Jason and Scott are truly Great hosts. Their cottage is amazingly lovely, clean, with a wonderful view and complete amenities. All we need are readily and conveniently available. Instructions are clear, and the place is indeed very guest-friendly. We had a homey and very special experience. The SPA is also a great deal and the view is breathtaking. We will be back, and hopefully longer stay. Thanks to them for sharing their place; we, as a family, just made another priceless memory.

Teapot Cottage and the whole Wildside farm are a beautiful and very special place! The Cottage is super cozy and it really feels like visiting grandma. Lots of toys our kids loved to play with, like an old doll house, puppets to dress etc. And a wonderful view of the mountain range. Kath and Dan were very hospitable and showed us around on their farm where there's so many things to discover. Thanks for sharing your place with guests!

Appartement situé dans un coin très tranquille face aux jardins exploités par la famille d’Erin. Cuisine permettant de se faire à manger. La literie était confortable bien que le lit soit un peu mou et concave. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir faire le lavage qui séchait rapidement au vent et au soleil. L’appartement qui n’a pas l’air climatisé se rafraîchit rapidement en fin de journée. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas utilisé la baignoire extérieure pour en profiter. A noter qu’il n’y a pas de sèche cheveux comme indiqué dans l’annonce.

We loved our stay in Gerry & Carol's beautiful piece of paradise. So peaceful and private with absolutely stunning views. The bathtub was a real treat. We also highly recommend pre-ordering a grazing platter through The Kiwi Picnic Co - Gianna was so lovely and delivered the most amazing platter full of delicious wholesome local goodness. We definitely hope to come back one day!

Really memorable stay. Cosy, comfortable cabin that suited us really well and provided a spectacular private view of the mountains. Pete was a welcoming host who generously provided the one thing we forgot to bring with us and helped make our time more memorable. Highly recommended and we would here stay again without hesitation.

This beautiful cottage is an absolute gem of a find and far more beautiful than the pictures. Set in a very picturesque vineyard with incredible views of the mountains and surrounded by incredible rose bushes - I don’t know what else you could wish for. We felt right at home in the cottage which was well equipped and privately tucked away from the main house. We were told to help ourselves from the lemon and orange trees which we did. Bed and linen are extremely comfortable and cosy with a lovely view from the bed out onto the vineyard with the mountain in the background. The toilet is in an odd location but definitely not a dealbreaker - you can access it from the kitchen without leaving the cottage. Outside BBQ was a huge plus. We would return to this slice of paradise in a heartbeat, good for the soul!

This house is so much better than the photos. Amazing views all over. A quiet and peaceful place to stay away from the tourist crowds. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place in nature.

A lovely little cottage; close to beautiful Pohara beach, with great access to Takaka and all the surrounding attractions of Golden Bay. Spotlessly clean with a relaxed vibe, the cottage had everything we needed during our stay. Being pet friendly meant our two dogs could join in the adventure; a real bonus. Thanks for hosting us.

Shower was fantastic. The beds were super comfy. We loved the feel of the cottage and the afternoon sun streamed onto the dining table. The kids loved the seat swing. The stained glass on the doors is cool. We really enjoyed Reefton, the bearded miners and the heated swimming pool and we enjoyed some speedy and tasty pizza. A great destination and a great place to stay.

This place had everything we need for staying in the area. Walkable to all the great restaurants. Nice guidebook and great facilities. Would stay here again.

The location of Karaka Cottage was wonderful! The sunrises were glorious, and had us outside trying to get that 'great" photo. The coming and going of the tide in the Inlet, and the wildlife that went with it, were mesmerising. The Cottage was private and very well equipped, and the "light touch" decor was perfect for the location and history of the property.

A fantastic cabin hidden away and surrounded by nature. Very comfy, clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The art gallery / sculpture garden on site is a absolute hidden gem and a delight to visit. Rachel was a great host, very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my two nights there and can highly recommend staying here!

Tom’s place was great! It really is an awesome place to unwind. We loved watching the birds coming to hang out at the bird feeder, and just all the quirky art. You can tell it’s a loved place and we really enjoyed this little getaway.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Wendy was a brilliant host. It was loverly for us to have a fresh home made cookie on arrival. We will definitely be back and would have no hesitation to recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay.

Cute and beautifully furnished this tiny cottage is very comfortable if the weather is good enough to sit outside on the gorgeous deck. And enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You need to take food in with you as there are no shops or other facilities for miles.

We really enjoy our stay here. It’s near the lake, and we can walk to the lake in about 10 minutes. We got everything we need in the house and the garden is very beautiful with different kinds of flowers. Two toilets are perfect for our family( 3 adults 2 kids).

great place to stay. fit all 10 of us in the house. was perfect- close to the pub for our post ultramarathon meal. easy communication with Martina.

Irwin Cottage is gorgeous! It was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We will be back.
