We had a great time. It’s a great place to walk, close to University Ave dining and shopping area. Kathy was very helpful and the place had all we needed to cook our own dinners. Parking in the carport was very convenient as well.

We had a great experience with Jessica and the property. The space was setup to be very comfortable right from the beginning. The amenities and layout were similar to hotel stays, with towels, soaps, body washes, toothbrushes, etc. all laid in each bathroom. The space itself provides plenty of space with three levels, so even with a few people in the home there's more than enough room to work and relax. Jessica was very prompt in communication and was able to assist with all our requests and changes. Thank you very much.

I booked this stay for my wife and me, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to make it. My wife stayed here for two weeks. We initially booked Tracy's house due to its perfect location, but apart from the great location, this house is actually a big hug from an old friend. Tracy's home is gorgeous, creative, cozy, and full of loving touches wherever you turn around. It has that warm, genuine, lived-in quality that's just not imitable. The real magic however, is Tracy herself. She's the kind of host who greets you with just-baked homemade banana bread (I really wish I could've been there to try it too!) and makes you feel like an old friend the minute you sit down. Super genuine, positive, engaging, responsive, and more than happy to help—Tracy totally lives up to the definition of hospitality. Every day was light-hearted and enjoyable, with inspiring conversation in an environment specially designed to unwind.

We enjoyed our stay at Its a Shore Thing!! The home has been updated so nicely! We all felt right at home as we enjoyed fun evenings and a great launching pad for our day excursions!! Being a quick walk from the beach was fabulous!!

We stayed here for my dad’s 60th birthday and it was the best time!! It was the perfect location, beautiful, clean, and had great amenities! We are already planning another trip to go back!

Justin is a reliable and helpful host. We stayed at his place for 1.5 month and enjoyed it very much. House is at peaceful and beautiful area. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped well. There is even a bath tube with windows in the ceiling! We will definitely come back when visiting Silicon valley.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Bob's place. The well-supplied kitchen allowed us to cook our Thanksgiving meal without problems. We enjoyed the deck for the ocean view, comfy chairs, and stargazing at night. The beds are very comfy and well-supplied with blankets and comforters for the cool nights. The laundry room had no detergent, so be sure to take some with you. Otherwise, we had all the supplies we needed for our stay. Would love to return.

I enjoyed my stay at Yong's place. Great place for big groups. Living room space is right next to the kitchen, so it's not too spacious, but it was a cozy place. Plenty of parking inside driveway and out on the streets. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to 10-12 people group sizes.

Very responsive host, a great place to stay

Had a great time staying at Lisa's place. Room is exactly as shown, clean, has plenty of natural light. There's a few grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance as well, and overall the neighborhood feels very safe.

The hosts are very responsive and nice. The facilities are good. I feel like I’m just right at home. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I had a great stay at Lu’s place! She was very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and at home from the start. They were also very quick to respond to messages, which made communication seamless. The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a very comfortable queen-sized bed—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming place to stay!

This is an awesome place to stay!! Literally less than 5 mins to walk to heart of Capitola wharf, surfing & restaurants, yet quietly tucked away on the river. They had a canoe and launch site right there at the house, plus we brought kayaks & surf boards. Beautiful, shady, quiet area to canoe/kayak that feels very private, as no public access on river. House fit the 6 of us well. All beds and furniture a bit worn, but super comfortable!! Kitchen has what you need to cook and eat with, but no supplies of spices, etc…You have to provide all, but if you forget, like us, Safeway, Nob Hill, even local liquor store had milk/creamer, condiments, etc…had it all & very close. Car port only fit a smaller car & rest of us used the local lot that was a 5 min walk away if you take the back streets, but you do have to pay daily for that lot. Overall, great trip and great house, the privacy feel yet literally just around the corner from the heart of town was such a blessing for our family get away!

Henry's place was a wonderful discovery! This cozy apartment suite came equipped with all the essential amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious living areas and bedroom provided plenty of room to relax, and the accessible porch was a delightful bonus. It had everything one could expect from a short-stay accommodation. I’d absolutely love to return for my future trips to the area!

Overall great place! The host was very helpful when getting us an early check in and the house was great. Everything was clean and new and matched the photos.

This was my second trip to this beautiful property. I have only good words for the hosts. starting from the booking till the checkout. I can't wait to go through the "Cheshire Rio Oceanotherapy" again . Highly recommend!
