Cute guesthouse, total privacy, great location in Santa Cruz. Sarah sent clear instructions and we had no problem finding extra towels, coffee, etc. There’s even a little s’mores kit included to utilize the fire pit—which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use. Street parking was easy to find and we could walk to the pier or SC downtown. Very much recommend and would stay again.

Amy's place was wonderful - one of the few places we've ever stayed that was even better in person than in pictures. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for the 2 of us. The outdoor space was amazing, plenty of quiet spaces to lounge in the sun and walk around. The area was great as well, quiet but close to downtown, and Amy was a thoughtful and responsive host, we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The one thing to note is that the Wi-fi could be unreliable - we both worked from the Airbnb, and made it work for the week, but something to note for future visitors. We'd definitely recommend this place and plan to come back next time we visit. Thank you Amy!

Stuart's airbnb was fantastic!! the absolute best I've stayed at and extremely comfortable! i felt right at home. the brown couch in the picture has been replaced with what feels like a very comfortable, new couch. I forgot to take out the trash, my apologies; I have kids at home that do that, lol. Stuart was very responsive and kind. I had a personal situation arise that almost cut my trip short, and he offered to refund me if I had to leave early; that's going above and beyond. luckily I didn't have to leave early. I will be booking here for all my trips and recommending this host and property to all my coworkers.

We stayed at Erin’s Airbnb while visiting our son. Her place is clean and comfortable and the skylights are an extra plus. There are two outdoor spaces where we’d eat meals and enjoy morning coffee and afternoon reading. Her place is so convenient to visit UCSC and is not far from anything in town - grocery stores and downtown. I appreciated the clear and responsive communication and, tho we didn’t need it because of the time of our flight, Erin offered flexibility in our checkout time. We will be returning to Santa Cruz and when we do I’m hoping Erin’s place will be available to stay in again! We had a wonderful stay!

This was a perfect place to decompress during a busy work trip. The space is beautiful, and the attached gym is such a nice treat! Everything was exactly as described, clean and lovely. I would definitely stay again!

I was surprised when we arrived that the space was a converted Garage. I was a little worried when we drove up but the space is beautiful. They did an amazing job it was spacious , clean and safe. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene. My girls and I loved walking through the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. Communication was great the host was very responsive.We will absolutely be staying here again.

This is a gem of a stay in a fantastic location. I live close to Rezan’s place and had to move out of my house for construction. Finding a place that would allow me to bring my cats was hard. Rezan wanted them to be comfortable; she and her sister went out of their way to remove decorative touches that would be a temptation, tied up drapes, and put a beautiful cover on the sofa. The quiet, peaceful setting and fantastic bed combined to give me the best sleep I’d had in months. Rezan’s hospitality is unequaled. The pictures can’t do justice to the decor and gardens.

This is our second time staying at Ray's. Ray is a great host and always responsive to my requests. He has made upgrades to his home since our last visit. All of which were appreciated. We'll be back, Ray

We booked this one-night stay very last minute and were super glad we did! The location was beautiful, and we wish we could've stayed longer to explore the trail through the redwoods. Hope to have the opportunity to return sometime!

This is the second time I have stayed at Arthur's place as it is a very comfortable, well lit, super clean and perfect for a one to two person stay. Look forward to the next stay and definitely recommend it!

Amazing spot to stay. Very peaceful, a short drive from cities. Our kids loved the games, books, and arts supplies! Would love to stay again.

I had a lovely stay at Nick and Tien's place. It felt very private and cozy and was in a lovely area. Their place was furnished with everything that I could have needed.

Very nice guest house, two good-sized bedrooms, two doors to the bathroom, one for each bedroom, nice fireplace and well equipped kitchen. The unit has everything you’ll need for a delightful stay, including restaurants bars, etc. within walking distance. As the description indicates the driveway is extremely narrow, and only small cars can fit in the driveway. I ended up parking on the street when I found an open spot. Highly recommend if you wanna have a nice place to stay that is convenient to eateries, nice neighborhoods, etc.

This was a nice stay. Everything in the space matched the pictures. I really enjoyed how peaceful the space was. It was quiet, private, and easy to access. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a space to stay.

I highly recommend Joyce’s place. It’s very roomy, private, and quiet. It’s a beautiful space in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and a nice park just a few blocks away.

This place is perfect. The view is awesome. The deck is relaxing and it is very peaceful. Everything was great. The sheets are so soft and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure!

Such a lovely place! Wonderful host and a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood in a great location near many activities. The eggs were such a nice touch and we loved the chickens! Everything was very clean, and we were provided nearly everything you could need! Truly a sanctuary, couldn’t recommend more!

Silvia clearly enjoys spoiling her guests! The Studio is furnished with everything you need and more including a yoga mat, Echo Show for music options, coffee for the week, snacks and lots of other thoughtful items like bathrobes and slippers. The sleeper sofa and pillows are comfortable and it is quiet at night for easy sleeping. The shower is large with 2 spray heads and plenty of hot water. The WiFi works well and there is room for 2 at the workspace counter. Some of the appliances to be found in the kitchen - Kitchenaid Mixer, Vitamix Blender, rice cooker - totally outfitted with cooking/baking gear and utensils. The pretty view from the french doors and 2 sets of seating options on the patio enlarge the space, and luggage can slide under the sofa bed so it’s out of the way. Silvia responded promptly to any questions and was extremely accommodating to any requests that we had. Good shopping & dining is nearby. Great stay - looking forward to booking again!

We spent almost 3 weeks in this cozy and charming apartment. The location is perfect for experiencing all that Santa Cruz has to offer and we walked to the beach, wharf, and Boardwalk daily. Many coffee shops and restaurants are blocks away. Mike was extremely responsive and friendly, but not intrusive at all. We hope to stay here again.

Great host, very quick to respond the place was wonderful and I enjoyed my stay there and will be definitely looking forward to staying here in the future as well five stars highly recommended!

Spent a wonderful week in Kathleen’s place. Perfect tidy smaller space with all the important things looked after. Coffee, olive oil, teas and cozy blankets helped with the rainy quiet days. Close to beach and walkable to both Boardwalk and Harbor. Hope to visit again this summer, will definitely check to see if Kathleen has availability.

This is a very nice place, an ADU, exactly as advertised. I would be happy to stay there again; I lived there for 10 weeks. The furnishings are similar to the quality one would put in one’s own home. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with all the spices and appropriate equipment. Hosts Elie and Syma were very friendly. Elie lent me his tools to put fenders on a used bike I bought. Syma gave me a broiler pan. The neighborhood is very nice. The place is a 12 minute bike ride from the Stanford Oval, and a 12-20 minute car ride, depending on traffic. Just excellent.

My boyfriend and I were wanting to get away for our 6 year anniversary and this home served us SO well. The kitchen was well stocked, and we made the best meals ever due to how fully functional everything was. (Amazingggg toaster). THE BED was so comfy, the couch was so cozy. They have a blanket pottery barn blanket that I was severely attached to for the time we were there. It was a beautiful home away from home feeling. Everything about the house was so well thought out and even though the airbnb was on their main property, it still felt like it was just us out there. Loved this home, will come back. :,)
