Clean and organized. Had everything I needed to cook which is very important to me. Will stay again next time I’m in town.

Joelle and Sandra showed what a true superhost is. They are very friendly and responsive. They really pay attention to details (which I would not elaborate so other guests can find out themselves) to make your stay better. It is a great listing (two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a great living area) and my family of four had a wonderful stay there. I felt like a local resident. This is something hotels will not be able to provide. Strongly recommend it if it is within your budget.

Great location on Santana Row with cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. It was suitable for other meals, too. The two BRs and two BAs were useful. Note that the 3rd bed is upstairs next to the master. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV.

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

I really enjoyed my time at the property. Traveling for work can often feel impersonal, but this experience felt much more like coming home. The community atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly residents and staff members who made a positive impression. I made great use of the amenities — the fire pits, grills, and gym were well-maintained and a pleasure to use daily. It truly added to the overall experience. I look forward to returning soon!

the apartment is part of a larger complex. It is very family friendly and it feels very much like staying in a resort. Diana, the host, is very friendly and helpful. she answers any questions or requests in almost no time.We enjoyed our vaction in menlo park very much. This was our second stay here and we hope to come back any time soon

Ultimately, I will give the place 5 stars as it met the expectations I had. For the price the location is hard to beat. Especially if you are interning at Adobe, Zoom, Deloitte etc. In Room 210 specifically, noise was not an issue despite being directly near night life and sandwiched between a bar and restaurant. The windows were very noise canceling. This room in particular is pretty separated from neighbors so privacy was great. Hosts were responsive. I will point out a few issues I encountered. WiFi is bad. To the point where TV in bedroom was essentially unusable for streaming. I would not rely on connection for remote work/video calls. There is an Ethernet connection provided in kitchen so make sure to bring an adapter if you have a Mac. Dryers occasionally broke down requiring extra payment. These were not huge issues for me. Other than that, good experience. I would recommend for any tech interns.

I had an incredible experience staying at Kitty’s place! The home was cozy, and the location was perfect. The host was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

We stayed at Isaiah's place for over a month. The room was on the third floor and faced a park, so the view was wonderful. There were also various commercial facilities nearby, so the location was perfect. The room was spacious, bright, very clean and tastefully maintained, and it was very quiet at night, so we were able to relax and spend our time there. There were no problems at all during my stay, and they responded quickly to my requests, which was very helpful. The room was exactly as it appeared in the photos, and it was fully equipped with towels and kitchenware, so there were no problems at all. I would definitely like to use Isaiah's property again next time.

Ryan is a great host answered all of our questions, addressed our requests/needs promptly. A neat safe place near shopping and close to Stanford university met our goal of staying in the area.

I loved my long term stay here! This airbnb is well equipped with every amenity, it is spacious, it's in a nice area of south san jose, parking is provided, and on top of it all the hosts are fantastic. The hosts went out of their way to make accommodations for the stay and even helped when I was stuck without a car - I highly recommend the stay!

A perfect two-week stay. I was working nearby while my family explored the Bay Area, and this was an ideal location: plenty of food and parks within driving distance, safe area, quick access to 101. The house was clean and modern and met all our needs - the Peloton in particular is a really nice perk. Would happily return!

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

Come for the convenient location, stay for the shower. Vic’s home was a welcome place to rest for a night while in San Jose. The home was very clean and also spacious if you are traveling with multiple people. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! After cleanliness and safety, comfy beds and exceptional water pressure are really appreciated. Try not to drive up the water bill by living in that shower, but know you will be refreshed and rejuvenated. Vic and the management team were extremely responsive and helpful with all of my questions. I will definitely try to rebook the next time I come through San Jose.
