally located close to downtown Los Gatos. Quick and kind responses from our host. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Beautiful views! Our family enjoyed our stay and the main floor layout was perfect for our extended family's get together. The pool table, foosball table and games were loved by adults and kids alike. A few family members did get car sick on the way to the house though (not the fault of the house or host by any means), so just be aware that it is a windy road to get up there.

Highly recommend this lovely spot if you’re anywhere in the Santa Cruz area. Jaimi and Beau are excellent hosts and have a clear attention to all sorts of details for that luxurious vibe while still feeling cozy, tranquil, and away from it all.

Grace's place is convenient for going to Stanford University. Supermarkets such as Safeway, Trader Joe's, and Walmart are all within walking distance. Thank you for Grace's hospitality and friendly guests; I enjoyed staying at Grace's house.
