The Home was great, all amenities were perfect, had everything we needed, felt just like home & would happily book again!

My family and I had a great stay at Yvonne's cottage. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the ocean, nearby restaurants, and the Santa Cruz boardwalk, yet the cottage itself was nestled on a peaceful, quiet street. The cottage was beautifully designed both inside and out. We truly had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!

Julia's place feels like home away from home. I had 6 family guests over to celebrate a family milestone. It was wonderful to have these memories created at Julia's place. The home is spacious. The kitchen was well organized and stocked. The backyard is beautiful. And above all Julia was very responsive. I needed a late check-out, Julia provided clear instructions on how this can be done and everything went smoothly. Best of wishes to her and all the future guests who want to call this place, home away from home.

Joey was a great host. The home was spotless, the kitchen was very large and well-equipped and we had everything we needed. Having a garage to park in was really nice. The home is laid out well and the interior décor was fresh and appealing. The location was perfect for us, close to Santana row and with easy to access to the freeway. It was also very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable there.

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Sarah’s house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures! Super communicative with our every need. Tons of space and amenities! Loved the outdoor patio and the peek a boo ocean views! Sarah is an amazing host. Would absolutely stay here again! Love the fact that we were able to bring our dog! Thank you again for the amazing stay and making my family feel so welcomed!

This is a great little studio that is close to the beach (a 5 min walk) and I will definitely be coming back soon! It’s a small studio with a cute little patio. The neighborhood is quiet and you are close to town.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

I booked this home for my colleagues from overseas, and they had a fantastic stay. The host was highly professional and responsive, promptly addressing all requests and ensuring everyone’s comfort throughout their visit. We stayed at Isaiah's place for over a month. The room was on the third floor and faced a park, so the view was wonderful. There were also various commercial facilities nearby, so the location was perfect. The room was spacious, bright, very clean and tastefully maintained, and it was very quiet at night, so we were able to relax and spend our time there. There were no problems at all during my stay, and they responded quickly to my requests, which was very helpful. The room was exactly as it appeared in the photos, and it was fully equipped with towels and kitchenware, so there were no problems at all. I would definitely like to use Isaiah's property again next time.

We went to San Jose on business trip and rented this place out. It exceeded our expectations, everything was great. We arrived at the area couple of hours early and the host was kind enough to let us check in early. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here. I will definitely be back soon.

Very nice location, was a wedding party visiting from Canada and the east coast. The place was within one mile of The Hayes Mansion - which is where the wedding was. Super convenient, quiet and the house itself was clean and well kept. Thanks for keeping it that way, and our party thoroughly felt comfortable and well suited. Highly recommend it for similar sized parties with kids and adults all mixed in. May be a few more entertainment options like a pool table in the garage or board games could be good additions. Thanks.

Vic and his team were incredibly responsive and attentive to all my questions. They went above and beyond by proactively reaching out and not only providing what we needed but exceeding our expectations. As first-time travelers with a newborn, we were impressed with the thoughtful extras they offered, including a travel crib, toys, bouncer, and high chair. The level of care and service made it truly worth every penny. Highly recommend!

This guest suite was perfect, checking in and out was smooth and easy and our time there was very comfortable and private. Exceeded our expectations and made our trip to San Jose so much better!

My stay for two nights was very comfortable and lots of amenities were provided in the Airbnb. Lots of kitchen amenities and shower products were available (shampoo + conditioner). Very comfortable bed and nice lineans. Spacious backyard which I brought my small dog with me. She also enjoyed her stay. Very clear instructions to follow to get inside. Plenty of parking on the side of the house. Highly recommended Li's Airbnb!

Had a wonderful stay! Janet’s home was very peaceful and relaxing. Literally had anything we could need during our stay. She also let us check out at 1 so we could go on one last adventure without being in a rush! I would definitely recommend her place, & stay there again sometime!!

I highly recommend this hidden gem and hope to return soon. The fresh mountain air and peaceful surroundings were absolutely energizing. And I had the best night's sleep in months. My stay could only have been better if I had time to explore this beautiful property.
