Brilliant apartment with peaceful views.

We booked Brett’s place last minute after deciding to check out Progresso. I had been sick that day and was desperate to find a comfortable space for the next couple of days. Messaged Brett and 5 minutes later we were paid up and on our way to his place. Great space right on the beach, perfect for relaxing on the chaise lounge with a good book. Brett was a gracious host that provided bottled water and coffee, both appreciated. I would definitely recommend!

Un super lugar para quedarse al lado de la playa. Muy bien acondicionado y super atento al personal. Volvería a repetir sin duda!

Todo muy bonito, la vista increíble, el lugar amplio e increíble. Mucha paz. Solamente que durante mi estancia me encontré con varias arañitas e insectos en el departamento. Pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente!

Sonya’s place was exactly what we needed for a restful week. Hearing the waves day and night made relaxing easy! The studio is so comfortable and sitting on the porch was the perfect way to end each day. Sonya is absolutely lovely. She arranged for airport transfers and gave a ton of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The town of Chuburná is walkable and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place. Although the “beach” right out of the gate was not the best. You would need to drive or walk to the strip with a better beach. The walk is about 20 -30 min. But overall a great place.

Excelente lugar, privado, cómodo, limpio, amplio, alberca agradable muy bonito en general, la casa está súper equipada, playa muy cerca, el único pero es que en las regaderas de las recámaras de arriba no hay agua caliente, digo por el calor en ciertas temporadas quizá no sea necesario pero para nosotros es indispensable el agua caliente y solo había una poca en el baño de abajo, también recomiendo que si sus estancias son largas, lleven auto por qué no hay lugares cerca para salir a comer y con este puedan moverse o ir al súper por víveres. Excellent choice. Exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming touches to make us feel at home. Appreciated the amount of towels, paper products, kitchen staples, water jugs. This home has it all, two outdoor spaces, nice pool, outdoor eating and lounging day or night. Comfortable beds. Enough hot water for a short shower but more than enough for what we needed. Well equipped kitchen. As mentioned you need a car for this house. Great markets and convenience stores 5 minutes away. Restaurants in nearby Chicxulub or Progresso or Telchac, 10-15 min. Recommend the restaurant at Sayachaltun near Telchac and Osteria italiana 386. The beach is good for walking especially early morning low tide. During our stay there was a lot of sargassum. There is a breakwater at the beach directly in front of this house. Very quiet, bit of construction nearby nothing terrible. The neighbours were not in during our stay so it felt very private. Pool would always be private. Recommend!

Dit huisje is prima gelegen en dit op een 100m van het strand. Heel gemakkelijk te bereiken vanuit het station, zodus tevoet is zeker geen probleem. Het is zeker de moeite waard om hierheen te komen. Indien ik niet verder had gemoeten met doorreizen had hier graag nog iets langer gebleven. Bedankt nog voor dit stukje paradijs.

Excelente atención de Abril, la villa está increíble con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia con la familia, todo muy limpio, definitivamente un lugar que vamos a regresar muy pronto.

Stunning view and perfect accommodations. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and all of us slept very well every night. Lots of fun, especially for our extended family with great accessible accommodation. Loved it

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb! The pictures really don’t do it justice, it’s a huge open concept house that is just beautiful! Lots of natural light and positioned right on the beach. We spent a lot of time walking the beach looking for shells, swimming in both the ocean and the pool, and hanging out on the amazing roof set-up. Additionally, the recommended catering/ private chef experience was truly a delight. Great food & great people, would highly recommend. Local restaurants are also great, so much delicious seafood! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and would readily recommend it in the future or return ourselves. Thank you to all the hosts for a great stay!

Unique beautiful house with a stunning vaulted living room filled with sunlight and art! It was such a great space that we ended up spending more time at the house than we anticipated, lounging by the pool, and on the beach. A one of a kind experience!

A wonderful house, out of the way, great facilities, slightly odd (but unthreatening) neghborhood. Excellent chef and masseuse recommendations. Though pool cleaned once weekly, becsuse of gulls would have preferred a working filter system. Glad there was no television; it enhanced the peaceful nature of our stay. I’d definitely return!

Bonito y cómodo, sin duda volvería a elegirlo. Tiene acceso a playa, sin embargo para nadar cómodamente es necesario trasladarse a la parte turística. En coche no tuvimos ninguna complicación ya que todo está a poco tiempo del departamento. La piscina y áreas comunes súper cuidadas y bonitas. Nos faltó tiempo para seguirlo disfrutando!!. Maritere siempre al pendiente! Gracias!

Excelente experiencia. Departamento bastante cómodo y amplio, vista al mar preciosa, decoración muy bonita y camas comidas. Instalaciones muy limpias. Para cocinar cuentas con más de lo necesario. Solo añadiria qué mejore el wifi. 🏡🏖️

The best part of this place is the million dollar view, which is even more beautiful in person. The rest of the condo is about what you would expect given the pictures. There is some corrosion in places (e.g. faucets) due to the high humidity being right on the beach, but that's to be expected. We were pleasantly surprised at the number and variety of restaurants in the area. While Willy's is better than Oxxo in terms of picking up some basic supplies, the Soriana in Progreso is not far away if you have a car and want more groceries. And if you do have a car, we highly recommend Isla Columbios - catch a boat in the marina at the far end of the island that takes you to a magical place set in the shallows between islands and mangroves. Tables and chairs set in the water under palapas, hammocks and swings right over the water, and fabulous kayaking among the mangroves. Delicious cocktails too. Unlike anything I've seen anywhere else. Enjoy your stay here!

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

We had a wonderful time at Roxanna’s condo in Playa Chaca! The unit was clean and comfortable and it was easy to walk to the beach or restaurants. Roxanna replied quickly whenever we had questions or comments. We highly recommend!

Pasamos un excelente fin de semana, el departamento muy bonito, agradable y equipado, todo muy limpio y nuevo, las amenidades excelente el área del estacionamiento y piscinas excelente para pasar un fin de semana muy relajado y agradable, excelente ubicación y que esté frente al mar mejor todavía, Alfonso muy atento y servicial desde el primer momento.
